Suggest me a best rom for xperia u - Sony Xperia P, U, Sola, Go

Kindly suggest me a best rom for xperia u. it can be gb,ics,jb or kitkat . please provide me the link for that rom also because i am new to this thread

I was using some ROMs so I can tell you which was the best for me:
ICS: No sh1t!^2 (I have no idea how to write this correctly)
JB: CM10 LE
KK: CM11 by XperiaSTE team (which I'm using now)
Links I will provide later, because I don't have access to my PC...

CM11
Use cyanogenmod-11 by Xperia STE team. i am currently using it and it works very good and it is latest with Kitkat 4.4.3. :fingers-crossed:

First of we do not do Best of Roms here... Second you should post in the correct section (I moved this to Q and A, you are welcome), third I suggest reading about the roms and trying them out to see what your preference is... Thread Closed

[REQ] Android 4.2 for mini & LWW from Arc

Hey guys CM 10.1 or Android 4.2 has been released for our brother Xperia Arc!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2018822
I've heard FXP won't be bringing CM10.1 to 2011 devices. But Arc has got one and the testers say it to be pretty stable for daily use (As seen in the linked thread). So is it possible for it to be ported to Xperia mini/LWW/pro etc?
A) After several requests from users FXP already stated they will be working on cm10.1 for 2011
B) a pre-build based on the rom you suggested is already avaiable in our forums http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2032900
Cheers

[Q] CM for xperia advance

hi there,
the freeXperia project does not list ST27a as a supported device and i was never sure about the differences (if any) between ST27i and ST27a. nevertheless i wouldn't want to flash a rom that is not for the device i have. so my question is, has anyone tried any freeXperia CM rom on ST27a? is it better than the somewhat laggy stock 6.1.1.B.1.10?
if yes, how do i chose which rom to download? i find the freeXperia page confusing, the downloads are sorted by chipsets(?), but the supported devices page does not crossreference these chipsets with download files, i am lost. what is the official communcation channel with this project?
download the lotus (this is for go) )version of fxp cm that you want to download from here
for future reference can i ask you how do you know which one is which?
also could you comment on, or point me to some discussion how well these roms work?
thank you

[Q] choose rom for SE Xperia Mini Pro SK17i

Hi,
i love miui rom so i want to find one with no bug.i have selected:
[ROM][ICS 4.0.4][All MDPI]ExMIUIv4.2[Locked & Unlocked BL's] http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2173080
[ROM][JB 4.1.2] [ROM][JB 4.1.2] MIUI v5 BETA 3.10.11 | STABLE | MULTILANG | ALL MDPI | [20/10/13] http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2219729
and the kernel, what kernel to choose for what rom?
In both rom threads there are recommended kernels listed, use one of them
The second link is no longer maintained and I'll delete the thread in the near future. So if you want a less buggy and still maintained but older rom (ics not jelly bean based),choose the first one
Bye the way asking for the best/better/whatever rom is not permitted on xda. Please read the rom thread, check the feature and bug list and choose a rom you like! :good:

But as I already told you, the rom is no longer maintained

OP @magikstar
Find your good ones, bugs by doing it by yourself or in the respective threads.
this thread is a form of Best ROM/Kernel...and so on which is against the FORUM rules.
Anyway if you have found answers-good, if not, use search to do the same.

How can i get cwm or twrp on my xperia ray?
I have a suggestion
Excellent work pac-man rom on haida. I have a suggestions:
1.Time to use android 5.1.1
2.Add advance CPU control in performance (frequency and governors). I tired of using "No-frills CPU Control" for this
3.Add advance SWAP settings (turn on/off, size and location)
question
When 5.1 pac-man rom on xperia neo v?

help android

dose not anyone that port android 5.1.1 in xperia ray?

wtf it is discussed all the time
1st: Legacy Xperia (mike) is the last developer supporting Xperia 2011 line with Lollipop Updates. ALL other roms only based on his source & MORE buggy. / or OLD (discontunied) if you want a usable experience of lollipop use LX.
Here are the Threads for ALL phones (to much for making 1 thread for every phone.)
ROM Thread (dont post there, ONLY if you are a developer):
http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-arc/development/dev-2011-unofficial-cyanogenmod-12-0-t3053950
Q&A Thread (ask here for help/ issues):
http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-mini/help/faq-2011-legacyxperia-discussion-t3053947
Legacy Xperia Website with link to Changelog & how to install, download etc:
https://legacyxperia.github.io/
PS: READ carefully the 1stpost on ROM thread. you will need to have fast SD card for running lollipop. Also you need creat 2nd partition on SD ext4 as primary. Also follow install EXACTLY.
good luck. & next time SEARCH!!!!!
