Yes you can do it in ABD. I would install CM7 if I were you and you would get it straight away without any hassle. There is a guide to installing lockscreens somewhere here.

why dont u try "widgetlocker".......
Try Lockbot Pro..it has many lock screen to choose from like iPhone, Eclair, Froyo etc..apparently not Gingerbread yet..worth giving a try...
Like djdevine2 said, install cm 6 or 7 and your good to go. Will upload the lockscreen tomorrow (metamorph needed)

My problem is that the Application Monitor Widget always shows "0" although when I open the widget I have apps running in the background and it says Active Applications:4...any idea what could be wrong??

Do you have a custom launcher. I am on S3 TouchWiz and having the same problem. When on stock TwLauncher widget works fine.

Just tried it with TwLauncher it works fine but with TouchWiz Home it doesn't..

is it possible to remove the "camera-shortcut" in the CyanogenMod 10.1 lockscreen? I mean the "wipe-to-right-and-start-the-camera-function" in the lockscreen-mode?

Yes, go to Settings>Lockscreen>Camera Widget[ON/OFF]

The S-Planner is a samsung app based on the touchwiz framework as part of the stock rom. the only way i know how to get it is by unsing a stock rom. I too tried looking for it when i had first installed the unofficial AOPK rom for my note 2, when I learnt of this.
Its called Sec_Calendar_NAmerica_SPen.apk.
If you have a backup or a rom saved that had it you can pull it off that and move to system then change permission. If not I can get it for you just let me know.
