I bought my phone off some guy on craigslist so I just made my receipt using my old Note 3 paperwork: Take this info below, paste it to Word, change it to your info, and print to PDF. Tada you get approved. Make sure to use a Verizon store near your home.
Before all of you get up in arms here, this is for those who paid for a phone before the promo started and you end up getting someone that doesn't understand how to early adopter promotion works. You can bypass all of that with this.

There's a HUGE thread of it already on the G3 Accessories forum - http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/accessories/free-g3-battery-cradle-lg-t2871624
For those who bought the phone prior to the promotion, you're still able to get battery and battery cradle. I bought my VZ LG G3 in July, AT&T a few weeks later and submitted my UPC/IMEI and receipt and I was approved. For Verizon, I bought two LG G3's and for AT&T, I bought one LG G3 at full price. Both submissions are approved for a total of THREE batteries and THREE chargers.
I did not have to photoshop or fake a receipt.

Same here. I sent a nice request in, saying I hoped they would include early adopters. This weekend I got my confirmation e-mail, saying they would send the battery/charger.
My paperwork all showed my accurate, 15 July, purchase.

I got my G3 Tuesday of this week and was bummed when I saw that this promo was only good if you bought the phone between a certain date range. Saw the above post and figured I'd try it, worse they could do is deny it....
I can confirm this works. Changed it to my info, submitted online yesterday afternoon and received a confirmation email this morning saying "Congratulations! Your submission for the Free LG G3 Battery and Battery Charging Cradle Promotion has been successfully validated.
Please be on the lookout for a shipping confirmation email* letting you know that your battery and cradle are on their way."

I bought my Verizon LG G3 early August and LG just sent me tracking number for the cradle and battery. You just have to send them a nice email stating that you purchased the phone at full price when it first came out and they will send you a form to fill out and email back to them.

How to continue getting a yearly upgrade
If you got a letter sent to your house then you would know that it's quite easy to become a Gold member easily. I lost my Feb upgrade once April 1 came. After speaking to a customer service rep, I got it back. They placed notes on the account that I have an upgrade. Unfortunately the website didnt reflect that which didnt matter but it mattered to me so I had to call sales and they read the notes and they updated the website with my new elibibility date of april 1 2011. I am now on the everything plan and next month im set to be on the $89.99 plan. Although they say I'm a gold member, it wont be updated until 3 months of being on an $89.99 and over plan. Anyone can become a gold member by choosing a plan of $89.99 and over. Wait 3 months and tada you too will be a gold member and can receive a yearly upgrade. Theres always ways around it. Just get on the plan and stay for 3 months and you will be a gold member. once you get ur upgrade you can go back down and 3 months before you reach a yr of receiving ur last upgrade upgrade ur plan to become a Gold member again...lol Read the mail they sent you carefully and u can ask the rep, and they will tell you u have to stay on a plan of $89.99 or more for 3 months to be a gold member. So there is hope for those who lost their upgrade. Being that the month just started you can ask to change your plan now to $89.99 and ypu'll be a Gold member with an upgrade after 3 months.

Actually they're showing 3 in stock on Amazon for Electronic Express but the price is $575 + $19.95 shipping. Clearly way over priced.

I used Amazon checkout and got an email instantly with an order number. Their Amazon ratings are actually quite high, which makes me feel better. The CSR did say that they were going extremely fast and when I just checked their page it doesn't come up anymore, so I think I may be good!

If its a legit retail store I dont think you got scammed. They're probably just unorganized. Just like the Fry's in California. I love that store but I cant trust them to get my orders straight.
I ordered immediately after seeing this post yesterday and chose the google checkout option. I received a Google order number but not an Electronics Express one immediately.
This morning, I called them to check if by some 'Christmas Miracle' I was lucky enough to order on time. They couldn't look my order up by number, so they asked the model number. My heart sank when he came back and said, " I'm very sorry sir, but it looks like we will be cancelling this order, we had more than 79 orders come in immediately and don't have that many in stock yada yada and so on."
So I replied, "Ok please cancel my order then."
He then said, "We will automatically sir, and we will send you an email to notify you when we do."
I already have a pre-order in at amazon from when they re-opened ordering on Monday, so I was expecting to have to wait 'till late Jan when I received this this evening:
Hello
Great news! Your order has shipped, and should arrive soon. Your credit card has successfully been charged for this order. Track FedEx package #50369xxxxxxx

Shipped 1 TF201B1CG - Asus Transformer Prime 10.1" 32GB Android Tablet $449.99
FedEx #50369xxxxxxx
Tracking says it will arrive on the 23rd.
Unfortunately for me though, I had my google checkout address set to my old house (moved across town in July), so I'll have to figure out how to reroute it or hold it.
So, I got lucky for once, Hope you all got in on time as well.
Yep. My tracking number from EE/Fed-Ex says 12/23.
I have an EE order number, but it says processing on their website. The funds are on hold in my bank account, so I'm hoping that they're just waiting for it to clear before shipping. I used amazon checkout btw.
edit: I literally just received a shipping notice! halle-****ing-lujah!

