crDroid is a ROM based (mainly) in CyanogenMod with inclusions of others great projects such as SlimKat, OmniRom, AOSPA and many others. crDroid is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device also attempting to bringing many of the best features existent today.

First time installing crDroid to your Oneplus One, or coming from another ROM:
- Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
- Copy GApps and crDroid zip to your internal SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash crDroid zip
- Flash GApps zip
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET
- Reboot
- Don't restore Apps using Titanium Backup!
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
- Copy crDroid ZIP to your internal SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash crDroid zip
- Reboot

Small rules
- If you're facing a weird behavior or bug be sure your latest installation was a clean one (FACTORY RESET)

Coming from another ROM.
1. Factory Reset

.... you can flash gapps/kernels whenever as long as its after the ROM. If using TWRP, you can queue them up to flash.

I put together a zip that I flash so I get the CM11S Lockscreen, Camera, Gallery, AudioFX, and Screencast all in one shot.
It gives you the CM11S Lockscreen (Gradient), CM11S Camera, CM11S Gallery, CM11S AudioFX, and CM11S Screencast. It also deletes the stock Camera, Gallery, and DPSManager.

I was thinking the cm11s features and apps are included as like DroidKang witch was based on CrDroid.
