No, it works for the Pocket Neo GT-5310 and 5312 only

You cannot install this recovery on 5310i, it will only work on GT-S5312. Don't try to install any recovery made from other phone on your phone cuz it's just time waste, you'll get a bootloop

Installation 1 :
VIA Rashr (Just for rooted phone){No Pc}
#*Download Rashr app From Play Store Or Download Rashr From Here
#*Download The Zip File I've provided below.
#*Extract It In your Sdcard
#*Now Go To Rashr And Grant For Root permission
#*If you installed the rashr app for first time then click on update in rashr.
#*Now Create A backup of your Stock Recovery.
#*Select Backup And Click On The Floating yellow Button- then Click go For Backup.
#*Click The Flash Button in the top right
#*Click Recovery from storage and Select the --recovery.img-- file
#*then click Yes To Flash Recovery.
#*If You Get Sucsess then Hit Yes on the popup To Go in Recovery.
#*Complete.
Installation 2 :
(Just for unrooted phone) {With Pc}
#*Download Odin and extract
#*Open Odin v3.09
#*Reboot phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)

I have download and install Rashr and do everything to the backup point. When I press the Backup and then press Go it have same error and i can not do the backup. Do you know what is the problem? I root phone with kingroot and I dont have pc to do on it.

If you cant find any recovery for this model.then I think you need to port a cwm or twrp for your device.
It will be easy if your device chipset is spreadtrum(sc8830).

i found that blog and install every thing i can. but that twrp is 2.8.7.0. it is too old and not has the best compatible with android 5.1+

If you want the latest build of twrp then you have make/port it on your own.you can port twrp 3.1.1(the latest twrp for now) from sm-g316hu

Nope you need to flash the .tar file via odin check the latest twrp version thread you will get the tar file there

them go to Developer Option
active OEM LOCKER.
2. Restar the phone go to Download Mode
VOL-/HOME/ON

3. Them with an otg cable from recovery install this SUfile.
