No problem! I'm glad to contribute.
There are some issues of course like camera not working and microphone but on the majority of it works well.
Please do check if Google Play downloads apps properly!
Thanks!

Great Progress
Shaheer, your teamwork with Valera1978 have brought a fantastic improvement to this ROM in just a few days.
Most things are currently working:
- Bluetooth
- External SD Access (use SD KitKat Fixer for initiatial run)
- Root
- Google Play (Market)
- Stereo Sound
- Sync
- WiFi (though you need to manually login after reboot, R4 fix is not working)
- Cromecast (full screen transfer with #MirrorEnabler hack)
- init.d support (need installation)
- Text-to-speech
- Downloads
- Recent apps button (in navigation panel)
currently not working:
- PC mount (I tried everything I could think of - no go)
- Camera (causes system to crash - don't use)
- Screenshots
- Torch (Flashlight)
- GPS lock (can't get GPS lock, though works over WiFi, and I can't tell about voice guidance in Google Maps)
- Microphone (recording apps crash)
- Xposed Installer (att. causes black screen and will eventually crash, but you can still get it to work by insisting, I'm currently running about 15 MOD's - but it's a real hazzle at every new flash)
If there is a way to get the PC-mount to work, it would significantly help as the T900 is incredibly slow to wipe and format. To go from cm11 to stock and back to cm11 is a 45 min process, and this just to download and re-flash an update...But, you could of course use Google Drive or DropBox.
However, as I earlier stated, I'm really impressed of what it already can do, notably as this was done w/o access to a T900. Thanks a lot for all your efforts.

WOW! Thanks for the great list of things working & not working! :highfive:
About the Wifi not remembering password upon reboot, i've never had that on the CM for my Tab Pro 10.1. Will look into it! :good:
Thank You!

You're welcome. I've added a few more items to the list
The cm11 ROM is very light weight, just about an eight (1/8) of the stock touchwiz ROM, 226M to download and another 25M for a mini GApps. Boot time seens to be 3- 4x faster, and this feeling continues while running the ROM, everything mounts so much faster. Overall it's very smooth and responsive.
As soon as the PC mount is fixed, this will be a breeze, but it's already indespensible. Besides, I can always use DropBox, or Google Drive for file transfers.

Update coming in a bit. It will fix chromecast mirroring, recent menu, small things. :victory:

Uploading R4 right now!
Change-log in the meantime: (Remember little things )
Added Chromecast Screen mirror app built in thank to @r3pwn
Fixed Wifi losing password issues (Please test it out it should fix it but i'm not 100% sure)
Fixed Recent Apps Button
Please check if init.d support is working out of the box.

Yeah, CM does seem faster than touchwiz doesn't it. Not always the case though, I tend to like touchwiz better but sometimes it gets on my nerves too.
R4 is literally almost done uploading in 10 seconds then i'll add the link to the OP. :highfive:
If I could just get camera and PC Mount working

Alright, R4 is uploaded and link is posted in the OP. Enjoy!
PS: Please read the changlog in the OP and please check if Wi-Fi remembers password after rebooting

1st try with R4 was not successfull

In R4, the WiFi connection is actually slightly worse than it was. At times it states disabled and you need to turn off Wifi and turn it on again and, bien entendu, manually enter your credentials again. Additionally, you still lose connection on almost every reboot. The same issue exist with the T-520 ROM, see posts #; 42, 43 and 112 in the T-520 forum.
However, the built in init.d support, SD Fix as well as the recent apps button all work well.
Additionally, I can confirm that there is no GPS lock.
I also installed Jeeko's MOD PurePerformances X and I'm at least under the impression that it runs even smoother now...
Anther alternative would be to try PMB Nitro X, but there was no uninstaller, or JustArchi's ArchiDroid Optimizations, but I couldn't figure out how to deploy it at 5am...
I also opted to install ViPER4Android Audio Effects in order to improve the sound in comparison with the built in DSP Manager.
When I get time, I will suggest a comprehensible list of tweaks, MOD's and tools, that will improve your performance, or make it a more enjoyable working environment. But, for the moment I need to concentrate on my upcoming final exam (9/27), and on getting a job thereafter. Once screenshots are working it will make more sense.

What's different between the camera used in the T525 and T520?
Wouldn't it be possible to port over crpalmer's "SM-T525 cm11.0 LTE" - (picassolte) camera to the T520, and maybe also some of the other broken parts?
Are there more things than the LTE capability that are different?
If the port from T525 to T520 works, it might also be possible to use in the T900...
Have you had any contact with crpalmer?
It seems like he has ordered a T520, and was interested in working on an Exynos based device.

