hey guys
. i'm a book lover and i always read book. can anyone suggest me any pdf reader which has fit to screen mode is best for my device? i have tried adobe pdf reader but its a little bit slow. ebookdroid is fast but dont have fit to sceeen option. i dont know this is the place to ask
, but you guys are the only one who i know to ask. guys i really need your advice.
sorry for bad english

Quickoffice is good. With all premium goodies for free. It might be handy.

Yes quickpic
or perfect viewer with pdf plugin

Of all the pdf readers I've used I find ezPdfReader the best.
It is because of it's text reflow feature which is very essential due to star's small screen size :silly: and works very smoothly :victory:. It also has night mode feature, supports password protected pdfs, auto scroll etc.
I'm a book lover too and I've finished many books using this app !

thanks to all of you guys. what i am using now is adobe pdf reader and quuckoffice. i'll try ezPdfReader. i have no idea quickpic can view pdf file.

Due to star's small screen size reading e-book is very annoying...quickoffice and ezpdfreader are good....u can also try officesuite...it is very fast

Best RSS Reader?

I was using FLUD on my iPhone, but it doesn't seem to work properly on the Note. What RSS reader are you guys using?
I like JustReader. It is fabulous in landscape mode too.

I use pulse news reader. It's he best news aggregator I've ever used

Was a News Rob fan, but now I use the official Google Reader app. Works well.

Just tried them both out and Pulse really is awesome. I think it will replace Flud nicely for me.
I've used Newsrob, Pulse, the official Google Reader, I've tried a lot of them. So far my favorite has been gReader Pro. There is a free version to try, give it a shot.
I use one called "gReader (Google Reader | RSS)" -- this is not the official Google app!
It's fast, it's simple, it just works, and it's free.
Used Pulse and Greader both for log periods, but keep coming back to Taptu.

Currents looks real nice, and is def customizable but the feeds seem to take FOREVER to load and the UI is not very intuitive, it doesn't seem.
But, to each their own!

Initial install and setup yes the feeds take a few minutes to load, after that it is instant for me. And the UI is simple...nothing flashy just clean and minimal....perfect IMHO.

For a free alternative, I use an app just called PDF Reader (found here) which is quite simple, but quite fast, especially on massive documents.

I agree with both of these.
The best thing is to download a few, try them for yourself and get rid of the ones you don't use.

can it read pdf? i found it can read epub with good interface but not pdf.
BTW, I tried officsuite pro+ , polaris office , ezpdf and adobe reader.
I found that the interface of both adobe reader and polaris office are good.
the ezpdf is a bit buggy when you accidentically add some annotations to the pdf.
If the pdf file is quite large , say 1xxMB with both text and image, the polaris office loads quite fast and ezpdf is so-so.
The UI of ezpdf is a bit old and you really need some time to learn it. Once you learn the way ezPDF use, you may feel it's good. Personally i don't like it too much even i bought it.
I WANT A GOOD PDF READER AS THE EBOOK READER TOO!!

Adobe Reader is pretty good. And now you can add even your own notes (even hand written notes) within the PDF makes it quite good. The Adobe Reader works really fast if you are dealing with big sized PDFs e.g. I had a scanned copy of a book which was like 200MB. While the other readers struggled, the Adobe Reader was faster and was of a better performance.

Too bad the B&N Nook app is missing To my knowledge it's the only app that comes close to Kindle on webOS (featuring a two-page layout and page-turn animations)
I'll second aldiko.

Aldiko for me.
FB Reader
Coolreader - small, unobtrusive, configurable, easy switch from day to night mode, reads epub. Free software.
I'd like to know this as well. So far I've tried:
Mantano reader (this is the best option for reading books in PDF format, but no support for mobo files)
Cool Reader has the file support, but I'm not a fan of how it feels. It's not bad though, it covers all the main features you'd expect.
Moon Reader: This has the potential to be THE app, but there's one extremely annoying aspect to it: the screen turns off while you read. It's incredibly annoying and pretty much unusable to me because of this.
FBreader: no external card access = fail
So...what other suggestions are out there? Too bad Google's Play Books won't let you import your own ebooks.
edit scratch my complaint about Moon Reader. The option to leave the screen on is in Misc Options. Guess that's my new fav for ebooks now
+1 for moon+ reader..
