What android version are you on? If you are not on kit kat in don't think this will work for you.

Thanks. Though i didn't see anywhere requirement for the Android version. Only for GPS / barometer / acelometer etc... And it also said to be working (kinda) on the S3 , and it's not KitKat upgradeable.

Awesome! Thank you for this.

Issues with the light
The S5 Active has the option to use as a flashlight (led on constantly). This app only let's you flash the led and adjust the speed of the flash. How do I get this to function like the active?

Would anyone mind posting the .apk from Samsung Apps? It is free for now, but I am not on a ROM with Samsung Apps on it.
There was recently a thread around here with the apk posted...but I can't find it. It may have been taken down by a mod. :/

Me neither. It also force closes on me immediately after I log in, but I'm on ICS. I've just started using the website through my browser.

Hi guys, I've recently loaded the Omega ROM for 4.1.2 JB and I realized that my power saving mode is not there anymore. I've tried searching the forums for answer but to no avail. Could anyone help me out on this?
I have v34, and it's in settings. right below Storage.

Is your ROM really Omega? Doesn't look like a samsung based rom. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

There are two OMEGA versions, AOKP and Sammy Based.
You flashed AOKP which removes everything sammy based including popup play, smartstay etc. (Including powersaving, a samsung addon)
You need to download and flash the sammy based OMEGA.
Then in that case, which is better?
personal preference. try it and see which one you prefer. there is no "better rom" out there.

[Q] CM10.1 Chronus Widget

I'm looking for development news on the Chronus widget allegedly shipping on nightly builds as of a few days ago.
I still haven't seen it, is there any current build for our phones that supports it?
if not, does anyone know how to install it? and wether it runs on any launcher?
Thanks in advance

I extracted it, but it won't install on ParanoidAndroid
Umm the widget is just a standard apk that you need to push to system. After that you can select the widget in lockscreen and configure it for any rom that supports widgets on lockscreen.
Here is a screenshot of it from my N4 running AOKP however, the widget is compatible with any ROM with lockscreen support. You can find the Chronus widget on xda thread.

From any CM10.1 rom
Here is the xda thread with the download.
Link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2078205
Also you can just install the apk directly. That way it will stay through rom updates and save you the hassle of pushing it to system every time.

Does it notify text messages, voice mail and missed calls in the same way as the 3d circles does?

That widget only works on android 4.2+. Least what i read in that thread.
Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
No it just allows calendar and weather. The notification part is from ParanoidAndroid. I'm sure you can get other widgets to get the same result.

[APP][Root] LMT Launcher - Pie Control (PA feature)

hey guys I just wanna share this marvelous app in our section. I've tried it in my X8 running GingerDX, and it works perfectly ! it has like <10MB RAM usage, I think that is pretty low for an app like this.
LMT Launcher v1.91 for GNex/Nexus4/Nexus7/GSIII/HD2 and more... (ROOT)
It requires ROOT (ofc lol)

Its a great thing. I think I saw a video from djnisle porting very same feature in GDx.
This launcher is perfect for a person whose hardware keys are broken.

In order for Google Now to work from any screen you have to switch language to English (US)
Go to Google settings -> Search & Now -> Voice -> Language -> English (US)
Then when you press "OK Google" detection you will get the ability to set it from:
-Any screen
-Lock screen
I just found out how to do this on a Canadian Rogers S5.
Enjoy!
Not work
In my S5 not work inall screens!!!