Wouldn't it be nice to get a AOSP kernel to go with this ROM?
LibiSC's LibidinosoSC kernel for touchwiz T520 was a first break-though.
I hope that now when we have close to complete AOSP ROM's for the Exynos based devices. It would be nice to take a next step with one for cm11. Maybe, a fully working kernel could even solve some of the outstanding issues with the T520 and the T900 versions, it seems like LibiSC got some of this done with his kernel.
You never get too old for dreaming...or playing...

GPS fix. Should work GPS and GLONASS.
Relpace all files from attach to CM11_SMT520PortR4.zip and flash it.
Or you can manually copy\replace it using es explorer or root explorer.
But in this case please check rights:

I ported the GPS fix to the T-900 ROM, but it did not work. I spent about 3/4 of an hour under open sky. I re-placed the files according to instructions, as;
system/bin/gpsd rwxr-xr-x
system/etc/gps.xml rw-r--r--
system/etc/gps.conf rw-r--r--
system/lib/hw/gps.default.so rw-r--r--
Unfortunately, I had no GPS lock, what-so-ever. I also tried applying the various "gps.conf" found in the "perfect solution" threads at XDA, but non of them succeeded in getting a lock, using GPS Status Pro
I'm sorry, but at least I tried my best...

Apparently it wasn't as easy as I thought, crpalmer explained that the cores are completely different between the T-525 and the T-520, one is qualcom, while the other is Exynos based. Apparently they are not at all compatible. Well, back to the drawing board...

I didn't get to it lastnight, but this is on my list for this weekend, without a doubt. Heading to a wedding/reception shortly that will last (hopefully) well into the night!
I was researching the best way to root the tablet. Seems there is still no way to root w/o tripping the KNOX flag, correct?
If not, I assume the steps at this the following thread are all that's needed?

I wrote a guide on how to root the T-900 a while ago, this is it.

Finally!
Thanks for all your hard work! Looking back at the thread you seem to be on your game regarding bug fixing.
About to take the plunge myself but wanted to ask the guys who have already flashed it.
I use my tablet all the time. Would you recommend R3 or R4 as a daily driver?

Great Job

READ ALL OF THIS POST AND THE ONE AFTER IT!
No, really, read it all. There's important information in here, honest!
Edit: Desire to Nexus One port status update - read
What is it?
As you all know, HTC have announced the 'HTC Desire', which is effectively HTC's version of the Nexus One. It shares a lot of the same hardware, but features cool stuff like HTC Sense and other cool apps (such as a camera app with face recognition, touch focus etc. etc.). The product is due to launch soon, which means ROMs have started to leak. This Alpha release is one such leak.
Alpha? That sounds scary?
Yeah, this isn't even Beta. There's a good chance you won't want to use this as your main ROM, but you might like to check out what's coming down the road.
So what works?
Almost everything - it's quicker to talk about what doesn't work. Aside from the FM radio, there appear to be no hardware incompatibilities that will cause a problem between the two devices. Even the noise cancelling microphone is functional in this ROM. The only problems with the ROM are related to the fact that HTC are yet to release the Desire kernel source, and there's a lot of changes in there. For the latest known issues status, please see the post below.
Tell me about partitions!
The Desire has a different partition layout to the Nexus One, which means some stuff had to be moved from /system to /data. No biggie, and with each Alpha release i'm optimising further to improve the situation. Be aware that this means you must wipe BEFORE installing the ROM and NOT AFTER, or it won't boot. A wipe is strongly recommended before trying this ROM - and remember to nandroid backup first!
What else are you working on for the ROM?
I have deliberately left this ROM un-odex'd, as I know other ROM developers will like to have a play with it (remember to credit your source guys!). Going forward, odex'ing the ROM makes a lot of sense to save space, although it's less of an issue now I have moved the dalvik-cache to the cache partition (as in cyanogen's ROM).
What kernel are you using? Any other tweaks worth knowing about?
The ROM has the usual MCR tweaks (tun.ko, openvpn, busybox, dropbear etc.) and is running a custom kernel by teknologist and myself based on the stock .33 source (check the changelog below for more details). Himem is enabled. The kernel runs at standard clock speeds, uniquely only using undervolt at the lowest clock speeds.
This is great - how can we say thanks?
Details on how to support my work should you wish to do so (any contributions are gratefully received) are available on the download page.
Alright, i've read enough, gimme the downloads!
One download, update zip format, apply via Amon_RA's excellent recovery image, remember to Nandroid backup first. You probably won't want to use this as your production ROM yet!
DOWNLOAD
These links use referrer checking to prevent bandwidth theft - if you get redirected to the MoDaCo homepage, try 'right click save as', another browser, or disabling noscript / ad blocking
One more thing?
To finish i'd like to say 'enjoy playing with the ROM', thanks for your support and here's looking forward to the final Desire release (after a few more Betas) on our beloved Nexus Ones!

FM Radio finds stations but does not produce any sound

Updated Titanium Backup, WaveSecure and Wired Tether applications.

Alpha 9
Repacked boot image, including TCK 0.4, to avoid flashing issue. Minor kernel config tweaks.
'Car Home' included by request.
Bootsound removed - it will be an optional extra in the kitchen. It was annoying me.
Alpha 8
Hugely, HUGELY, optimised for space. Only the framework sits on /data now (and there's 12MB free on system currently!), and I foresee that with more work, we might even be able to fit everything on /system!
dalvik-cache moved to /cache, this frees up a ton of space on /data
.32 Custom kernel by myself and teknologist with undervolt for low frequencies only, our usual modules etc. for VPN, tun and the like, props to persiansown for the UC source and cyanogen for the kernel git - this should fix Bluetooth!
USB mount app preinstalled
Maps 4 port by Brut preinstalled which adds multitouch and non US navigation (both tested)
Gallery 3D app from Nexus One preinstalled (multitouch tested and working)
Added default android keyboard with voice search - also fixes voice search issues!
Added alternate news widget from Nexus One (GenieWidget)
Online kitchen for MoDaCo Ad Free / Plus members (see my sig for deets)
Slimmed down customize directory with added en-US - thanks qteknology for the inspiration. All the space counts!
Alpha 7
Fixed issue with ringtones list
Alpha 6
Changes to try and resolve random reboots
Alpha 5
Fixed white screen on boot, wifi and update-script issues
Fixed graphical glitching
Alpha 1-4
Disastrous
Did a full wipe and flashed Alpha 5.
First boot took 2 minutes 40 seconds from cold boot. Subsequent boots took 20-30 seconds.
Rom seems pretty fast although I do see some (minor) slowness coming from CyanogenMod.
HTC setup is working. Including adding wifi and setting up your Google, Facebook, Flickr, and Twitter accounts.
Camera is working at the reported 3mp resolution and facial recognition also works.
Flash works but as others have reported it is slow and Hulu.com still doesn't work so your dreams of Hulu on the go are going to have to wait.
The included gallery app is definitely not as eye candy rich as Google's but it is usable.
As we all know the HTC IME is far better then the stock keyboard.
As stated FM doesn't work but it seems to be trying. It will scan and pick up local stations it just can't seem to produce audio from them.
The proximity and light sensors actually seem to be working better then Stock/CM builds.
USB-MS does not appear to be working. In settings there is a "Connect to PC" option that is set to "Charge Only" with additional options of HTC Sync, Disk Drive, and Internet Sharing. Switching to Disk Drive and trying both ask me and automatic I was not able to have it show as a mounted drive.
With the exception of the USB-MS issue this rom seems very good considering it's alpha state and I can see alot of poeple using this as their daily driver. I did not experience any graphical glitches like in the previous alphas. All in all this is in far better shape already then any Sense port to the G1.
Keep up the good work Paul.
@Paul, I've installed it but something weird happened. I was stuck at the HTC bootscreen and then after a while my "old" wallpaper showed from my CM rom install I did a wipe and everything so no idea what happened.
Trying to reflash as of now
EDIT: works brill! thanks!
Great work! and thankyou v much!

Hmmm, not finding any devices either here I don't think. I am 95% sure I know what the problem is if this is the case, so I can probably fix for next alpha.

Fantastic work, paul! Thanks much, and I'll be dropping by to buy kitchen access!
Notes:
1) My SD card isn't loaded upon boot. I'm an android n00b, but I've noticed that android really doesn't like to run without an SD card, and indeed, I got a couple of spontaneous reboots. This last time, I hit the notification area instantly and pressed the SD card notification, it loaded the card, and I haven't had a reboot since (yet).
2) I've had apps tell me to insert SD card, even though the notification is gone, and things seem to be working well. More details as situation develops.
(sd card is SanDisk 8G Class 2, installed this ROM after a wipe, previous ROM CyanogenMod 5.0.3)
UPDATE: yeah, Titanium Backup is not seeing my SD card at all. Trying to mount it via adb shell, not really sure what the device name is! If anyone knows, chime in! Otherwise, let's learn together!
sorry for the annoyance...and bluetooth? about to become adfree member fo sho
u answered it at modaco, thanks. look forward to alpha 6!
SDcard seems to be OK here?

[removed by Paul]
Just had a reboot on startup. If anyone can grab a logcat at reboot time, that might give us a clue as to what's happening.
P
any news on sync? none of the syncs seem to be working atm for me.
thanks
just flash it , seem too good to be alpha
i'll play around with it for a while and will get back
## confirm about reboot issue , but i had it when testing a keyboard .. type word SIMPLE or something .. then N1 reboot all of sudden ##
reboots galore
When I try to sign in to facebook. when i try to connect to wifi.
Speed is fantastic and my internet is way faster then the stock rom.
Ok when i try to access the downloads section in the android market i get reboots.
I've adb-logcatted and there's nothing immediately obviously, i'm going to use my device and try and establish a pattern of behaviour to the reboots.

ISSUES/KNOWN BUGS FOR BETA 7:
Headset icon missing (although headset works)
Working, but third part app is needed for:
* wifi sleep (dont use native wifi sleep)
* camcording
* wifi tethering
Click to collapse
TWEAKS & TRICKS:
- zram, KSM and purging assets imply CPU cost for a little ram. They are preferred disabled.
- Use "Use wifi in suspension always" + third part wifi timer. Otherwise, native wifi sleep does not work.
- Preferred ON DEMAND CPU governor. Reconmended MIN CPU 245 MHZ (save power consumption is not significant under such low freqs). Don't use 19 MHz
- Voice Search : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=25126525&postcount=651
- Camcording works with third part app as Camera Illusion.
Youtube HQ / Video HQ is working, thanks to Ganster41 libstagefright fix for Video decoding. However, embebed youtube videos in browser are shown as a black area.
Keyboard lights is not working yet.
USB tethering -> not tested
USB mass storage -> fix 3rd part app : dualmount app.

It seems to be working very smooth, much more responsive then the GB rom i had on it.
However, i'm having issues with my widgets and when you load the phone the first time (At each boot) it gives you FC on WiFi Calling.
But those are i'm sure fixable
In legend and ohter device there some interactions with previous installations. It is recommend a fresh install with all wipes and formats (including sd-ext), doing previously a full nandroid. I format also a 2G sd-card when major changes are done. To some users helped fixing permisions in CMW.
Well, if it is smooth at 600 MHz think how it will be to 806
You can browse the device tree and suggest commits or so, of course

Flashing...;-)
And, enjoying the smoothness of ICS on a 600Mhz device.
Everything is fast. Experience FC at first place but a reboot solves it all.
The keyboard is a bit lower than usual with half of the last row hidden.
Web browser is faster than usual. And many things more that can't be told within the first 10 mins experiencing ICS.
Great work and waiting for the fixes.

Which file do i need to update?
Also, i've found that Location Services, even though it's enabled and approved, is not working in any application which needs it. (Google Maps / FourSquare / Weather Services...)
I means the file pointed out in previous post, in gitgub, you could udpdate your local file under /system with proper key code.
About GPS, check your gps.conf, latest radio and so ...
edit -- ok, gps module is not built properly ...
edit 2 -- for fix gps, unzip and copy file attached to /system/lib/hw , providing rw permision to /system (with adb shell busybox mount -o remount,rw /system)

Well, i don know, in legend is by htcdev.com.
Meanwhile, it seems you need doing /system /data /boot /cache dalvik wipes before flashing cm9.

[ROM][LP] [5.1.1-r4][Unofficial] PACMAN rom [2015-07-04]

Hello everybody,
I've just compiled PACMAN-ROM for my new Z3C. Current version is PAC-LP MR1 Beta2.
Device trees are CyanogenMod's so probably all device specific CM-bugs will be there too.
The boot.img inside the zip contains CM 12.1 kernel and "Cyanogen Recovery" (no backup right now!).
For alternative recoveries/kernels scroll down to "TESTED - WORKING"...
If the rom is stable for daily use (as I hope) I'm gonna build newer version periodically (depending on PAC & CM updates).

if anyone likes to test and find out, i uploaded version from july 4th.
2015-06-25:
New Version - updated CM & PAC sources. Some new PAC features there!
Version is PAC-LP MR1 Beta2 now. Unstable with crashes.

Flash it before or after installing the PACROM zip. It contains the zip's
kernel + DualRecovery. Installing the rom zip will overwrite recovery again
so for backups it might be necessary
to flash it always before installing a new zip, e.g.
2015-04-29:
- Screenshots
- Yes! I got it running. After some hours of use, it seems really smooth & snappy. No reboots.
- How I installed everything: Root on Kitkat stock rom, backup TA-partition, install
Dual-recovery, update to Lollipop rooted, make nandroid backup of hole system,
unlock bootloader, flash PACMAN boot.img, wipe data/caches,
flash PACMAN zip + GAPPS ... quite some hours of work.
TESTED - WORKING:
- 2G, 3G, 4G
- wifi, wifi hotspot
- bluetooth audio
- nfc
- usb otg
- GAPPS (mentioned below)
- titanium backup
- PAC customizations (not all tested)
- video playback on youtube, vlc, mxplayer
- camera & video recording
- GPS using Google Maps
- headphone sound
- XZDR recovery (version 2.8.15 not working): http://nut.xperia-files.com/
- FOTA TWRP recovery (persistent in fota kernel partition): http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3-...12-nightly-t3010550/post58854063#post58854063
- M5 kernel (CM12.1 based): http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3-compact/orig-development/kernel-m5-kernel-t3115498
BUGS:
- phone call volume loud / not reducable in dialer app. (skype & whatsapp calls are alright) solved on 150512
- If alarm clock is set active -> reboot leads to normal shutdown -> deactivate alarm for that case
- photo: Little fish-eye effect on short distance (it's not that little actually)
NOT TESTED YET:
- encryption
Installation notes: Unlocked bootloader required
- flash boot.img (rashr on phone/ fastboot on pc), then boot into custom recovery
- wipe cache, wipe art/dalvik cache
- when coming from a different rom wipe data (factory reset)
- when changing between different gapps packages format system may be useful
- flash rom zip
- if needed flash gapps zip

:good: In case of resurrection remix you only need to add/edit 1 file (local_manifest) to be able to compile a working rom. All the rest it just setting up ubuntu, init/sync repo an start building ...

Just flash it before or after installing the PACROM zip. It contains the original kernel + DualRecovery. CyanogenRecovery really sucks, not even a way to make backups. Now we can
does this have a camera fix included, or does that need to be flashed separately? I don't have a backed up TA partition, so I rely on the fix for image processing (like many others on here, I'm sure).
thanks in advance and nice to see the ROM!

there's nothing like this included. as far as i know custom roms/ custom kernels can't handle drm keys from TA partition. not sure about flashable drm replacement, i don't think it will work, but maybe it does
perhaps someone knows more about this sony image processing stuff.
isn't that all software based? if so, i could imagine that a good camera app (FV-5 or something like) can bring the same results.
Great work mate. Been running a few hours with the updated boot.img
Hopefully there is no "memory leak"

That fix is only useful on stock Sony based rom's.
bugs update
(1) i found a small, almost funny bug. couldn't reboot to recovery today because phone always ended with shutdown. i desperately flashed the boot.img again but no change. only after deactivating everything i thought not being active at installation the problem disappeared.
well, it's the active alarm, that i use every morning ...
(2) in call volume issue seem's to be somewhere hidden in android_device_sony_z3c/audio/mixer_paths.xml of the repo. just in case someone likes to search
I have noticed a small bug, could be just me though. When rebooting while plugged in to the USB charger it goes as far as the Sony logo then freezes until I unplug it. How would I go about submitting a bug report for it?

Hi, thank's for that! I've just reproduced what you wrote. On my phone this is also connected to active alarm clock. It's rebooting fine when alarm is off. So, quite the same as my last post.
I have no suggestion about real bug reports, because of 2 reasons: this is an unofficial build, primarily for myself ... but shared. I would stop building if Z3C would get official PAC support. And I've just started building roms 2 months ago. So, I'm not having the skills (yet) for advanced debugging. Right now it's more like being voluntary apprentice  ... I'm gonna add your input it into 1st post.
For now stability of this rom is mainly dependent on PACROM itself and official CM support.
Im glad you could reproduce the same bug. I think you have done a great job mate. I'm loving this ROM and appreciate your efforts. I'm trying to figure the dev side of things myself, not having much luck yet.
Sent from my Xperia Z3C using Tapatalk
Good job, m8!
Can someone post a picture, taken by camera on this phone with this rom ?
A picture of a door , or a wall, for example. Any picture featuring a rectangular shape with straight lines.
I had a broblem be4 on CM12 @z3c , the camera ( any camera app ) took pictures, distorting proportions, like there was a fisheye filter applied

Installation
- TWRP (I used 2.8.2.0)
- advanced wipe recomended (rom has gapps included)
- install as any other custom rom
- IMPORTANT : optimizing google play services can take some time ! took on my device 1-2 minutes.
- Initial bluetooth pairing can be skipped by using "ESC" key from keyboard or wait 2-3 minutes, the google setup via your smartphone is functional (worked for me )
bugs:
- Cast Receiver (youtube App) : sometimes it works, while it shouldn't (logcat indicates invalid certificate - as we don't have an official supported device i'm afraid I can't fix this) (removed)
- Bluetooth MOJO controller - doesn't always pair or re-pair after reboot - could be ROM related or controller related. Once paired it works quite good. more stable with lineageos 13 !
- Don't update the youtube app ! the App will crash as we currently don't support rastarization (OpenGL ES v3) https://www.chromium.org/developers/design-documents/chromium-graphics/how-to-get-gpu-rasterization
-If the installation get stuck on "finishing boot" -> wait 10 seconds, then hard reboot (pull the power) - this in only needed once.

- fix the stuck at first boot
- Experiment more with newer gapps
- Port to lineageos 13
- port upgreads form github/Tegra4

Frequently asked questions & Tips:
Thanks to minmao:
Q: Is it possible to add an option to change the display resolution as in the stock from? My TV is a 4k set and Mojo boots into 4k automatically, however, since it only supports 4k at 30 fps, everything seems so slow and games are impossible.
A: if you choose best framerate in developer options, it gives 1080p60. Now it is perfect. Thanks again!
Q: Are gapps pre-installed in this ROM?
A: Yes, all basic gapps for androidTV are available
Q: is SU enabled by defaults
A: No, but if you want to have SU, check the detailed install instructions below for more info
Q : Any detailed install instruction ?
A : https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=75093267&postcount=41 thanks to King_Dex (please note flashing gapps is not needed atm).
Other tips:
The google assistent can also be enabled by sideloading the following APP:
https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/google-app-for-android-tv-android-tv/google-app-for-android-tv-android-tv-3-2-0-187674027-release/
Works quite OK, but cannot integrate with Google Home App - so no control from a google home speaker .
The nvidia games (versioin 4.X) can also be sideloaded if people are interested , but don't try the 5.X, this will NOT work.
https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/nvidia/nvidia-games/nvidia-games-4-17-21865207-release/
Cast support : as the official google cast app is not fully functional , this App has been removed in new builds.
I recommend using :https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ionitech.airscreen as an good alternative

Hey Wmapa, it's nice to propose this but for me this is a hobby project I'm not going to accept donations (how strange this might sound). If you want to do a donation then donate something to UJD, nono2lozere or lineageos. I'm just using their work to build something without their effort I would not been able to produce my "rom"'s.
It is such a nice surprise for new year!
Thank you thank you thank you!!!

hello, great job, gave me a couple of failures at the first start. to configure it, wifi networks did not appear. connected by cable all good. Install kodi and I think there is a problem when going out and entering that sound does not work. but still it is magnificent. we wait for a new compilation fixing faults. thanks again
New build is available thanks to the effort of nono2loreze
PS : still don't update youtube App - it will still crash :'( (busy checking for solution)

During my "tests" I rarely had issues with WiFi , I do remember that 1 time during the setup 1 had to retry 2-3 times with connecting to my network before the M.O.J.O wanted to setup a connection.
Related to your sound issue,I installed kodi on the last build and I could not "reproduce" your issue. Please try out the latest build

to reproduce the problem of kodi you have to exit the program with the exit button that has kodi up to the left (do not minimize) and when entering again the sound is not heard.
Let me share some experience that may help other users using this great rom:
1. The lastest xposed installed and worked on the latest version via recovery. As you might know, the anroid TV does not support mouse right click (the same thing on the shield tv). I was able to use 'xposed addition" module to map the menu key on my air mouse to exit key, so I could have total control of the mojo without using the controller, which is heavy and stiff. Although I still have to use it to wake the mojo from sleep, since my air mouse could not. Also long press the power button on the air mouse will bring out the shutdown/restart menu.
2. If you have a 4K tv and want to have higher resolution of youtube, you could sideload the mobile version of youtube APK and you could get 1440p video. I also used youtube+ in xposed to select 1440p by default. Although I could not really tell the difference from 1080p...I tried to tell myself it does look better...
Thanks again to carp_be for the great rom and quick updates. I almost feel silly to buy a shield TV, since the mojo now could satisfy most of things I did with a shield TV.
No luck this week, I ran again into the issue with not booting on first startup with my latest build. Next week I'm ski-ing holiday, so next update would be probably middle of February
Hi there! I just came here from the fb mojo group, because I have an (stock) mojo with some problems (the system upgrade is broken), and I'm trying to install the LineageOS using @King_Dex guide (thanks, by the way), and I'm stuck in TWRP, I'm not sure I'm following the instructions right...
First of all, I have all the files recommended so far, Installed Towelroot v1, and using flashify booted using the twrp mojo img (twrp_3.2.1-0_mojo.img), but, that is! TWRP doesn't show me my SD Card (32GB SD card in a basic cardreaderm in the USB 2.0 port)
So, TWRP has any option to mount my SD card? I really hope you can help me, I want to see what I can do with the MOJO :fingers-crossed:
Thanks in advance!

Hi!
While in TWRP Recovery Mode, the system can only read the internal storage (sdcard0) and the external storage (sdcard1, which is the SD card slot). It cannot recognize any USB devices connected to it, and you have to directly insert your SD Card (along with the files you need) inside the specific SD Card slot of the Mojo (near the HDMI port).

Thanks! worked just right... Just finished flashing lineage, but when I was flashing the gapps arm 6.0 (stock), twrp freezed, and I had to reboot... now is booting lineageos (looking good!), but missed gaapps and addonsu... can I install them from lineage? or do i need to start again?
Update: errr... I'm doing some basic test, and the google store (androitv, I think) is working just fine... I'm kind of a lost of what to do next, any sugestions? (do I need addonsu?)
Thanks!

Flashing gapps is not recommended on this androidTV rom. I've included the majority of google apps needed for AndroidTV. If you think this rom is missing a major gapp, you can sideload it via the file explorer. Please let me know which once you miss then I can check if I can include them in an next update.
Best what you could do is to wipe again all data (also system) and install the rom clean. Addonsu, if you really what this should be flashed once lineageos is flashed. You can always install this later via TWRP.
On my beta builds and own running build I each time install, VLC player, MX player, these give good codex support and DS video so I can stream video's from my synology NAS.
Hi carp_be,
I would like to report an issue I just noticed.
For some reason, the resolution trick I posted no longer work in the 0106 rom, even when "optimzed refresh rate" is selected, the Mojo is stuck at 4K30 instead of going to 1080P60.
I had to flash my mojo back to the 0101 rom to get back the 1080p60 mode.
Not sure what you did differently with the newer rom, but it would great if we could get the option working again in the future release. Of course, I am happy using the 0101 rom as is.

It should be due to new proprietary blobs. Maybe a build.prop trick exist, but I don't know it.

I'm having mixed feelings with the new video drivers :/ my Sony surround system (bdv e880) doesn't properly work in combination with the mojo since the new drivers (flickering on 720p - 1080p is fine) . The original molly drivers didn't had this issue. So I'll revert the drivers in next build as i'm mainly viewing on 720p tv atm . Hope this solves the "optimized refresh rate".
Next week I have again some time to start building the improvements from nono2lozere :victory:
New update available ! thanks to the new audio HAL from nono2lozere, voice search in the androidTV remote app is now working! really cool
The google assistent can also be enabled by sideloading the following APP:

Works quite OK, but cannot integrate with Google Home App - so no control from a google home speaker .
The nvidia games (versioin 4.X) can also be sideloaded if people are interested , but don't try the 5.X, this will NOT work.

Try to ''import in my drive'' option
When file is imported in your drive space , there is no limit any more and you can download it
Oh! A brand new Note 4 ROM!
I just successfully flashed in on my Note 4 (SM-N910F).
I successfully set it up.
I've got some bugs though
Google Assistant keeps on crashing, no matter what
Home button doesn't work when phone locked, but works when on.
You said that fingerprints won't work but they actually do work well on the lock screen
Camera works perfectly too. No any camera errors at all though
Anyways, thanks for this cool ROM. Can use it as a daily driver, but all of a sudden for a reason my phone rebooted.. Hmmm..
Here's a screenshot of what the ROM looks like when installed:
Cheers!

Add to my onedrive not an option when i access the folder.......hence why i posted unable to download
Found alternate download here: https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=1395089523397955904
Tested this ROM, and heres my thoughts/criticisms:
* Inclusion of some G-Apps, while others which are more critical (Gmail most notably) are missing....for the huge download this oversight is really hard to fathom. 748Mb and no Gmail included? Also missing Android Webview.....kind of important
Instead all the stuff i normally weed out by never selecting it in Aroma G-Apps or usign the debloat magisk module if its built into a ROM is included...Device Health/Digital Wellbeing, and the google search app among them...if i wanted active spyware, id install it....instant downvote
For such a massive download, i cant see anything that would make me bother downloading further builds.
I do appreciate the dev building the ROM but, please consider leaving G-Apps up to the user, and thereby reduce the massive download size....
Update: curiously, some of my magisk modules which work on literally every other ROM ive ever used, fail on this one.....bizarre
About to test the dev's other ROM.....
Update: decided not to, apparently it has some of the same issues. Hope the dev can fix them and test before releasing next time....both ROMS cost me nearly 1.2Gb and both buggy....please test thoroughly before uploading.....
Back to RR for me again....
since dev has chose to move his downloads to AFH there is no bandwidth limit anymore and we all can download it with no problem.
But keep in mind for future use that:
In Google drive, as in microsoft ONEDRIVE, when you are having these kind of problems ('' Person sharing has exceeded their sharing limit'')
logging in YOUR drive (ONE or Google) before trying to download, gives you the option to import to YOUR cloud/drive and the limit is not there any more.
Maybe the dev sometimes doesnt have the ability to upload to AFH.

And as mentioned earlier, the option to import to my drive was not available, so thats not a blanket statement you can make, because its obviously not true for everyone Just quietly....
I've noticed the battery charging is not as quick as other roms, is it worth installing kernel auditor to boost charging speed?

Hi there...working 2 sims or only 1 sim?
only 1 sim。
Next, I'll test the stability of the system.
I found a problem temporarily.Regional time cannot be automatically corrected
Bluetooth crash notification on stuck on sreen
Hi

Cannot remove it from sreen.
Any idea to solve it please ?
I have a Galaxy Note 4 (910/F) I flashed the trlte Rom of this Pixel Experience Pie
trlteduo folder is empty. Is it normal? Btw, can I flash trlte for my trlteduo if I'm planning to use duo sim anyway?
Wich KERVEL did you use to flash this ROM ?
Hi,
Can you please tell me wich KERNEL have you installed on your Note 4 for this ROM works nicely.
I flashed it but it keeps poping a bluetooth crash ans I cannot remove the popup when it appears.
I just supposed it's a KERNEL matter but if you know something about, can you please help me.
Thanks man
Sorry for my bad english (with google translate)
The best of the best, clean and fast. GOOOOD JOB
Disclaimer: all the steps I describe below work for me and can turn out differently for you, make sure you read everything correctly in the right context and especially read the post of other users after me, because I am a human being and not a BOT, a people can always make mistakes and will always be corrected in other posts
so read the other posts, read and be especially careful.
both XDA, the ROM maker, the ROM tweaker and or the users / hobbyists are not liable for anything, even when something is being told wrong or in the right context.
Because I always have little time to test and search for solutions, I always go for safety ... it will initially seem like a lot of work but believe me it saves a lot of trouble, this my plan of approach:
All of this below seems obvious but I will tell you anyway !!!
Do not install gapps, everything is already well built in here, only the gmail app is missing but you can install it yourself later. So again do not install any gapps because that will cause problems with this rom, unless the creator of this rom comes with an update later and or later give tips us with other tips.
my big thanks go to @Inkypen and @jhenrique09
Make sure your phone is charged to 70%, and while charging where can perform the actions below, this way you keep it charged and maybe even towards 100%
apps such as Whatsapp: go to settings, account, chats and press backup (online), then connect your phone and do your watsapp media etc. fully backed up.
Internet browser (s): saves all open tabs in cache.
Your smartphone and all apps: backup everything stored locally on your phone. the rest is still in the cloud or managed by social media companies.
Backup and format your SD card, then insert the rom and place it in your smartphone
Boot your divice to recovery (such as TWRP) and wipe Advanced Wipe, Select On (enable tick) for Dalvik / Art Cache, System, Data, Cache, except your SD card (which contains the rom) and then also wipe format data. both steps you do (proof of speech) 100 times, I do this 2 times and after each time a restart to the TWRP then install the rom, wait quietly until it is finished, and do a Wipe Cache / Dalvik reboot.
what strikes me is the first time it is wise not to quickly configure your phone, give m ample time and do not follow the steps in quick succession.
after setting up account, do not install anything from apps yet, wait very briefly 5min. ore more and do a restart, at startup wait 1min or more, then tweak your settings as you want and this without installing any apps, do a reboot, wait at startup again 1min. or more, first go to google playstore and go to your playstore library and first update the already installed apps through the rom (gmail app is not included which you can install later)
restart and wait 1min or more, go to google playstore and type in: "google LLC" this will get all the original google apps first at the top of each other and do some necessary installation (such as google gmail, authentication and keep, etc) ...........do this also with "Microsft corpiration) etc.
I always take a quiet moment to install and set up, this takes me over 2 hours including the placement of media and other files, each person is different in use and the amount of media .... so can be take shorter or longer time.
PLEASE NOTE:
with other ROMs it is important that you install the Google Gapps immediately after the ROM as follows:
the aforementioned steps and step of:
1: rom install wait until it is ready and do not reboot and first install the Gapps and wait until it is ready and not yet reboot, first:
2: Wipe Cache / Dalvik
3: only now can you reboot.
4: do everything calmly and not too quickly set up and install as mentioned above.
PS: things like fingerprint sometimes don't seem to work, but after installing it it turned out that it still work, I have also experienced that I had to reinstall a ROM without changing anything and yet everything worked flawlessly afterwards.
GOOD LUCK and PEACE

does it support dual sim?
I had to cancel assert line from META-INF\com\google\android\updater-script because I was not allowed to install trlte file on N910F. Then I tried to install and everything worked but it iddn't recognize my SIM card! I guess my EFS folder was deleted. What do you recommend to do? Any suggestion?
Edit: I updated TWRP and after flashing the rom I flashed the Bootloader, then it worked fine?
This ROM really deserves more praise than it gets.
Installed it on my Canadian Note 4 (SM-N910W8) after having issues with a couple of other ROMs (won't mention names) which had issues with the data connection resetting itself constantly. Needless to say this ROM worked just fine even though initially it was reporting the signal as "H" or "H+" but eventually settled down with LTE.
I for one appreciate having the ROM already include GApps with niceties such as the Gboard already built in as well as other Google apps. As previously mentioned there isn't much in the form of tweaking options (besides being able to switch to a darker theme) such as button programming but sideloading a button mapper application took care of that. Thanks you to the developer(s) for such a wonderful ROM!
Very fast custom rom of 9 os based, and I mean fast as double all of the others, thanks.,only one small problem,3.30 hours and minutes still charging, any solution?Thank you again.
