SlimRoms is a custom android operating system. The main goal is to offer users a slimmed down but still feature rich alternative to other android operating systems.
The entire SlimTeam work together to bring you this tailor-made beauty straight from Android Open Source Project (AOSP) source code.
All of the sources can be publicly viewed through GitHub and you can stop by the public Gerrit to submit patches of any type.
SlimKat is the project name for SlimRoms based on Android 4.4 and offers the following original features:

Download the latest build
Go to recovery
Wipe data/factory reset
Wipe cache and dalvick cache
Flash ROM
Flash Gapps
Reboot
Note 1:
If after LG's Logo you don't see Paranoid's boot animation, turn off your phone by holding power button, and turn on again
Note 2 :
Before flashing fix bugs, please do this
- Wipe cache
- Wipe dalvick cache
- Flash fix problems

I'm confirmed. Unfortunately GPS is "dead"...But very NICE ROM! (I liked a long time ago Mateo1111‘s old Slim for L9...)

About gps on slimrom, mateo had problems too when he make slimbean 4.2, even didn't show gps notification.
I don't remember how he solved it.
