[SOLVED] HTC One stuck on bootloader - T-Mobile HTC One (M7)

Hi everyone, I recently rooted and installed TWRP recovery and then flashed CM11 Nightly on my HTC One. But then I decided to return to stock ROM and in the middle of the process, my OS was deleted, and I don't have a working Recovery anymore, so I am just stuck on the bootloader, and have been trying to solve this mess for hours.
I can't flash any recovery.img's, as I keep getting FAILED/Errors.
Can't boot into Recovery (no recovery installed)
Can't boot up (No OS installed)

I've tried flashing RUU, but I kept getting the ERROR 155 message. Thus realizing that I need an RUU of the same version of Android. And I can't find a 4.4.4 RUU anywhere.
Any help, please?

Did you run this [RUU] T-Mobile USA | 4.4.2 | Sense 6 | 5.14.531.11 because it is the latest version that T-Mobile has released. If that doesn't work then try this method.

[Q] About HBOOT

Hi All,
I did a research on the forum but couldn't find the answers. Could someone please help me?
The scenario:
I was S-On and rooted then relock and RUU back to install the recent OTA.
Then I tried to unlock and flash the Amon Ra Recovery using Hasson's AIO toolkit v2.1.
Now my HBOOT is look like below and my phone is rooted and able to operate normally.

Questions:
1) Can I still install custom ROM with the "TAMPERED" status? If not, how to solve this?
2) I saw some screen shot with HBOOT 2.27, RADIO 2.22.10, and the date is Aug 6, 2012. I supposed my phone has been updated to the latest but it seems not. How can I get there?
Really appreciate your precious time and generous help!
1) Yes, that particular message does not affect functionality. It reads "Tampered" on the stock bootloader if a custom recovery is installed.
2) Those are from the global update, which you can download a full RUU for that from here: http://www.androidpolice.com/2012/0...ull-ruu-build-4-03-605-2-for-the-htc-rezound/

[Q] HTC One Bad Flash and no backup

Hello there, I am using an AT&T HTC One and have somehow screwed it up completely. I have ClockworkMod 6.0.3.1 installed and was trying to update my ROM to a 4.4 one, but it was a bad flash with some error, thus leading me to just restart it. However, I found that I cannot get past the HTC white screen, and it just reboots right into ClockworkMod without even being detected by my computer. I can access the bootloader, and recovery, but cannot get my computer or the adb services to recognize my phone. Is there anything I can do?
here is my bootloader screen btw:

[Q] Soft brick/boot loop. S-ON - Unlocked

Problem solved by using http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2251800 and finding a random RUU for the m7tmo.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I recently tried updating from CyanogenMod 10.2 to CyanogenMod 11 using the CMUpdater. This update failed using TWRP and would not boot into the OS. I have access to the bootloader and recovery still. I later came to find out that I need s-off for CM11/4.4.1. When entering TWRP (Version 2.6.3.3) I'm prompted to enter a password, if I cancel it, seems to just take me right back to the actual recovery.

Recovery

I think i've broke my phone today, i tried to root my HTC Desire 601 and did the following:
- Unlock the bootloader
- Install TWRP
- And tried to install the supersu zip, but got some errors, so the last thing I did was use the wipe option from TWRP (I think that was what i did, but not actually sure). And rebooted.
After that, the only think that it shows is the HTC screen. I can still boot in HBoot. I really appreciate any help.

Which TWRP did you use? Your hboot and TWRP versions match the KitKat OTA so you need to make sure you are using the OTA compatible version which can be found here, the version on TWRP's site is for devices untouched by the OTA.

I've used the TWRP 2.7.1.0 version. And yes, I had KitKat OTA.
