I flashed this debloater script after flashing Kit Kat rom and immediately get fc on sensor service and samsung keyboard. Then turning on wifi becomes problematic (it stays turning on very long and can take a while to connect to your ap. Mxplayer in video brightness control also doesn't have any effect.
At the end I had to reflash the original kit kat ROM. Think the script removed some dependencies.

thats exactly what happened with me....the keyboard crashed and wifi became problematic....had to download official kitkat and flash it....OP look you should atleast try your scripts before posting.....

KNOWN ISSUES
MJ2: ClockWorkMod cannot read SD card after flashing, move backups, tweaks etc to internal storage to flash - offset by having apps on SD card instead.
MH2: None
INSTALLATION
BACKUP FIRST using CWM Backup!
Install using CWM from either the internal or external SD card. It will wipe your cache and dalvik cache and re-install the system.
If you encounter problems do a full wipe and try again.

The Rom not have kernel, and this arrive "SU does not update", only if we have the VCore kernel working.
If we have a Stock Kernel working we not have SU updates issues. SU will be alright updated.
We have HERE the kernel from this Rom to flash by Odin, before Your Custom Rom (XSA Australia).

I have flashed the XSA kernel and still have root, working on including it in the zip. This also solves the SU not updating, so worth the fix.

Here, near my home the 4G is very good. I have a pack from 50 Mb/s and sometimes I make tests and have 52,3xx Mb/s.

Is the AccuWeather.com. The AccuweatherWidget.apk from System/app is not odex. I think I was restored it from Titanium Backup.
Put this apk on that and reboot. On screenshot is on top left. (permissions : rw-r--r--).
Hopefully without flashing back to stock and re-doing everything.
Running a rooted stock MJ4 ROM. Used Root Explorer to remove APK's (likely why I'm having this issue. So perhaps finding out which apk I removed would rectify this.)
Whenever I click my home button ON my designated home screen it locks up and freezes and says "touchwiz has stopped responding"

Just Odin the stock MJ4 tar in the dev section. It is posted by Skunk Ape. It doesn't wipe data so all you will have to do is reroot and flash a recovery. Somebody could probably tell you which apk it was but we would have to know every one you removed. Other option is to just reflash a nandroid or ref lash the stock ROM you are on without wiping data.

More than one, which is why you were provided a sound answer. Deleting apks could lead to undesired outcomes, as there are dependent library files (amongst other items, like archive files, sound, images) that go with them.
If all you did was delete apks, I'll send you a list of what should be in there. You could compare them one at a time, and let us know which are missing. Once that's known, I'll link you the ones to backfill.
Give me a minute and I'll post here. Now you might see why @ifly4vamerica and @w7excursion suggested the other route (it's a long dang list).

App manager, select disable if an option (for most of the ones you referenced, it is). For others, like connection optimizer, you can use Titanium Backup to freeze. I suggest doing the latter one or two at a time with a reboot in between to make sure you aren't freezing apps that cause the same issue.

I've removed the following 147 apps from BeansTown106's 4.4.2 [NC4] ROM but can be removed from any NC4 ROM. If you're on the OTA you should remove any corresponding odex files as well. There are more apps that can be removed but these are the ones I've deleted so far. Please keep in mind that you use your phone differently than I do so some of these may interfere with your daily use if renamed/removed but everything I use works fine for me. I have completely removed them but the best thing to do is to rename them with a .bak extension in Root Explorer (or similar app) to be sure that they aren't going to cause any issues for you after rebooting. You could also copy them to your external SDcard for safe keeping and then delete them from the appropriate system folder. I am not responsible for any issues you may have when removing these app.

These apps can be removed from any NC4 ROM, if it's the OTA you should remove the odex file as well. I also updated the OP to show this information.
when i froze the magazine app with TB, it made my email crash. was wondering if you have facebook installed on your phone. i cant seem to get the location to post anymore. i used to be able to tap the little location emblem, and then at the bottom of the screen on the next page, the city would be highlighted in gray. you could tap on it and then it would add it to your post. are you able to do this? i think something i froze may have caused this. thanks in advance

I don't use the stock email app or Facebook, did you freeze locationservices or VzwLbs? It could be one of those. I'm glad you to the safe route and froze them.

