work on any cusrom , just install via cwm..
its fbUi from my rom but im share because many people request the Fbui
if you change the name and profil pic
go to Lenox preference in drawer
Enter UIsetting > Profil pic change and save

First of all let me say this is not done by me (Porting)(Well Some were done by me). I Took the apps from @boykioy's Thread all credit goes to him for his time to get this all at one place.
So why this thread?, G900H isn't supported by his package so sorting and adding some tweaks to make it compatible with our Beloved G900H
Works with G900H and G900F
Installation:
1.Download the Zip Package of V1
2) Flash it via CWM
3) Reboot then install V2
4) Reboot Enjoy
[Note: I recommend a Factory Reset before flashing]

There is already a full working lockscreen from Note 4 in one of the Note 3 threads. It works on our port of S5 for Note3.Maybe you can check that.
