I've been putting ported Z2 stuff on my One for weeks trying to get it close with a mixture of Home, SystemUI, and a cm11 theme.

Sony's camera is very good to, because of the AddOns.
Is it based on Z2 or Xperia E?
I would love to try out this ROM. Unfortunately it was moved to general so it won't get enough people interested. Just one question, why does it say xperia e on the first screenshot?

You didn't read correctly, did you? It says "Xperia! E" So the E isn't part of the same sentence. Also it says Real Z2 Experience in thread title, so that should clear your doubts.

Interest in a ROM does not depend on what section it is in. If you truly an XDA person you loom in all sections all the time. Also if the ROM is good they will come from all areas of the web to try it out. If you like it put up a banner or link to the thread and help spread the word :good:

Trust me, I'm on XDA all day. But I don't generally go on general (Pun Intended)
Would be great if you can get the Z2 camera to work. Then I don't have a need for my Z1. I can really move to using OPO. I can run multirom with CM11s and this rom.

Z2 camera app would be awesome. Cm11s camera is frankly quite bad. It's crying out for features and add ons

Sony has been releasing many devices each one of them have new apps so instead of porting only sxs apps I thought of porting apps from diff xperia 2012 devices.

So the stock camera app from CM10 is still full of green lines and other errors on display right?
Which app would you advise and can you tell how to delete the stock camera app and replace it with an wirking camera app? Is it possible?
What abour the launcher? Is it possible to hide apps?

The UI is really nice (I like Xperia, good job :good
I have only few bugs so far
only thing is that I miss the Xperia lockscreen, thought it would come with the framework in the addon pack but it didnt change anything in my phone....
and in scritchs and feras roms the screen definitely was darker than here.... there is definitely something strange goin on with brightness, but only with xperia launcher.
Walkman us working but apollo force closes on pressing "start" there are two widgets, but unless i set it on totally bright it varys, always gets brighter when i go to home...
Performance seems even a tick better than in scritchs cm10, cant say anything bout battery yet
I hope you will work further on this peoject

either use stock CM kernel or flash xxlq6 modem + ril

Basically i modded the Xperia S theme. i was resizing Xperia Z's icons for about an hour, and i also have faced some problems with torch icon and Play Store... I resized the icons using Picmonkey

I already have all the icons, but when i put Torch's, Radio's and Play Store's Xperia Z's icons in the specific folders, nothing really happens. I mean that the app icons are the same. I don't know why, but i'm strill trying to figure it out!

1) Download Xperia Z Icons
2) Open with 7zip the App you want to mod the icon. DO NOT EXTRACT THE APP!!!
3) For example, if you want to mod the Torch Icon, open the Torch App with 7zip, and go to /res/drawable/icon.png.
PNG's Dimensions are 48x48. This means that the torch icon you want to resize, must be resized to 48x48.
There is also another icon in the folder /res/drawable-mdpi/icon.png which also needs to be resized. at 48x48 again.
4) Resize the Xperia Z Icon's for the Torch App, and place them in the specific folders without exctracting the App. (Delete both previous icon.png's and replace them with the new Xperia Z styled Icons).
___HERE-----> /res/drawable/icon.png
___AND HERE----> /res/drawable-mdpi/icon.png
5) When you do that, your finished.

I don't know... i remember that when i flashed semc debrand engine 04 beta, i was getting force closes when i was sliding out the keyboard. But i'll flash it one more time, and i'll send you pm.

nice, i myself was in the process of adding the sony apps to percy_g2's CM 11, trying to make it look livelier u know, and then i come across this ROM and most of it has already been done
in terms of looks, the only thing better in CM 11 is the way the folders look on the homescreen.. that is IT..

Is this Rom Themed Or requires us to apply Xperia theme from CM theme chooser?
If It is themed, then may I know whether u have themed Framework-res.apk?
Because all switchs, etc depend on it!
If yes then I will be thankful if u can give me only Framework-res.apk link!
If u r using theme to apply then I'm sorry to say but I don't call this a Rom, but I say it's a Mod as there is nothing developed & is made with all pre-developed apps & tweaks!
There are many Mods like this in Xda which are basically in Themes & Apps section! And I guess we/OP should report Moderator to move this thread!

Hmm...ok is cool!
And I know how to theme CM as I'm also a experienced developer! but I'm bit lazy to do as I already did Galaxy S4 themed framework for my other devices(not here but in my site)
So I thought if ur Framework-res was themed then I could decompile & copy png's from hdpi folder!
Anyways good work!
But still I guess this should be in Themes & Apps section coz I don't see development but see a Mod with various ported apps from different developers!

Guys use the kernel inside the zip...its. 19/3 cm11 nigtly update build...nor ION nor Dark

Wonderfull Rom, please fix the Virtual/Physical Keyboard switch function because of this:
I saw that virtual keyboard wasn't appearing so I deactivated physical keyboard. Physical Keyboard and Virtual Keyboard now works together but when I tap on a text field the virtual keyboard still appears even if my physical keyboard is out (and fill the screen). This makes annoing the use of the physical keyboard.
