as you know mi-ussr v10 is not in development in long time, but that doesnt make mi-ussr v10 is dead on arrival !
im sharing many works of my team (or family) and i hope you like it

instalation guide :
-delete your own setting.apk (i dont care the method is )
-Go to CWM and flash it with system mounted (you know how to do it right ?)
-reboot
-enjoy and have a great time
Backup if you dont like this, so you can restore to your own awesome theme
