How to install:
For bootloader unlocked or bootloader locked with recovery installed:
1.Reboot in TWRP recovery (Press volume- when the phone boot at sony logo).
Philz CWM is not recommended, since it may cause baseband loss.
2.Flash the rom.
For bootloader locked without root:
1.Flash firmware 12.0.A.1.257 via Flashtool.

2.Root your phone.

3.Install recovery.
Reference to Philz, CWM Touch and TWRP for Xperia SP LB

V.v.smooth!! That's with stock kernel which is flashed with this ROM. (I remember getting this kind of smoothness in dipesh's PureXSP rom..). Tried DoomKernel to see, that 3D performance is same smooth, but degradation occurs with undervolting and thermal throttling (understandably), but NO visual performance dip when limiting both cores to 1.35GHz (without undervolting).
UI also buttery smooth! Lite stock ROM with add-on packs as needed.. nice!

Without wiping the data, I cannot arrange the apptray sequence, since each phone has different apps installed.
Latest recovery can be integrated later.

Check that your file wasn't corrupted during download / copy. You can try to wipe system and data partition but it shouldn't be needed.
It was something regarding symlink... Dont remember for sure.

Same as stock for me i.e. good.
`stuck at sony logo
phone restarted during the installation now stuck at sony logo.
Can't get into recovery, any suggestion???

720p video recording doesn't work under lupus 480p kernel, works fine with 720p kernel.
The 720p recording issue isn't really an issue... Because it's not supposed to work on a 480p Kernel.
720p recording is disabled in 480p Kernels in order to free up more RAM for the Operating System. So as long as 720p recording works on the 720p Kernels it's working perfectly normal and as it should.

As you see, finally, TrueAncestor comes back.
This might be my last work for my play, it was broken and just got repaired two weeks ago.
When I got back my phone, I think I should put some new stuff on it, so this is what you see.
Since I've leave for a long period, so my rom might not be the best and up-to-date.
I just show you what I'm using these days and I have confidence it is a good rom.

OK, talking about the rom:
This rom is based on the newest and hottest stock Neo L rom.

Known issue:
Black margin appears on the most left home screen on the first boot. (After rebooting and changing wallpaper you'll never see it again)
720p video recording doesn't work under lupus 480p kernel, works fine with 720p kernel.

How to flash:
Attention:
Flash this rom will wipe all your userdata and give you a clear system.
You can backup your app and data via Titanium Backup.
I'm not responsible for any damage or loses to your device.
Steps:
1.Flash firmware 4.0.2.A.0.58 Enhanced via Flashtool. (Optional)
Reference to here
2.Flash Lupus stock kernel via fastboot. (Recommended)
Reference to here
3.Boot into CWM Recovery, choose and install TrueAncestor_ICS_FE.zip from sdcard.
4.Remember wifi module if you do not use stock-based kenerl.

Wipe Data/Factory, Dalvik and /system
Mount your Sola as Mass Storage at PC and copy the Rom-zip on your SD
Install zip from SDCard -> Rom-zip you've copied
Once again a Data/Factory Reses
Reboot System
Wait for Booting (long time)
Wait for Power-Off button and press it
Start Sola and boot into CWM and install the Update
Restart and enjoy!

Nope but .100 is the latest ported Stock JB and some people (including me) say that .100 is running better than .400

Yes it will debloat your current rom.
As per the instructions, do NOT do factory reset or wipe user data.

Rom works really good, especially the audio mod and Dolby. The xposed didn't work for me at first, I have to flash it separately. The only thing I see missing from the debloat that I normal use is Email app for work. But Gmail can replace it.

The Xposed you should only need to install the apk again, the framework is the only thing integrated in the ROM..
As for the Stock email app, I have added a zip to first post for people who want to restore it.

Yes, essentially it is like an update, but it removes alot of stuff (see the debloat list)
Just wipe cache & dalvik cache and it will be fine
