[Q] Apps With No Permissions Shown

Hi guys,
Just want to ask how to view the permissions of apps installed but with no permissions shown(even "This app does not require permission.)
Does this present problems for security?
if it doesn't require any permissions then it won't have anything to show.

[Q] App to list all Apps by permission?

Hi,
is there an app that lists all installed apps by permission? That way I could list all apps that automatically start at boot... Or those that like to read contact data...
Permissions Denied looks like you need (you will need root access).
If you're looking for an app that will just list and sort the permissions for all your apps try Permission Explorer:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.carlocriniti.android.permission_explorer
i found this: permission explorer and the lbe app that requires root but blocks some permissions

Permissions for preinstalled apps

So I have seen the 6.0 and the CM permission system before.
Both have a toggle that allows setting permissions for preinstalled system apps aswell.
Is that possible in OxygenOS too?
(The whole reason for me to get a phone with a permission system was to be able to restrain all that Google Play stuff...)

CM's privacy guard can do exactly that, even with system apps. OOS's permissions can only limit non-system apps, so you'd need to remove all the Google Play apps as system apps and re-install as user apps (or convert them to user apps with Titanium Backup). However, this would need root. Not sure if you wanted a non-root option, but I can't think of any that would not require root.

I was indeed wondering about a non root option, i.e. if there is a toggle i just missed.
So I guess I'll wait for the 6.0 update as the native android permission system works for system apps aswell, and they'd be stupid to replace it.

block internet app access by deleting permissions

good morning, I need your help.
I'm trying to understand if it is possible to delete an app's internet access by deleting the permissions.
so I intend to remove access without having to install other apps.
do you think it's possible?
how can I do?
os: android 9.0 with root!
Even with root access, you cannot do this without installing another app.
There are many apps that help you block internet access of apps, like NetGuard NoRoot firewall. Try those.

Question How to remove permissions?

When I want to remove phone permissions for Google Play Store, it is greyed out and says "Device requires this permission to operate". I don't think it does need this permission.
Is it possible to remove permissions either via root or any mod for apps that blurred out permissions?

can you share a screenshot?
It will be much more helpful if you share device info as well