I am using titanium backup to freeze other than that am I supposed to do something else ( trying to understand delete odex) I was freezing in case I wanted to re add it later

I've removed the following 168 apps from hsbadr's Jamine ROM which is a full S5 Port [N900VVRUCNC4 & G900VVRU1ANCG] . There are more apps that can be removed but these are the ones I've deleted so far. Please keep in mind that you use your phone differently than I do so some of these may interfere with your daily use if renamed/removed but everything I use works fine for me. Yes and no, there always seems to be a few apps that still run even when they are frozen. You could always remember them with a .bak extension and leave them where they are.

Yes. Use this script for the s5 and just add or delete any lines with stuff u want to keep or add. The script will say it failed on windows but it just takes a few seconds to popup and start deleting on ur phone. It will reboot ur phone when its done. I have run the script on the stock rom / jasmine 1.72 / 2.0 and baja rom. I delete the lines for hangouts/ youtube and chrome because I use those.

UPDATE: Doesn't remove NFC anymore, and the file itself is about a fourth the size. Not much else changed.
This is a de-bloat script for keysoh2's Odexed CNK2 ROM. It should also work for the Deodexed version, but I have not tested that that is the case.
If you're on a Lollipop bootloader (DOB1), then you have to install ktoonsez's Touchwiz Kitkat 4.4 kernel, or else the ROM won't boot (regardless of the debloat script).
The debloat script removes a lot of stuff. Installed size goes from 2220MB to 1214MB.

In addition, it removes the Pen notifications (the S5 doesn't have a pen included, and I don't expect many people to use it), power on and power off sounds, and everything in /system/tts.
Some important ones to note from the previous list are the updater (you can't update anyways with a custom recovery), superuser, which is why it's essential that you flash the supersu zip, Gallery, Camera, Browser, Calendar, NFC, Music, ANT, Dropbox, All Share, Video player, MyFiles (file manager), MusicFX (install Viper or some other audio processor if you want), KTMonitor (I find it useless), most things for Accessibility, most Samsung things, most T-mobile things, and the Proxy Handler.
**NOTE: WIFI CALLING IS STILL AVAILABLE AND FUNCTIONAL
Instructions for a Clean Install
1) Flash the ROM
2) Flash the Kernel (must do this if you're on a Lollipop bootloader, like DOB1)
3) Flash the attached debloat-cnk2.zip
4) Flash supersu
If you just want to get rid of the apps on your current ROM, just run the zip, install supersu, and reboot. You will have to uninstall Lookout by yourself, since it is installed as a data app, which this script does not remove.

This is just my opinion and please don't take it in a negative way, but I think a script to Debloat Lollipop would be more appreciated. There are already a few debloated KK roms also my Aroma based debloat script in my OZOP to pick which apps you don't want for NK2.
Again not trying to dismiss your work here because just writing an OP takes time, let alone the work to put something together worthy of an OP. So thank you! I know how it is to not get a thanks or appreciation shown for what you do. Keep it up

Sorry, I didn't realize that OZOP had a debloat script to remove apps for NK2. I'll be writing one for Lollipop too (probably this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2797336 since it's one of the few available for DOB1 that don't have a modified UI), it's just that I haven't gotten to it yet.

Noob question here: is a de-bloat script always rom specific (as you mentioned VisionX) or can it be applied to the stock untouched (odex) DOB1 as well? My guess would be that it would only work for deodex, but I wasn't sure. Thanks.

It is not ROM specific, but the reason I note the ROM I use is because I only remove the apps that are included in the ROM. For example, in the case of this script, keysoh2 already removed all of the Knox garbage that comes with CNK2. As a result, if you flash the script on a completely Stock ROM, the script will fail to remove Knox, but it will still remove all of the other bloatware that is common to keysoh2's ROM. Another thing is that it works on Odexed ROMs as well as De-Odexed ROMs, since I explicitly remove the odex files associated with each bloatware app. But, once again, some of the odex files may not be included in keysoh2's version, and if they were not, and they are included in the stock ROM, then you might face some issues.
Thanks for this. I did it on my nk2 rom but not I have no contacts or calendar.
I got contacts to work by copying Googlecontactssyncadapter.apk and settings permissions.
But it didn't work for Googlecalendarsyncadapter.apk
OK fixed it.
Had to readd seccalendarprovider.apk in the system/priv-apps folder.
