yes..u can.But sadly i don't have the device to post sample images.i tried on my frnd's chd.so take a backup and flash it.

its coz a116 has 8mp camera sensor..after flashing dis patch u can only capture images in 13mp resolution.

Thanks but i want to know how this 13 mp patch will work in 8 mp camera . means does it enhance image quality or something ?
Guys....after flashing dis patch u can capture images in 13mp resolution.chd has 8mp camera sensor..so the quality of the pics would be same.no differnce.people asking 13mp camera patch in some rom threads..dats y i posted dis.hope now everything is clear.

Me too was facing that camera issue but when i installed hive UI ROM it gave me nice pictures at night

I faced this issue while on V1 stock rom but not on the latest stock rom. Are you on the latest stock rom?

This is V1 stock rom. Go to your system updates in settings and update your phone.

Hi i have MMX canvas nitro A311 and facing the same issue i.e. without flash picture quality is GOOD. But wen i turned on the flash or in stable mode and take the picture then picture quality is not good (i.e. i can see the flash on the object and the object is not clearly visible)
i think Camera click and flash is not synced...
is this software issue or hardware issue?

I found solution for blurr pictures, i would like to share, simply paste some toothpaste on lens and rub it with ear bud, or any other cotton piece after that wipe with wet cotton and at last wipe it off with cotton cloth or cotton itself

1. Flash doesnt work. My battery is 70% and it says low battery, unable to use flash light
2. Pro mode, taking picture in dark place cant be brightened although the focus speed is 10 seconds
3. Front cam doesnt work. Once I switch to front cam, I must wipe camera data or the camera will fc

yes super resolution is working fine. But after taking the picture u have to use ur gallery to see the pic. If u try to open the pic directly from the camera, the camera will crash.

Hello Friends,
Since last year I flashed latest version of Lineage OS on my Asus Zenfone selfie ZD551KL. While everything else about Lineage OS was great and neat, There was one major deal breaker- The Pixelmaster camera did not work. The camera is what makes or breaks the phone and in case of Zenfone selife, getting stock camera to work was paramount. Especially because the the laser focusing system, Dual tone flash and front flash worked correctly only in stock app. Not to mention that stock is otherwise fantastic with all manual and advanced options.
Sure while you could go to Play store or even get an APK to install, few imp functions did not work on new rom- Namely Panaroma, DOF, 360 and HDR.
But wait! I have a fix for that! and 100% working fix that!

Remove your old camera
Go to CWM/ TWRP and flash Zip from SD card.
Thats it!~ Pixelmaster camera should be installed and ALL functions should work like stock. I found this file after trying numerous other files and other trick and this post is a summation of about 7 months of research. Leave a like if you found this helpful and don't forget to share!

Snapdragon Camera - Here is the better modded snap camera, that is working lot better than stock camera in our custom ROMs. Almost stable. Install APK.
- Front camera manual focus,front cam flash, video pause/resume, photo while video, 60/120fps slow motion video, panorama, hdr mode, beauty mode, scenes... Etc are tested and working fine.

Fix Camera issues in Custom ROMs based on Lineage OS. (most of the issues fixed, and most stable as of now)
One more updated camera snap apk. This is better than included one as many features are working except panorama mode. Front cam focus, filters...Etc work fine. Still earlier posted Snapdragon camera is better, but this would be easy to replace stock camera instead of new app.
- download attached snap.apk file.
- clear data of your camera app. And force stop.
- use esexplorer/rootbrowser to Copy above file to /system/priv-app/snap/ folder (replace existing one)
- go to properties of file and change permissions to rw_r__r__
- reboot to recovery and wipe delvik/cache and reboot system.

Using IR in Nougat ROMs.
Here is the working tested solution to use IR of Le2 to control devices.
Install third party app from google play store called "ZaZa remote"
Select your drvice make n model and use remote. Or create your own remote using DIY feature with your device remote.
This app is much better than stock eui IR remote app...
Enjoy.
Edit: selinux mode needs to be enforcing to get IR worked.

What does this do?
I just install ported Google Camera on my AEX K6 Power and HDR+ is actually working! The picture quality Improved a lot. It work
both In rear camera and front camera (especially Selfie Flash Worked like a charm ) as well...
Camera2 API needs to be enabled for the app to work.
Portrat mode working For Both Front and Rear
