How can I connect USB Flash drive to my HTC DESIRE HD.
I Have Flashed Cyanogenmod 11 ROM.
IS there any way to do so if yes please tell me.

you would have to buy a Micro USB OTG to USB 2.0 Adapter

I don't think its possible, for OTG to work, some hardware is required in the phone. It wont be possible with software only.

This means i wont be able to use OTG on my phone
No development for this phone except for 2 lollipop based roms.
@GHsR @Kiborg_Man continue this development . its a needed feature :'(

To use OTG you need hardware support
& hardware of MMX A310/A311 doesn't support
But you can try this because only thing to make OTG work is a power source (of same voltage of that in PC USB) and and then connect OTG cable to power source as well as mobile & then try to mount it in twrp recovery mount option after connecting required items
CM12.1 doesn't support OTG pen drive but supports a USB Keyboard
