[Q] No OTA file dump for 4.3 3.17.502.3 available ? - AT&T HTC One (M7)

Why its so hard to find OTA file for 4.3 Update for At&t on internet, only RRU is present? I read its a 567mb file.
I have searched everywhere for OTA dump, but its not there even on htc1guru.com, other regional variants 4.3 OTA files are present.
Also surprisingly the next OTA (4.4 Sense 5.5 and sense6 ) are there for At&t but not (3.17.502.3) .
I don't wanna do a RUU flash as i will loose all my data and currently i am on Stock 4.1 with S-on.
Please let me know if anybody can find a OTA file for the above so that i can update via recovery mode in device only.
Thanks.

[Q] Updating rom or firmware/radio from 1.13.651.1 to 3.15.651.13? Rooted & S-OFF

[Q] Updating rom or firmware/radio from 1.13.651.1 to 3.15.651.13? Rooted & S-OFF
Hi XDA,
I just obtained LazyPanda S-OFF (after being rooted and HTCDev Unlocked/S-ON since I got my phone)
I'm still on my original rom and firmware my phone got shipped with, never took an OTA (thank god)
I have Titanium Backup PRO, and TWRP v2.4.1.0 (the latest version)
(I read that someone had to downgrade TWRP to v2.3.3.0 to install the newest JB rom - took him 3 hours of trying with TWRP v2.4.1.0 until he tried v2.3.3.0 and it worked) - Link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2045929&page=62
Has anyone successfully flashed the new JB rom with the latest TWRP?
AND
If I flash the odexed rom (from -viperboy-) will that include the firmware & radio? If not, should I flash the firmware that won't update/include the newest HBoot? (or do I need the new HBoot?) I'm on LazyPanda's 1.12 (v1.12.xxx - the modded version) Or because I'm S-OFF it doesn't matter if HBoot gets updated/overwritten because I'll still retain root & S-OFF?
I just want to know what files to install, and how to install them properly (please include links and good directions) I already watched wwjoshdew's videos on YouTube.
Thanks in advance, zmag
Roms do not include firmware/radios.
The firmware updates are found here READ thru the last 10-20 pages before you flash any firmware...better to be safe then sorry.
When you are ready to flash use the Full Firmware
There is no need to update your hboot.
I have all my firmware updated including the touch panel drivers and I can use twrp 2.4.1.0 but if you update the touch panel drivers you can ONLY use roms based on 3.16. In order to flash a 3.15 JB rom you would have to flash the older touch panel drivers and use an older version of twrp AFAIK
Re: [Q] Updating rom or firmware/radio from 1.13.651.1 to 3.15.651.13? Rooted & S-OF
You can update firmware from my thread by flashing the latest (3.16) firmware.
As far as ROMs go, with TWRP 2.4.1.0 you won't be able to flash 3.16-based ones with an outdated update binary. If you want a 3.16-based ROM, you can flash MeanBean, or my stock rooted.
If you want to flash a 3.15 base ROM, that should be no problem.
Thank you for the heads up guys!
So I'm going to update just the firmware/radio for now: (with this file) PJ75IMG_Jewel_3.16.651.3_firmware_extended.zip - correct? (Sorry just making sure)

Yes, that is correct.
Thank you for guiding me through this captain throwback, I _finally_ did my first firmware update and everything works great.
I'm still on the original rom, until I decide if I want to update to JB (the touchscreen drivers are what's making me nervous to be honest)
All in all, thank you! I'll read through your thread and direct any further questions there if necessary!
So if I want to install MeanBean, and update the Firmare to 3.16, I can flash MeanBean first, then update the Firmware, correct?
I am on the stock firmware, running the stock OS, and have not taken any OTA's. Is there an issue with flashing the most current firmware, or do I have to "step up" by flashing older firmware updates in sequence until I get to the most current?
Thanks

As long as you use the firmware zips from my thread, you can flash the latest firmware with no problems. The order of flashing ROM versus firmware shouldn't matter.

[Q] Firmware request

Does anyone have firmware for 1.16.651.4 that can be flashed ? I flashed the sprint RUU and now im stuck on 1.14.651.1 and unable to get OTA updates.
Unfortunately merely installing a ROM does not update the phone's actual firmware. I am S-OFF and just need the stock 1.16.651.4 firmware to flash.

[REQUEST]Share your OTA ZIP

I'm looking to collect the following:
ZARA_UL KitKat OTAs - NEEDED MOST
ZARA_UL OTAs following the KitKat update
Any ZARA_CL variant other than Virgin Mobile US (if that even exists) They do exist!!
In the hopes of gaining hboot files to add to the collection of "no red text" modified hboots, which can be found here. If you have a ZARA_UL and haven't updated to KitKat yet, please copy your OTA zip before you run the update. These are most important because they actually have the new hboot in them. Any future OTAs might still include it, but I don't think they'll be guaranteed to.
Saving the OTA zip.
After your phone downloads the OTA you will get a popup asking to install now or later, select later.
The file will be located in a folder on your EXTERNAL SDCARD
Plug the phone into your PC and open the external storage of the phone
Find the file and copy it to your PC
Unplug your phone and tap the update notification to resume the update.
It's that simple to save it.
Sharing the OTA zip
Open the OTA zip that you copied to your PC
Extract the file "firmware.zip"
Upload the file firmware.zip to a storage provider such as Google Drive or DropBox
Alternately, you can simply upload the whole OTA zip if you like (It will take ~15 minutes to upload the KK OTA at 5Mbps)
Send me the link via PM or in a reply to this thread.
Collected so far
The following link to full OTAs if available, firmwares will be made into their own post.

Thanks.
Full ones are fine. It doesn't have to be just the firmware.zip, it just makes it easier for people since they'll only have to upload a ~35MB file vs a 600+MB file.
Is there a way to flash an KK OTA zip yet? Only curious in case I mess something up and there is no KK RUU yet. Thanks
Sent from my Virgin Mobile CDMA HTC Desire 601 zara_cl
Just PM'd you a link for the full OTA for Wind Mobile CA [GLOBALIVE]

[Q] Help; Firmware OTA

So this is probably a stupid question, and I apologize in advance, but I was wondering if it's normal that my firmware is still 1.12.502.18 and Android Version is 4.4.2? When I click software update it says that my current software is up to date. Thanks

Not a stupid question by any means.
That is a really old software number. Are you connected to AT&T, or another network?
You can RUU up to 1.58, see the instructions on the following webpage under "manual system update instructions": http://www.htc.com/us/support/htc-one-m8-att/news/
You can also RUU up to 2.23 (Android 4.4.3). Although this OTA was pulled due to battery drain issues, the RUU does not suffer the same issue. While the RUU is no longer listed on the HTC support website (linked above), the official download link is still active:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/att-htc-one-m8/general/htc-one-m8-ruu-m8ul-4-4-3-t2860423
If connected to the AT&T network, either being updated to 1.58 or 2.23 should allow you to receive the 3.x (Android 4.4.4) software once it rolls out (rumored mid-December). But being on 1.12, you will likely not receive the update.
