First of all, I was running gingerbread then I decided i'd downgrade so I flashed froyo, bricked, then fixed the soft brick. Now im running stock froyo on my bell atrix. I want to upgrade to gingerbread again, if my bootloader is unlocked on gingerbread is it safe to update ota still?

I've a 2.3.4 .DE atrix, I've unlocked bootloader and I've installed a custom rom.

I ordered an unlocked atrix 4g new from amazon, 331$ i think i made a good deal, but the catch was that i received the german version (O2 operator) and now i'm not able to upgrade to stock gingerbread firmware, so, is possible to make some kind of downgrade to any AT&T version so in the future i could update normally to gingerbread and ics?

Android version: 2.2.2
And yes, is rooted and bootloader is unlocked.

i just want to inform anyone have GB 2.3.4 its unrootable version if u have locked boatloader .. u can unlock boatloader and flash kernal wiz CMW build in and trough it u can root or upgrade to ICS and u can root wizout unlocking boatloader
Not entirely correct.
Only one (.62) (ok 2 if you include "german only" version .69) of android 2.3.4 is not rootable. Other versions are rootable AFAIK.
