hello everybody ....^_^
i have problem with google play services ... i'm running now cm10.1 but i want to install google play services on it to sync some data but after install it always crashes and while installing google+ phone always restart .
note : if i can't install google play services is there and way to take all app data from phone ?
last thing : i want to know where are we reached in making cm rom ?
small request can you tell us the some information help in making rom for galaxy star ?

The cm is as how psych left it
U need the gapps package(u hv to search really hard to find the right one) for google apps
Ull always have problem if u install any google app if the google frameworks etc. arent installed

there was one package tht was used by doc in his thread.

i have recently changed to fly rom

but apps like hangouts,google play, google maps, google play services , etc are not getting updated
i have downloaded the apk files of updated versions of those apps also but they are not getting installed

Follow these steps.Your problem will be resolved
Go to Settings-Storage-preferred install location-let the system decide-close.
Try and reply

Guys guys guys! This is my first topic since m not a developer .i jst need a help from u brilliants. There's a game ( Jungle Heat ) whose progress is saved in the game by providing our gmail id. Now you guys vl say whats so wrong. The problem arises here , to save the game's progress and to get the email id ticked it requires Google Play Servies installed in the device .As you all know that galaxy Y had many issues wid play services like some app doesnt support , app not installed, or ( the app does not provide access to all services. So i request you all to provide me a better and best play service app for Galaxy y .

You need to flash gapps
it requires a data wipe so backup any user apps
Then install & open youtube
it will prompt you to sign in but requires Google play services
click the link to open playstore & it will be at the Google play services app
You can now install it successfully

Last night it was just fine..
But today when I opened play and this problem occurred...
I dnt know what to do

You could try going to settings and go to your apps and choose google playstore and uninstall updates and use it for a little while until google pushes the current play store back to you. Or if your rooted you could uninstall the whole app and reinstall OR you can try deleting the cache and data for it. One of those three solutions is sure to work, i hope lol
problem solved in older version but again came on newer version..

try clearing the new playstore's data when the problems happens.
also what ROM? what gapps? we need some info here to debug
I have a xolo q1000 device having a {STOCK} android 4.2.2 rooted...
And just 4 gapps that are:
Play Store
Gmail
Youtube and
Maps
I have a rooted moto e running KitKat,after using freedom app my play store got "no internet connection" problem and I fixed it by editing the host file,recently I noted that my Google Play Games opens but it not connects to internet please help me

Reinstall the rom
These is because the freedom app make mods on the system to connect to an custom server, reinstall your rom and this problem is gone.

You can move to custom ROM and flash gapps.

Just find a stock kitkat rom here on xda and dirty flash it.

GAPPS Is Google Applications ..Commonly it Contains Google Play Store ,Playservices , Gmail,Google Calendar Etc.. GAPPS is only used when you flash a custom ROM Because Custom ROMs Doesn't Have GAPPS preloaded in it, So We Have To Flash It Separately , Its Just Simple If You Wanna Use Google Play store ,Gmail Etc Apps You Should Need It..Cause these Apps Require Google playservices Too Work..So You need To Flash it Separately.. If You Don't Want Google apps You Dont Need to flash GAPPS ..
If you Wanna Use GAPPS Flash PICO GAPPS ..So I juts installs the main Ones Like Play services & play store etc..So That You Can Download Other Google apps Like Gmail,Chrome,from playstore As Manual Apps..Cause Flashing Full GAPPS Will Install All Google Applications As System Apps So Its Just Eats the Memory & RAM From Your Phone.. If You Want Google Apps To Work you Need to Install GAPPS Or No Problem At All ..
