Is there any way to add themes in Custom rom which can be changed from Setting/display/theme?!!

When I had my Sony phone, the Xperia software was the first thing to go, so didn't play with the themes much on that side. The XperiaTM themes though certainly seem like they are Xperia themes since they change many graphical elements of the UI, not just the launcher. So what're the differences?

Bro differences are after applying these themes my whole ui changed...such as Notification bar,battery icons,Network icons,apps icons,etc, etc.....

That's obviously more than a launcher theme. I'm not saying that you aren't looking for something different than this, I'm just surprised there are 2 different Xperia theme engines.

Oh!I had found these themes...
I think these themes are different framework and i found them in system/bin...
Here the themes and Setting.apk and some extra files...

the theme don't modify your launcher theme, modifies only the notifications bar, look the screen, and a few more items.
can we get it to modify only the lock screen, excluding everything else as you have mentioned? []look the screen, and a few more items] what other items?

you can open framework-res with a WinZIP, and modify the files in (res / drawable-mdpi)

I was waiting that too when i was on xGin. Then the the rom died and i've had to restore to stock Stock is very good at the moment, games run very much faster than every custom rom

Last night I discovered how to modify the Wallpapers of the DefaultThemes app (Duh, was so simple!) so I made these Themes, I'm sharing them ... Hope you like it!
Note: I am not expert on this and I think it shows
Just put it in /system/app with rw-r-r- permissions, and reboot if necessary

there isn't to many downloadable mods out there at this time, I'm sure it's because it's still fairly new
among the mods i usually like to add to my phone that i have had to make on my own is a Launcher mod
i usually have it setup as a 4X5 grid size, page indicators at the bottom & no wallpaper scrolling
I don't know how to mod apks but i read a tutorial on how to do it and as i looked for the SecLaucher3.apk file on my phone it was nowhere to be found
please let me know if you know where it is or if your willing to help with the apk modding

Decompile it first using apktool or something like it then you can edit the png or the value files in /values of the APK. I'm not going to explain all this in this thread, but there are multiple tutorials on how to decompile apks and mod them.
I know this can be achieved by replacing images in Systemui.apk. But that's a heck of work and last time when I tried that, Touchwiz started showing errors. Even after replacing the backed-up Systemui.apk errors wouldn't stop. Therefore I had to re-flash stock Rom.
This could be achieved by Xposed, which apparently isn't compatible with Samsung ROMS ATM. So I was wondering, if there's any other way to change status bar icons?
