[Help!]Allview P5 Mini Custom ROM

Hi XDA,
I got 4 months ago a new smartphone: Allview P5 Mini, running Android 4.0.4. It seems Allview isn't going to make us "happy" and make a firmware update to Jelly Bean and no developer wants to make a custom ROM for it, so I want to make my own one. The problem is that I don't really know the Java or C++ Language so I am worse than a noob.. I don't know how to start and I am very scared about my device getting bricked after I am going to root it or after I will flash the Custom ROM or Kernel. All I've "worked" on Android until now is editing the build.prop, rooting my TF101 and flashing a custom ROM and Kernel (got it bricked 4 times) and that's all ..
So again, all I need is someone helping me to start, code, edit, design, create etc. for my first Custom ROM for my Allview P5 Mini.
Thank you very much for helping me!
-Kevin

[Q} Porting ROM MTK6572 (HTM M1)

Hello everyone, I purchased a HTM M1 riding a SoC MTK6572, but unfortunately are not available cooked roms and so I wanted to try to make a port from a device with the same soc, here I found this guide which is quite clear:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2701283
Now I have some doubts, for one thing I do not have a decent stock rom of my phone, but I have backups made with MTKdroidtool and a Nandroid backup of my stock rom, can I use Nandroid backup to do the porting?
Do you know tell me a device that has cooked rom with MTK6572 from which to take a rom for porting?
There is a risk of brick the phone with this simple procedure?
Thank you
anyone can help me?

XGody ROMs

Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forum but not to modding mobile phones which I've done most of my own in the past.
My question is despite searching the forum before registering and also searching the internet I've recently purchased a new Xgody MTK6572 F1W phone, yes one of those Chinese variates. It runs Jelly Bean 4.2 and it's recently crashed and while trying to recover it it comes back with no command and after finding out how to get into the recovery window there's no ROM on the phone.
Has anyone ever come across this phone before know what other ROMs that might operate on it or even where I can get a stock ROM for it.
I have been in touch with the people who I bought the phone off and a part from sending it back which I would rather not go through the hassle of doing, I would prefer to add a new ROM on it. I've been trying several ROMs over the last few days but sadly to no avail.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. Unfortunately these Chinese devices don't really see any development, but it might be worth asking in the general q&a section. Please standby while we have your thread moved there:
