[BOOT ANIMATION] The Matrix Boot Animation - RAZR HD Themes and Apps

I've been looking for a good Matrix Boot Animation for long but never found one. So decided to make one for myself.
Finally , here it is.
The matrix rain, followed by 'The matrix has you' message and then loops back to the rain.
720x1280 at 30fps
Code:
Root Explorer required
[B]Imp:It is recommended to make a backup before trying to change system files
,just to be safe.[/B]
Instructions
Using your explorer go to /system/media and rename the existing 'bootanimation.zip' to 'bootanimation.bak'
Copy the bootanimation.zip to /system/media
Set permissions to rw_r_r
Reboot.
Preview: Just a small one.

[Bootanimation] - FroyoBread

Ok, now when I'm finished with it I would like to share it
It's nothing special and it could be better but... I think it describes FroyoBread perfectly - doixanh had a wish like Froyo heart beats and glows inside Ginger, so here it is.
EDIT: If you have some suggestion or idea feel free to tell.

How to install:
1. rename to bootanimation.zip
2. push it to data/local using Root Explorer or adb
3. remove cm6/7 from system/media.
4. reboot.
If doesnt work, try to copy in system/media and data/local.
bootanimation_ddi - modifeded by dx (14fps) - recommended
bootanimation256 - 256color and double frames(30fps)

Call of Duty-Black ops boot animation.

I know that MW3 is out. Anyway, here is a boot animation that I created for the Evo 3d and should work with any Rom. You will only need to use root explorer or something similar to copy and paste into your specified directory depending on what Rom you are using. Meaning, whether you are using a Sense or Aosp Rom, the directory will different.
You will use this directory for Sense: system/customize/resource or data/local if your rom supports it.
This for AOSP: system/media
and make sure you fix permissions and then reboot.

"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Also if using a Sense Rom you can leave it named as it is, but if you R using an AOSP Rom, you will need to rename it bootanimation.zip.

Here is a video of the boot animation I made so you can see it before you download. Frame rate in the video may not correspond exactly with animation:

[HOWTO]Change boot animation

This is a short simple guide to changing your boot animation. It requires root, and an OEM version the Huawei Ascend Mate 2. You can do this on other versions of the phone, but the directories are different.
The best part about changing your boot animation is that it gets rid of the sound that I am always afraid I am going to hear in the middle of a movie theater randomly.
Personally I am using the stock Lollipop boot animation here:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
You can use other 720p animations. Beware, a few different ones have given me bootloops on Lollipop. The one I have provided should be safe.
Using the root explorer of your choice, navigate to "root/cust/normal/us/media/" you should see a file there called "bootanimation.zip", rename this to "bootanimation.zip.orig".
Copy this file here to the same directory as "bootanimation.zip.orig" and rename it to "bootanimation.zip"
Change the file attributes to match the original file. It should look something like this:
At this point you should be done. Reboot and check it out.

Click to collapse
I have had trouble in the past with boot loops after changing the boot animation. As in, a one time thing, some boot animations just don't work for whatever reason. If you can't boot after the above steps...
To revert to stock:
Boot into TWRP, go to Mount>Enable Cust or Custom Storage(if you don't have the "cust" partition as an option, you will need to flash this version of TWRP through fastboot
Go to Home>Advanced>File Manager
Locate the directory root/cust/normal/us/media/
Delete "bootanimation.zip"
Rename "bootanimation.zip.orig" to "bootanimation.zip"
Reboot
Click to expand...
Click to collapse
