I think only osit, the OP,got it,now we can only wait and see if he will re-up
Also, when a new link/way to get it is found, could someone do a tutorial on how to use the kdz file to install the system update?

I'm Brazilian so I guess I won't have problem with that
However I did a Google Search on the update and I found out there isn't kdz mirror anywhere.

Is this real? I'm checking my system update and it says that I'm on the latest version of android. But I'm still on 4.1.2

OP said it was KitKat,if the Software Updater app doesn't have any update on the KitKat and LG put the download link down it's probably because the update was accidentaly leaked l.

After reading this site in the native language,Portuguese,I noticed that you have to register on Brazilian LG Site to get the update, that won't be a problem for me,but I think the rest of the world won't be receiving the update,If I manage to get the update in 3 days I will extract the kdz for you guys.

it must be fake ... send me ur screenshot to prove that its kitkat update

Failed to Upgrade to 2.6.32.60-nAa-jb-02 {Using Omnius}

Hey guys... I need help!
Let me tell a little history about my E10a.
I'd buyed my phone with simlock enabled.
I'ved try many free ways to unlock sim, but nothing has works.
Looking at youtube and internet, i'ved found a way to do this using "Omnius for SE".
Worked fine using original kernel.
To unlock bootloader i'ved try to use Flashtool. But, because the simlock status was different to SEMC, the only way i found to flash TFT was using Omnius too.
Today I decided to update my phone.
I'ved download last version of Omnius, downloaded 2.6.32.60-nAa-jb-02 kernel.
Let's flash!
At first time, Omnius has show me a message telling me: You can't update your kernel because you don't have credits anymore and blablabla...
I forced to update checking the "Unsigned flashing".
So, now my phone wont power up anymore. I'ved try force shutdown using power + home, but nothing happens.
Sorry my very poor english. I'm from Brazil and I'm very nervous about this situation.
Plz anyone can help me? My experience with flashing android phones was since out'11. I'm not total n00b.
Next, the last log showed in Omnius:

Format /system
Hello,
did you format /system before flashing the new kernel?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2138771:
Read through this post. Don't rush into flashing. Be sure you understand the process before you start or you risk damaging your device
This is a custom 2.6.32 kernel developed for Android Jellybean 4.x. This kernel only works for mimmi, a.k.a. X10miniPro
Do NOT try this kernel on other Android versions or phones - you are totally unsupported
This kernel uses a custom mtd partitioning with larger /system partition to hold the extra JB calories. If you are moving from another custom kernel, EXCEPT 2.6.29-nAa-jb to this one, you MUST first format /system /data and /cache via the embedded CWM recovery

You didn't flash the nAa-kernel but the Bootloader Relock kernel for the X10, your phone is probably bricked. If you can't get it into flash-mode anymore, it may need JTagging at a repair shop to get it back up working.
phone bricked, because it flashed the X10_V1_BLRelock.ftf, you will need to take it to a repair shop.

You hardbricked your phone, your bootloader is damaged.
JTAG is the solution, search for a repair center.

Many Custom roms don't include Google Apps/GApps (playstore...)
Sometimes Dev posts a link to preferred GApps version.
For the XT910/XT912 I suggest installing a Minimal Gapps because of the smaller System size and lower memory compared to newer devices, like pa_gapps-modular-nano...
Be sure to install a GApps Version that matched Android version of Custom Rom.

Browse to file and select

Most android devices are rootable by one or both these options.
These are made by Chinese devs, not open source, so whether they are safe or not is Unknown.
But have been used by many people without issue

Hi @sd_shadow, this patch for bmm is only for the xt894.
I do not know how big are the partitions /preinstall and /webtop on the xt910 and xt912 and for this i locked the installation of that patch only on the xt894. I know that these partition on these phones are a lot smaller than on the xt894, am i in error?
If someone can tell me the size of the partitions /preinstall and /webtop for the xt910 and the xt912 i can allow the installation on these devices.
Apart that patch for bmm just now i'm working on a safestrap version that installs a safe system in the unused partitions /preinstall and /webtop. For now my work is for the xt894 but if the partitions of the razrs phones are large enough i can build the same version for this devices. Here the thread of this safestrap version for the xt894 to have an idea.
In the meantime i built a modded version of safestrap 3.75 without the splashscreen at boot time for different phones, razrs included, that is available in this post.

I believe that info is posted here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=19279140&postcount=28
Ok i built my version of safestrap for the xt912 but as far as i know the xt910 has the /preinstall partition smaller than that of the xt912 but i'm not able to find a sure information. In case i'm in error i could build a version of my safestrap mod for the xt910 too.

Well if now anyone is still interested i can make compatible with the xt912 the patch for bmm that i built for the xt894 but i think that now bmm is obsolete.
@wedgess thanks for the sticky

Are you absolutely that it is an ls990 and not just the wrong stickers and labels? Open it up and look at the chips inside. If you are sure it is the USA sprint ls990 then try and flash the right firmware with the tot file for ls990. I don't remember all the instructions off the top of my head RN but you can find guides on XDA.

Hi
I had that problem
and I solve it
all you need
LS990ZV4_04.51101.tot Ls990 Stock rom
LGUP_8974.dll mod Dll for Ls990
LGLS990_20140704_LGFLASHv160.dll Original Ls990 Dll
HEx editor
Lg flash Tool (I use v1.8.6.x )
Lg drivers
Steps
1. install Drivers, Lg flash tool, hex editor
2. open LS990ZV4_04.51101.tot on Hex editor
3. search ls990, looks like this
[34 12 78 56 4C 47 4C 53 39 39 30 00 00 00 00 00] 4xVLGLS990
[00 00 00 00 4C 53 39 39 30 5A 56 34 00 00 00 00] LS990ZV4
4. change that 2 lines with this 2 lines (only the part inside "[ ]")
[34 12 78 56 4C 47 2D 44 38 35 35 00 00 00 00 00] 4xVLG-D855
[00 00 00 00 44 38 35 35 31 30 65 00 00 00 00 00] D85510e
5. save it
6. open Lg flash tool, click on manual mode, Use Mod dll and the rom hex mod
7. click on Board DL
8. Use 2.0 USB port and flash it (will be know ls990, but with error)
9. Flash again but using original Dll and original room
It works for me on win7 32 bit
(sorry for sharing hex code like this but xda dont allow me to put links or image )
