since we have no s5 camera port i have ported the UI of the camera until
another real port for the app itself

This doesn't include Photosphere and really isn't much different to the 4.3 camera.

i flashed it with CWM & the installation was succesfull, bt it didn't worked..

Please confirm ROM. It should be 4.4.2 Touch wiz.
It will only work if light effect is selected in unlock effect setting.

Yes it should work, but only with Stock Rom. And it doesn`t work with CyanogenMod 12 (Android Lollipop).

My device stuck in boot animation with blue light on. Any fix? I can enter in cwm recovery and download mode.

My screenshots are the results you obtain by flashing OP's system UI. You also need to have "S5 SystemUI Theme" module enabled with quick settings theme.

Same. I tried with twrp and cmw too and got same results. I also did wipe dalvik cache before reboot

get root explorer and extract systemui.apk from stock rom.
move it to root/system /app/here.
now hold on systemui.apk(maybe phone will reboot once)
then go to systemui.apk again.
click and hold on it.
go to permission
mark the 3 read option.
and mark the 1st write option.
save
u will see permission like r--w-r-r
that's all.
its easy.
