If you mean installing loads of apps at once withour giving each app permission then use Titanium Backup Pro (must be the pro version)

I don't think you should be messing with gapps... others like the file manager, launcher pro (free) titanium backup (free) etc (if you have alternatives or the paid versions, or i would suggest you leave them as is, as they are very useful apps )can be removed safely...
I have removed
-Car home
-Launcher pro
-Titanium Backup
-File manager (using ghost commander)
other apps i've left them
Do a backup with xrec with the default settings and try removing various apps and test for yourself, if anything goes wrong you can always recover the backed up version

I just think he wants to do a full install and remove the unused apps... maybe he uses market and nothing else (navigation, street view, places etc) so he wants to know if the phone will be stable after removing those apps... so let's stick to advising him on what to remove...

[Q][SXP][APP]Titanium Backup fails to restore system apps!

????
1.Did you try unchecking Exclude System Apps?
2.Try installing Superuser(and not SuperSU)
Many users reported this prob with Enigma ROM(including me), but no concrete solution is available till date.....
Hmmm

Okay, There are few things I assume which are understood
You are rooted and you have allowed SUPER USER to make changes by Titanium Pro!
If this hasn't, then you must give the root rights to Titanium.
Secondly, I suggest restarting your phone and reinstalling Titanium again.
Further, are you flashing the files of SAME rom or different ??
Update your Super User from google play to latest versions!
Plus have you checked the USB tethering required by Titanium in System > Development ?
I hope this helps!
If not, try the pro version
PRESS THANKS IF I HELPED!

Download the app framaroot to root your device. Only if you root it you can install playstore but since your device has no recovery... I advice you not to root it
