Why is the Google Now launcher not available for our phones?
It says it isn't supported on Google Play.

You can download it from here.
It works just fine. I'm using it since the day I got my xt1022.
Any idea why it isn't supported?

Because Google has decided to make the app available for the devices of their choice.

i tried it with tricks, but no download
i hope you can do it
you can download all free apps from google play by "APK Leecher" and it does not depend on your phone..

Google play is blocked in my country and I should use vpn to connect to Google play....

What I've installed :
- Last Google Search apk (v 3.2.16)
- Last Google Play services apk (v4.2.39)
- New Google Home launcher apk (v 0.9.6)

That's a known problem, though I never tried. There was a workaround for it somehow, but I'm not sure if it worked for our device. There are threads for this here somewhere...

There is the official Google Launcher on play store, it should work.

Maybe it doesn't work the Google one, but you can try the ones from Play Store made by other people that are the same.

Other apps on Play Store are kinda "clones", but they aren't really the same as the Google experience launcher (with Google Now on the first left screen)

I just try to install this google home apk ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2506488 ) and it WORKS. Before instalation of Google home I changed language of Google search to English (US). Version of my google search is in screen below.

But I have got a problem with disapearing icons (apps on SD card) on home screen after restart. I must go to Application and force kill Google search a then I see icons on home screen...

i wonder what the benefits are with this launcher, I was pretty dissapointed, you can't configure sh*t, cant hide apps, nothing.

Well it is a stock "Google" launcher...
I've been searching and cant find any information on themers current download location. It isnt available on the play store at the moment. DOes anyone know what happened.
Themer is gone for me too but i have installed it from the play store.

It's been temporarily removed, but Themer will be back up shortly
