how to get otg supprt for nonrooted k900??
For the k900, all you need is a USB OTG cable then you can use maybe a card reader or thumb drive as an external storage drive.

Do you use a powered USB-HUB?
The A70 only outputs 100mA and that's not enough for a HD.
Is it possible for the SII to host USB with a 1TB or 512GB external hard drive?
Only if the external drive has it's own power source. SGS2 doesn't put out enough juice over USB to power a conventional external drive (only flash memory/USB sticks/etc)
Any thoughts/ideas on the following would be welcome. I have got USB OTG working fine on my HTC flyer using an OTG cable and Y cable for external power with a USB pen drive.
However when I try to use the same set up with a USB SD Card reader, I get the message "USB device not supported - The USB device you have connected is not supported. Please unplug both the USB device and the dongle.
Any thoughts on why this is not supported or any fixes?
The card reader works fine with the same 4gb sd card (from camera) on windows PC.