REMINDER $ 50.00 Pricematch for Bestbuy.com buyers

Some may consider this a duplicate thread but I think it's important enough.
Mikeypopps posted that Microcenter has the Prime for 449.99 I just called BB.com where I placed my order at 499.99 and they gave me 53.00 back including taxes.
Thanks Mikey for the heads up.

OP http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1453474
Doesn't Amazon do this same thing? I bought mine on Amazon through electronic express, think I'll have any luck getting a refund?
Not sure. BB.com has a specific policy of matching BB.com prices, BB instore prices and local retailer prices. The only thing about it is you can't do it instore you have to call in.
BB can be sticklers for not allowing it if the store is not within 25 miles of best buy and the item has to be available in the store. I'm happy for those who get the refund.
I have a feeling that they may have checked that when processing mine. I just told her the Microcenter up the street has it and it took her 3-4 mins before she said the credit was being processed. I asked her how they verified because I thought I would have to email the ad and she said they have to verify in their system. I have a Microcenter about 10miles from my Home and it is 3 miles from a Best Buy
Successful pricematch at bestbuy.com but was denied on my other Prime I purchased at Office Depot

Best Buy Customer Service
Hmmm. Think I could bamboozle 'em for another $53? I got a my Prime on Jan 3, then 2 days later got FULL CREDIT from Best by to the tune of $533.00 for taking my dissatisfaction a few notches higher than most, then a week later, a $50.00 Gift Coupon showed up in the mail. Mostly I took it up the executive chain because one "Resolution manager" told me no way on a free dock., this after a particularly nasty bit of "customer disservice" they had done. I decided there & then that I was going to get satisfaction, nut it worked out better than I ever expected. Basically, they PAID ME $50.00 to take the Prime (I had to tell the story at least once, but I will shut up now.) Besides, I had to by the Dock out of pocket, from Abes of Maine... I feel so guilty... NOT!!!
Think I should try for the Price Guarantee? I want to do it against the HHGregg offer of $399.99 for Prime 32 Gb. They were said to offer the price in the store, and BB is giving a 60 Day Price Match for all Holiday 2011 purchases. Hehe. Think I will give it a shot. They have such a horrendous point of sale/ Inventory system, they may just go for it... Am I being greedy? Yep. But I think all's fair, after all BB got a bit greedy with the preorders when everyone else had shut them down. What goes around and all that
Thanks for saving me 50 + tax. Thanks also given at the top of the thread!

Just got my $50 price match credit. All i did was call them and told them micro center has the Prime for $449.99 and she just said ok we applied the $50 credit to your card, without calling to micro center to verify if they had it in stock or if it was an in store price. Funny how when I tried doing it for the HHGregg difference they wanted to call and verify if the item was in store, etc. which led to an unsuccessful price match, but this time they just said ok no questions asked lol. Anyways thanks OP put $50 back into my wife's wallet
Thanks so much. Just called and got 52.14 back. So after reward points I paid a total of $354 for the tablet.
Had to convince him that 28 miles was within tolerance of their 25 mile limit. After asking permission, he came back and said he could do it.
No MicroCenter stores in my state. /wrists
Doesn't matter what state you live in, i live in Florida and told them the MicroCenter in Yonkers New York had it and she applied the credit.
Yes - This rebate worked for me at Best Buy. It is well worth the $50
Has someone tried this at a local Bestbuy with an OMS order?
This is great, just called them up and they credited me $50.

asurion deductible is still 100 not 150

I dropped my evo lte on june 29th and the screen shattered and i filed a claim with asurion and they had me fax a copy of my id and fill out a form to send them explaining what happened. I then got approval for a replacement and the total cost was 100. I have been with sprint since 2006 and this is my only 2nd replacement thru asurion sol not sure if that played a role? I got my replacement july 3rd.
Brand new or a refurb?
it was brand new came in orginal packaging with the manual and charger and everything
Nice! Today is the moment of truth for me. Hoping the one they shipped is new. Package is listed at 2lb from Fedex.
was ur deductible 100 as well?

good to know cause all i been hearing is that its 150$ now..
In the next few months it'll be $150. I just got the notice in the mail last night.
The $8/$100 ends in September. If you haven't been credited on your bill for $4 off the $11 shown each month, then you need to call Sprint to ask for the credit.

I think what he means is that you shouldn't be paying the $11/month right now, so if you are, you get a credit for $4.00 each month until September.
Yes, it is a reocurring credit through September. Oh, I forgot to mention that this only applies to EVOLTEs activated before.... 6/17

Best Buy's better than Verizon's 32GB Pixel (not XL) deal $240+get $100 BB egift card

Update: as of earlier today Best Buy was out of Silver and you could only order the Black one if you had a Best Buy location within 250 miles of a zip code you entered so that you could physically pick the phone up. i.e. They weren't offering shipping them any longer.
Speculation: Best Buy is dumping their remaining inventory of all regular Pixels (they only carry the 32GB models) and they they already sold all the ones in their warehouses.
Thanks to @xdabbeb for making me aware of this.
I bought two.
You may have to retry website buttons multiple times to get the deal to work if their website is still being slammed. Also even when it says sold out on Slickdeals, you can still order it. This morning when I ordered mine, the get by date was Dec 6th for silver and 7th for black.
In my case I also had to order one at a time and the second one I had to use incognito mode in Chrome even though I upgraded a different line on the same Verizon account and both times I logged into the same Best Buy account.
I attribute all site weirdness to the Black Friday internet traffic.
$9.99 /mo. for 24 months
without having to pay the full monthly price and waiting for credit. Less than $240 total.

@45Wheelgun I saw your post in the other thread but this deal is so good I wanted to make sure it wasn't buried.

Kevin - could you contact me via PM or email? I had a couple of questions I wanted to ask you concerning this deal. We are both in Columbus and I would value your insight.
Deleted.
In addition to this already great deal - for Cyber Monday (Sunday?) BB is now offering a $100 BB Gift Card on top of the $240 Price. Making your total cost $140 Make me wish I had waited.

I just found that out too, wow! Me too, but oh well, one of mine has already shipped. I could cancel the other since it hasn't shipped and do the deal but there's a chance Verizon wouldn't consider me able to upgrade that line, at least for a day or so.
Can you really buy the Google Pixel, cancel with Verizon and use it with T-Mobile without having to deal with Verizon legal (early termination fees, etc) ?
Read a few comments in the thread. There are people that say "No problem", others say "Check the fine print, they will make you pay the full price".
This deal makes sense for Verizon if people open a new account/line and stay for 2 years. But in this case it is how the ol' phone subsidization model look in 2016.
I doubt that Verizon has left room to buy the phone, cancel the line and bring it to another network without charging fees and screwing your credit.
Edit:
Here you go: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/clp/ver...at748301462624.c?id=pcmcat748301462624&rdct=n
Activation/Upgrade Fees
Activation Fee: $40/line.
Upgrade Fee: $40/device.
Early Termination Fees
The early termination fee is up to $175, or up to $350 if your contract term results from your purchase of an advanced device (e.g., a smartphone).
There's no contract if you pay the phone off, it's not a two year contract, it's merely a contract to pay $9.99 a month for 24 months and once you pay it off, that's fulfilled. If you're creating a new line to get the phone, then whatever costs Verizon imposes to create the line, if any, in addition the activation fee which would happen for a new or existing line (Verizon seems to sometimes call the activation fee an upgrade fee lately) would be the only thing additional besides the tax for your overall cost.
I believe it was @45Wheelgun in the other thread who said he paid the phones off as soon as they shipped.
It *shouldn't* be any problem, but I don't believe anything until I see it for myself, and I might try it and see what happens to get a third one this time with the $100 gift card deal, but not sure yet.
FYI, my "upgrade fee" was $20 per phone, and the same "upgrade fee" was referred to as "activation fee" elsewhere, so I believe they're one in the same, although Verizon is less than transparent about this and has caused me confusion before. I'm on the most recently available Verizon Plan.
@45Wheelgun references this walkthrough for how to do it:

His original post is at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=69793678&postcount=45
And "Proof", which is pretty convincing but in the end is merely "strong evidence": https://slickdeals.net/forums/showpost.php?p=92266531&postcount=1419
I just tried to add a line, all looked good, of course it said there would be a $20 a month smartphone access charge on the new line but once I paid the phone off I'd be able to cancel the line. However, the main Pixel page on Best Buy's site says 1) Silver isn't available at all and 2) Black "Shipping:Not Available". I went through the process as far as I could take it anyway and indeed it won't let me do the final checkout without selecting a store, but it tells me there are no stores within 250 miles to pick one up at, so it seems we're at an impasse, and basically maybe Best Buy is trying to dump what little remains of local Pixel stock, wherever they are.
Same issue here. Currently in CA visiting family but also checked my zip code in Portland, OR. No stores within 250 miles.
Also stopped by the local Best Buy and they had no Pixels in stock.

My friend who was the one who made me aware of both the original and the new deal said that this morning it said he could still pick one up locally but that now they're just not available. I checked a few zip codes I was familiar with as well just out of curiosity.
so If I find it in store, sign up for a new account, pay first month, pay off device, can I then use it with my T-Mobile line?
There are no early termination fees if you pick the 24 month Device Payment Plan (DPP). You will have three choices to purchase the phone:
DPP: 9.99/month 24 months
Contract: $199.99 + 24Month Verizon Service Contract
Outright purchase: $650
Any text you see about contracts or ETFs are in reference to the Contract option and have nothing to do with the DPP option. When you get to the purchase agreement you will see it states you are paying the "full price" of $239.76 for the phone and that is the installment agreement you are "signing". In that contract it clearly states there are no penalties for paying it off early. Only penalties it speaks of are if you DON"T pay your installments on time.
DPP is nothing but a 24 Month 0 Interest load. Think 24 months same as cash with the purchase price being $239.76 +TAX
I purchased 2 on Thursday as 2 separate transactions, one as an upgrade and the other as "add a line". Billed for Sales tax on $239.76 (~$17) As soon as they shipped on Friday I paid them off. That immediately restored my "upgrade" account and I will not need to "add a line" as the phones have been paid in full. I received an Email from Verizon notifying me that my DPP contracts were "Paid in Full" and Closed.
My phones will be delivered tomorrow. There has been no change in my plan, all discounts and extras accrued over the years as still in place. I'm unclear at this point if I will need to activate them. If so there will be a $20 activation fee. I'll know sometime tomorrow.
I went back today when I saw the additional $100 and was able to walk through the entire process as an "upgrade" so as far as my account is concerned "it never happened". I even had Verizon offer me $330+ to use it as a trade in!
I do not think you will have any problems if you just add a line but if you create a new account they may want you to either return the phone, paying the full price for it or $350 EFT.
Whatever... it would not be worth it considering the additional fees.
People were mentioning this after looking at the fine print that you agree on and talking with sale managers.
There is also a hard pull of your credit for a new customer, so I do not want to do that and end up reading in the fine print that I must stay with Verizon for 2yr in order to get the Pixel for $130.
Not sure what to do. Did somebody look at all the things that they ask you to sign or can post screenshots?

Did you look at the link I gave a few posts up (first page I think) with the link to the "proof/evidence" that there will be no ETF if you pay off the phone. I believe it, for what it's worth, but can't take advantage of it any more than I already did since there are no stores within 250 miles of me to pick it up, which is the only option now. I'll add that to the OP when I can.
Yeah... I saw a bunch of posts of that guy, DEEE. He has been active on that thread for 3 days no stop. There are some funny flames He wants to be the "go-to person". He also does everything to shut up who contradicts him. Either he needs some attentions or somebody must pay him to be there and do the promotion.
A few people keep saying "check the contract. It is just $240." but a few others found something off. Check the posts related to this one:
https://slickdeals.net/f/9417827-be...es-100-bb-e-gift-card?p=92444587#post92444587
What I got from that:
- At checkout you sign both DPP and the https://www.verizonwireless.com/legal/notices/customer-agreement/
- The DPP (that is titled "RETAIL INSTALLMENT CONTRACT") says you are subject to the Verizon agreement too. So you need to interpret them together.
- The conclusion seems to be:
1) If you leave Verizon before 14 days then you have to return the phone (or pay full amount for it)
2) If you leave after 14 days you have to pay other $350.
Verizon lawyers are not dumb.
Either somebody that studied law can interpret those contracts and tell me that everything is fine or I will stay out of this deal. It is not $240 vs $250, it is $240 vs $700.
