Touch the android to begin of course . You factory reseted your device, so now you have to set it up again.
A factory reset only wipe out data. You're still missing the dialer app from system.
Find the apk somewhere and push it back to system/app or wherever it reside.
Of course I touch it but noting happens. Just stuck on that.

Have you tried reflashing your stock rom?

Wiped S3 mini not working

So, I just wiped my phone because of a bootloop (i edited build.prop...) and when I did the setup I couldn't type anything because Samsung Keyboard crashes on every reboot, and I almost saw something because the resolution was very small... I wiped it twice... Also, when I try to open any app, it crashes immediately.
what should I do?

I would recommend using Odin to re-flash the stock firmware for your device. If you have any questions about this procedure please let me know I will be happy to help you out.

Changed DPI in build.prop can't access phone!

I changed the DPI in the build.prop, rebooted and when it got to the lock screen I couldn't see all the numbers to unlock the phone.
I tried pulling the build.prop with adb but it said the phone was offline
I tried a factory data reset thinking that would reset the build prop. Now I'm stuck in activation section!!
what can I do here? It's a core prime on 4.4.4 straight talk if that matters
Somebody please help me

HELP PLEASE, J7 Prime screen flashing, system ui stopped etc.

So I just flashed Enigma v3 rom on my j7 prime (sm g610f). Everything was fine and then I flashed the fix. once i rebooted after sideloading the fix i booted to phone up to find out that the screen is fading to black, then fading to my desktop wallpaper (only the wallpaper) then black (its a smooth fade transition), then i went into emergency mode to see if it would fix, the fading stopped, but now there is a popupthat keep appearing, saying "Unfortunately, System UI has stopped" when i press ok, it keeps appearing again. I tried to reboot into safe mode, doesn't help, and tried a hot reboot, also doesn't help .

Try to use the rom without fix.And tell the ROM developer to fix this issue.

Thanks for the help, I fixed it by wiping data, cache, davlik and system then reflashing it using adb sideload, seems like problem was caused by deepsleep fixer app (or maybe xposed installer) because when i deleted those apps after reflashing (they come with rom) then installing fix zip file using twrp, there are no problems anymore. :good:
