Glad to see an update but can't wait for Android L.

Downloading the update right now!

Yup Its Going Live For Me Also

Finally got mine this morning as well. 550MB?!?!?
Not much has changed, as was expected. I usually wait to see how it settles in, but it already feels smoother and more responsive.

Live for me 2

Anyone else having the issue of no longer having 1080p as an option in YouTube after the update?

Ditto here. 1080p option gone.

What a ****in joke this update was. The only thing that changed was they took away that 1080p option when we all have a 1080p phone.

Wait a sec, the official 45.3.6 build will be released to everyone tonight? I am confused here or is it only to the beta testers?
Honestly this is what I expected. I intentionally left mine on 45.3.6 and no update but matches all the 'new upgrades.'
Edit:
Beta tonight, everyone by the end of the week if no major issues.

Wow sounds like you are in the know. Are you a beta tester that is part of the beta testing? It sucks that Motorola waited about 2 weeks before finally releasing the beta for 45.3.6. I would have expected Motorola to have released it for beta testing by end of Sept. Oh well.
Yes.
Updates from the beta thread:
-Google video chat fixed
-Social Location app
-Proximity sensor fixed, I never knew that was a problem.

Yeah, shoulda been video chat. I got sloppy typing too much at once.
Post fixed.

The proximity sensor fails to re-initialize following certain events, which requires a reboot to clear [until this update].
Anything about wifi? Im still dropping connection on mine and about to toss it out the window.
If this is how it will be, xda having the updates well before moto even batch tests them, screw it then... I returned to stock (45.3.6) to accept the sbf of what i just flashed.... f that shiz.... BACK TO MY FOCUSED MOPHO!!!
I too am a tester.. but there have been some misconceptions. We are not beta testers. This is final software that is to be released. From what I can tell, 154 6 is the update that was rolled out to us. Unless I'm missing something, the 198 6 that is already on juggs thread actually seems more current.

Does it only do it around a certain time of the day or is it constant?
Only ask because there is a wifi sleep policy under advanced settings in wifi settings... and if its set to never sleep what battery mode do you have selected? I noticed i would lose wifi when the battery mode would force the phone to stop syncing, thinking it stops wifi refreshing also
Correction. I can now confirm that 198 6 is in fact what was rolled out to us testers. So if you want it, the sbf has it.
IF we flash the SBF then we'll have to reroot and unlock bootloader again? Correct?

My Wifi sleep policy is set to Never, I have Data Saver turned off, and I have the default Nighttime saver profile set on my battery mode. I just now turned that to performance mode to see if there is any difference. This happens to me at all hours of the day, usually within 5-10 minutes of activating my wifi and when using all apps.
I don't want to get this thread off topic but I'm glad it's getting some attention as I think it isn't affecting a huge number of phone/wifi combinations for people. I think this week I'll get in touch with Motorola.

Firmware 9.4.2.14 in Canada?

I have been waiting for the 2012/2/17 .14 firmware to arrive GTA Canada. Has anyone in Canada got their .14 OTA yet?
I am now in .11 after the last Asus OTA upgrade. However, interestingly, I just realized that mine has a IML74K.WW_epad-9.4.2.11-20120117 Build. No wonder it did not get the .13 upgrade. I bought mine at NCIX, should it be a US instead of a WW model? I am thinking to change it to the US Build using the dd method mentioned in this forum. Has anyone tried this?
Any more advice?
If you search thru the post made my Gary Key (Asus Tech manager), .14 should be released by Tuesday to WW after it passes Google Certification. WW users will not get the .13 and go straight from .11 to .14.
So wait till tuesday or do it yourself now. Your call.
How do you do it by your self...
there is no Firmware posted for WW of the .14 version on the ASUS website
I'm in no rush for this, everything is working perfect on my device.

I've heard it forces you to update after three notifications. I did the OTA from honeycomb to ICS (.11) and everything is awesome, so I'm hesitant to update given the trouble people seem to have had.

Mine is working fine except for GPS. I'll wait until tuesday. I really wanted the GPS feature
I guess I will wait and see then...my .11 has minimal issue other then constant wait freeze issue on my ICS+ browser.

To answer you specifically, yes, you could and would be fine.
I have not changed my SKU, but I've reverted to nearly every US update and have seen no ill effects, upgrading with it should be no different. You still get OTA's after, and if you go back you can freeze your DMClient (if you're rooted with Titanium Backup or something else that does similar) and not be bothered with further updates.
In my personal experience, update .11 is the holy grail of performance and battery-life, so I'd personally recommend staying there unless you're having issues.

Lol, just like on the computer!
I personally use Opera Mobile, just so I have the same interface from phone to tablet and it's always been a good browser on Android (personally didn't care for it back when I tried it and Maxthon on PC's).
Dolphin HD of course.
I have the same "wait" issue with stock browser, but it doesn't really bother me. Prolly just put ICS + or whatever it's called.

update today?

My phones getting a update as I type do we know what it is?Verizon BTW
Here's what I'm on now. Gonna wait and see what I'm on after. Hopefully camera update
Weird that I have auto updates off yet it still downloads it.
I just got the notification now.
It updates the Software to version 11A. Not sure what that fixes / improves.

OnePlus 7T McLaren Update 10.0.25.HD61CB Released

https://www.tmonews.com/2020/02/t-mobile-oneplus-7t-pro-5g-mclaren-update-enhanced-speeds-note-8/
The OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren is now receiving an update from T-Mobile that bumps the phone to version 10.0.25.HD61CB. The 269.3MB update promises enhanced 5G upload and download speeds, stability improvements, and general bug fixes.
Finally fixed my GPS issue with Waze that the last update was supposed to fix. GPS locks in every time.
Thanks. I got this with following message for update:
--Enhanced 5G upload and download speeds
--Stability Improvements
--General Bug Fixes
So I just got the notification for the update and figured why not. Well I get 'Installation Problem' when I attempt it. Now perhaps this is because I have the sim and bootloader unlocked? I am not sure but one more reason I am really starting to regret buying this phone with T-MO. I would have just shipped one in from Germany with the EURO ROM since I REALLY need dual sim setup. Having had two previous OP phones I figured, no big deal I will convert it over to dual sim. Well yeh, not so much. Looks like my last OP phone.

My phone is Sim and bootloader unlocked but I was able to take the update. Has to be something else
Battery seems to be draining faster for me on the latest update. Anyone else experiencing more battery drain?
Download/Upload speeds have gotten better for me. But now I'm dealing with autorotation issues. Happens after using the phone for part of the day, reboot fixes, just a little annoying is all

I've heard if you get the bootloader unlocked you can't get OTA updates. I know you can get the SIM unlocked even though it's not paid off and still get OTA updates, as I accepted the update with no problems at all.

Just got an update to 10.0 27 which included February security patch and others minor improvements. Haven't rooted. Scared to try it. Especially since there's no custom ROM yet.

My S9+ received an Android update this morning but I have no idea what it was unless it was juat a security update. Is there any way to find out more information about what was installed? My phone is still on Android 10 and One UI 2.5 as well.
