the best way is to integrate it in your rom:
-extract the lib files that are in the .apk
-put them in /system/lib
-delete the lib folder in the apk
-replace the flash apk in your /system/app by this one
i've installed it...it works nicely...

Who can explain this?

this version is not good as vmcms one...but this one album no fc..

It tweaks from cpu to lcd dencity... plus a whole lot more.. its a apk just install and browse the app...they are tabs on top tools to auto tweak even the 3g/4g/Lte bands and also optimisation in general.. I try to use onetouch tweaks if Im not familiar with the area, and it even has an option to install TWRP but i havent try it yet...
