Haven't looked yet, but assuming that the MT2-L03 has been on 4.3 since it's release then it is safe to say that the kernel source is the right one being that there would be no other since the assumption is that the device has never been on another OS other than 4.3.

Hi again i downloaded it . how can i checo versión is.there a file that details.whatsapp inside?? [emoji51]

So according to the website, this should be the 3.0 UI Source. If so I wonder why there is absolutely no development for this device.

I guess there are zero developers that have our phone, besides Modding. And he's already done enough for us!

There's potential for this device. Sadly, only bleeding edge flagships seem to get rom development.

That's just a kernel source anyways. We'd need a whole 3.1 system dump to even try to port it.

15 - Mate2's were given away at the Big Android BBQ event in Hurst. Paranoid Android, Cyanogen, SlimRom, TWRP, are just a few to name. Some of the best developers will have there hands on these units now and we'll start seeing some beta's floating around soon.

That would rock

HAHA I don't even really care for CM cause usually important things don't work, like LTE or GPS. I'd be happy with a nice stock Deodexed ROM that I can tool around with and tweak as well as a OC'd Kernel

[Q] Plans for 4.4 Kit Kat?

Hi All. I'm wondering if, realistically speaking, we can expect to have Android 4.4 on the Atrix 4G? From what I understand, even the 4.3 port is not yet stable enough to be a daily driver, so perhaps it is unrealistic to expect 4.4 to come.

All development is being put into the kernel at the moment. krystian has stated that the 3.1.10 kernel should be able to run 4.4, however if not, he'll work on revising the kernel to match the Nexus kernel (I think he said it was at 3.4?) For us, CM10.1 (4.2) is the most stable current Android version. Cyanogenmod even says it on their page/wiki, 4.3 is at the preview stage, meaning its not at the same stage as all previous versions. That's why it is not stable enough to be a daily driver. Epinter just resurfaced and released an updated CM10.1 to reflect the changes in 10.1.3. He stated in his thread, since the updated release, that he will give CM11 (4.4) a shot. He's not making any promises besides saying that he will attempt to build.

Does Motorola's recent commitment to bringing kitkat to a few older devices help ROM builders in their efforts?
(can't post links yet, google 'motorola kitkat older devices' for details)
Does this mean it might be possible to port the changes to the Atrix 4G?
If had been a good 4.0 version...
I have hope to version 4.3:fingers-crossed:

I don't know what will it take to make it boot on my model but I'm thinking about signing up just to see how it is.
Signed up, curious about color os.
Nice to see other ports brought to G2.

It's kinda hard to develop on stock roms because they are already so optimised and adding something will break another so I guess developers wanted to develop on a more open platform like CM or AOSP versus stock.
Understandable but cm and aosp to me are all the same... Same bugs same services the only good thing os for theming but even there they are similar... I kinda like the sony stock rom.. Wouldnt mind a debloated 5.0.2 with custom kernel support!! I guess a fella can still have hopes!!

Fully agreed, that I wish for!
Oh man still no updates?? i am very dependent on when this Lollipop ROM update will be sent. I just can't test my apps on Lollipop because of this!
I wish they did not release 5.0.1/2 and went for 5.1 instead. I've heard really lots of complaints about 5.0 and i am kinda worried.
I'm afraid we'll get a really late, half-assed rom update that introduces new issues without fixing the older ones, which they had plenty of time to fix... and after that it's gonna be "well, you got your 5.0 update, that's enough updates for a two year old phone... all the way from jelly-bean! wow... we're so good, updating the phone all the way from jelly bean to lollipop. So, there won't be another update. get a new phone."

I am porting Android Nougat to OnePlus2

Hi All,
I am in the process of porting Android Nougat to the OnePlus 2.
May take a little longer as I have only built Cyanogen Mod builds before so it's a bit of a learning curve but I'm up for the challenge
Edit: The rom will be ASOP Android 7.0.0_r1
UPDATE 02/09/2016: I have combined forces with all your popular devs to get all you lovely people your ROM quicker. We are making process but they have changed some things up so don't loose hope
