ANSWER-
In Simple way- NO
In complex way- We cannot port any kitkat Rom except CM11(wiko) without Pure Kitkat Kernel compiled from latest Kitkat sources(which haven't released by any OEM's right now.So NO.

Thanks.... Where I am coming from is getting the engineering mode and ygps working. I tried mtk apps from this rom in cm but no luck. Why is engineering mode not working in cm, any clue.

It's coz engineering mode is a part of 4.2 rom Nd as we don't hav full sources it doesn't work on 4.4 rom
And also this s not the ri8 place to post questions so keep a note of it

Wickedleak has announced official Android 4.4 Kitkat for its Wammy Passion Z+ and it will be released on January 14 2014. And as it is running MTK6589T, Can it's ROM be ported to our Canvas HD ?? Because Canvas Turbo also runs on MTK6589T and our Canvas HD Devs ported it's ROM to our device. So is the same possible with Wammy Passion Z+ ??

It should be possible. Some devs believe that MT6589 and MT6589T both are the same. MT6589T just has a overclocked kernel.
Hope my mtk6575 device gets an update too

Micromax had not specified any release date and it will most probably release it after Wickedleak releases it !! So we can port that ROM and get a taste of Kitkat before the official release.

That's not true as they are also providing 4.4 for their dual core canvas 2 too since no mt6577 chip sets doesn't have 4.4 how could they port it?

Kitkat is way better in terms of performance.Less ram usage and lot of tweaks.But kitkat themed rom is just JB.It is released through OTA someone need to give us the full rom.

Devs have already downloaded the ROM but it is password protected.... We are looking to arrange the password !! So please be patient bro !! This is a test version, MMX will release it officially after some time... If they release it for A210 then they will release it for A116 too.. Because both have the same chipset and A116 has more users than A210 and it is a more popular device !! So its now confirmed that A116 will get Kitkat.... Cheers

Ok Please Clarify me as i am using it for the first time.. and when i go to about phone settings in phone version 4.4.2 when i tap iit show me kitkat logo and animation.. So my Ques is Whats the Difference between kitkat theme and original kitkat verison . as every feature in this rom is just like kitkat stock rom of galaxy series

To check this go to Settings-Developer Option-Select runtime and see there will be two options - Use ART/Use Dalvik. Use ART option available only with Kitkat and if you want to know more about Kitkat ART option, please google on it.
We already have stable KK which is purely bugless and lot faster than JB !!

It is not completely bugless. But it's smooth and fast. I face one issue and that is with camera app which takes unclear pictures in low-light conditions.

yupps there r two rom which r 4.4.2 bt both having bug discovery vo.5 and recently 0.6 relesed themed android l and another rom is famous 1 cynogenmod bt having bugs if u don't wann as much as clear image in camera in low light than u can use discovry rom that is gd1..

No you can't.. C-Apps is Cyanogen Apps Its for Cyanogenmod ROM....In Stock ROM you can't do anything other than Rooting & installing root apps.. You will need Custom Roms & Custom Recoveries for That ..You cant Flash Anything In Stock Recovery to.. Even if you have Custom Recovery in a Stock ROM its Not possible to flash any files in a Stock ROM , It Will Up in Bricking your device ..
