Can someone create a torrent/mirror link for 4.4.2 firmware downloaded from sammobile.com.
I tried twice downloading from sammobile but dl struck at around 60 percent.
Torrent will be better.

You could download the france version xxlsr from http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/
just search i9100g and download the 4.1.2 version
then flash it in odin, google for odin 1.8.5
put your phone in download mode and connect it to the pc
in odin select a pda file and choose the 4.1.2 tar file and flash

If you are rooted download any jb rom available for ur phone thru Sam mobile... And flash it thru mobile odin... If you are not rooted you can still use pc version of odin

Are you asking for a changelog ???? Their is non.
Or are you trying to change something yourself ???

I guess he means 'check'. You can check on sammobile.com or here on xda but as already mentioned there is no official change log, just some lists of changes of what users find.

Have you tried here http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/1/?model=GT-I9300&pcode=INS#firmware make sure you get the correct one for your phone
hi i tried to install a stock firmware for my mega 6.3 and i got a error message ex4 image problem and now i got to go into recovery mode via kies.
anybody that can help me?
in download mode:
i see product name: gt-i9205
current binary: samsung official
system status: official
qualcom secureboot: enable(wtf is this)?
odin: invalid ext4 image(in red)
Maybe a corrupted download or invalid device. Which stock ROM are you trying to flash?
One from the netherlands.

Do u maybe know what that qualcom enable is?

A stock Rom has recovery built in, not added into the archive, you need to go to somewhere reputable like here

There should not be the recovery.img in the zip file, it is part of the md5 file.
Off the recovery.img what you see wasn't part of the firmware.
I had to download recovery.tar and accidentally extracted it

I found mine by looking in settings, about, and seeing the build number and baseband number, then looked on Sammobile under the different firmwares.
