[Q] Best KitKat ROM currently? - LG Optimus L9 P760, P765, P768, P769

Hello. I've been sitting for a longer time on official Cyanogenmod for my L9 (p760), however the last version of it has broken GPS and almost all of my submitted reports in JIRA are being ignored for half a year already.
So I decided to give a shot to other alternatives and was quite surprised how many projects actually are there.
Can somebody please sum up the best choices or just simply tell me which one is the best, if I simply want a bug free 4.4.2 Android running on my L9, without GPS problems and no significant battery drain. Testing out all of them will be too much time consuming affair.
Thanks in advance.

My top 3
My top 3
1. AOSB Project - The End of The Line
2. Resurrection Remix
3. BeanStalk

I wonder can I successfully install over any CM-based roms you guys suggested over my current 10.2.1 ROM, so I don't have to backup, reinstall and reconfigure anything again? Just like updating CM the usual way.

Just tried out, through custom recovery it works out, I had all my apps and settings saved, however Kitkat roms also have the same issue of gps not working for me :/

Any Kitkat supporting 5ghz Wifi?

Out of everything Ive tried out there, on an LG p768g, Resurrection remix is dabes.
I messed around with Mokee and AOSB Project - The End of The Line, I would love to use them but both had fatal bugs on my phone that wouldn't allow me to use them for everyday use as I need.
Just do a nandroid backup, and install ROMs, basically the best way to see what fits your needs, remember you have a nearly unbrickable phone

For me RR the best rom.

I'm not a developer but I might be able to help you. You see, the problem with today's KitKat ROMs is that most of them are buggy, but that doesn't apply to all the 4.4.x ROMs. Try flashing Cyanogenmod 11 M4 from get.cm/?device=i9100, or go for stable Cyanfox 2.0.2 from cyanfox-rom.com/downloads/?folder=i9100/, and if you like a customized KitKat ROM, try SlimKat 3.0 stable through here --> http://slimroms.net/index.php/downloads/dlsearch/viewcategory/1058-i9100 I understand you admire AOSB but no harm in trying a stable 4.4 ROM and wait till most of the bugs are fixed on your current ROM by their respective developers. Hope I helped

[Q] Need kitkat 4.4 for s3 rooted help plz

i have a rooted device currently i am running android revolution hd on 4.3 . i kno there is no official kitkat for s4 but can anyone link me a stable custom rom running 4.4 with no bugs.
every custom rom has bugs at the moment, camera, bluetooth, video, etc. , you should try omnirom, archidroid, or cm11 for yourself and see what bugs collection bothers you the less
btw, reading the comment, the latest Archidroid seems promising ...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2755841 - The clean port is my recommendation.

After trying number of Roms, I am sticking to SlimRom. Its clean, fast, reliable and stable.
Back to n00t + SuperSU // if you like touchwiz
SlimKat 8.20 (weekly) // if you like pure android experience -- aka aosp

[Q] Best Lollipop ROM for I9300

HI guys,
Which is the best Lollipop ROM for I9300 with,
1. Good battery life
2. Great Performance
3. Stability
Any suggestions?
Resurrection Remix is nice.
Send from my G900F @ Ressurection Remix using Tapatalk.
I think the best lollipop rom is nightly cm 12 from just archi.
i agree wirh Pathera
I've been wondering the same thing. I've seen people post problems about camera no longer working or not being able to use wifi and other network functions. While others reported that their phone started to overheat.
I'd like to flash Lollipop on my i9300 but I'd like a ROM that's as close to Google stock as possible and yet is stable. Which would fit this description the best, Archi's cm 12, Ressurection Remix or some other ROM?
more then satisfied with temasek's cm12 ... everything works perfect, fine battery
CRdroid have no issues best performance no leakage of ram and balanced battery life
Another vote for temasek's cm12 unofficial build. I'd go that far to say that it's the best ROM ever for i9300.
Temasek FTW!
Temasek's and arter97 cm 12.1 LP 5.1.1!
Super stable, battery saver, and costumizable.
Note that it is a cm rom, so with all cm roms problems, namely random rebooting and car Bluetooth issues...
Anyway in my opinion the best i9300 LP ROM so far.
There is a paranoid android official 5.1.1 for i9300 in their website. It's pretty stake stable but lacking in features. Although you need to flash boeffela with it otherwise it won't boot after first installation.

Best Stable Lollipop ROM?

Hi,
So ive tried BlissPop stable version and temasek's unofficial mod (5.1) and what I have found is that BlissPop is faster than temasek's but I am unhappy with both of these as I get a really hot phone whilst idle/use. I was wondering are there any better roms than these? If not should I stick to KitKat for stability?
I really enjoy the interface of lollipop compared to kitkat which is the main reason I want to have a lollipop rom.
What should I do?
@Man16: no need to ga back to KK. Try newest Slim-build or Euphoria. And if you dare, give them 2d (or more) without GApps.

Try CRdroid 5.1.1 it's stable and doesn't heat up.
Or the official paranoid android lollipop from their website. Although features are limited.

What ROM you have in the LG L7 II?

Hi, I'm undecided on that rom put on my cell , so I decided to ask what ROM you have.
Currently I have Purified Stock 1.0, but the Jelly Bean version of LG do not like
Thanks! And sorry for my english xD
At the moment baltics v20c, just waiting for some root for that
Well...CM 10.2 from Neutron as main and v20D stock as tested firmware.Slower but nice.Camera is awesome, rly
Since neutrondev abandoned cm11, which was going fine, i flashed his NeutronROM and installed Xposed with GravityBox and AppSettings.
In platform.xml he missed a space and bluetooth couldn't recive files so i just corrected that through es file explorer and now i'm basically using stock kitkat with some CM features at the cost of ram usage.
You have to also input an APN for mobile networking manually.
=====================================================================
No longer using KitKat on this device.
CyanogenMod 10.2 by neutrondev - final ROM.
CM 10.2 for pure android and best performance from my device
Paranoid Android 4.4.4 which is the most stable custom rom made for P715.
