I have a completely random request ...would some one mind taking a close up picture with their m7 and I mean close as possible but still in focus...reason being... something strange has happened to my phone cam after a over heat situation now it seems to be near sighted ??? So I need to do a comparison of photos to give it an eye exam lol please and thank you
....well it seems my camera can't see long distance but now can see VERY close up almost microscopic ...I'll upload a picture if anyone wants to do a comparison. N help me figure this out

Maybe there is an internal scratch. Or maybe its not processing the image right. Try to upgrade ur fw to latest and check. With latest fw the camera fw is also sometime updated to sort out bugs. If that doesnt help use ur warranty card and replace it.

I took a couple photos and as much as I love the camera I think some pictures are over exposed and the grass looks like turf.

Photos where taken on auto mode with anti shake on. Also I am rooted running eclipse ROM if that makes any difference.

Somewhat over exposed, but remember it's still a phone with a camera. It did petty good averaging everything out in the scene. If you want great photos you'll need to buy a real camera and learn to use it. Don't get me wrong you can get really nice shots from a camera phone too.

I guess this is a kind of unique problem, so I decided to start a new topic.
The problem is, I've been noticing something weird showing up on my photos. Every time it could be explained as a some weird looking shadow (we all know it looks like a bent penis)
Well, I thought there's a small piece of hair (or dust, whatever) under my camera glass so I cleaned it, but the thing I didn't want to see - the artifact is still there.
Do you think it can be solved in an other way than buying a new camera? It's not ROM or camera app releated for sure.
