Help - Bootlooped - Motorola Droid RAZR

I have been looking at hundreds of forums to find no true solution to my problem.
I installed a custom boot and now my phone is stuck boot looping. There are actually some solutions to my problem but, this is what I have.
Usb debugging is disabled
Cannot axcess device through ADB
I do have axcess to fastboot
When trying to flash, get error phone returned fail
Cannot axcess recovery menu
Device not detected by odin
Is there a way to fix any of these so I can get rid of bootanimation.zip and fix my issue?
Please help!

[Q] Bootloop, Cant seem to fix it.

I'm new to rooting and all of this type of thing, i figured I would first start with my HTC Flyer. I successfully unlocked the bootloader, and installed SuperUser, upon installing greenify and i tried to install the Xposed Framework, and my device now is stuck in a boot loop.
When enter the bootloader and do a factory reset or try to enter factory it completely freezes, and when i try to connect it to my PC via fastboot the PC says that the USB device that is connected cannot be recognized and fastboot will not work. Did i completely fry this device? Also if you have time I couldnt figure out a proper way to flash a custom rom so if anyone has a guide for that I would appreciate a link to that as well.
Thank you so much!!

[Q] Stuck in bootloop. HALP.

Let me start off by saying after hours of research & trying solutions i've found. i have had no luck.
I have a galaxytab 4 10.1 t530 & went to try out a new rom, well i must have messed up some where as it put me in a boot lop that reads "kernel is not seandroid enforcing"
Odin will not recognize the device & windows cannot update drivers.
I have tried downloading ADB Interface drivers but it's not showing up in my device manager.
When i try to reboot system with TWRP it states theres no OS installed.
Unfortunately i do not have a external SD slot so i can't flash that way either.
Sorry i'm not being very specific, as this has been a 3 month process on me trying to figure out how on earth i can fix this or if i'm just out of luck, so i don't remember exactly everything i have tried.
Any help is so greatly appreciated.

Phone stuck in boot loop - Need to turn on USB debugging

I am currently in a situation where USB debugging was not enabled, CROM service status is set to "Locked". This is causing an issue on my International Galaxy S6 Edge (g9250) -- It is stuck in a boot loop and the android OS that was previously installed was wiped on accident through the stock android recovery mode.
I am unable to flash TWRP recovery to the phone, I am unable to use Odin to flash a stock ROM image to the phone, or perform any data transfer between my Windows machine to the phone. Smart Switch also does not work. Also Now I am sure this is because I never enabled developer mode and turned on USB debugging, and also because this CROM service is set to lock. When I attempt to sideload using ADB I get error:closed. When using the Skipsoft Unified Android Toolkit any task performed stops at: "Waiting for USB debugging".
Is there any solution for this? I've looked all over the internet and haven't been able to solve my issue -- I'm stuck at a perpetual boot loop because there is no Android OS on the device's partition, and also am unable to flash the stock ROM using ODIN or sideload using ADB.
Is there is a way to turn on USB debugging when stuck in a bootloop? Or a way to disable CROM service on the phone to be able to flash or transfer files?
As of right now the device is completely useless and I have been researching for the past 5 days
Any help is very appreciated, please let know if there is more information needed.
Hi there. I am presently stuck in the exactly same situation. Can you please tell me what you did after that. thanks

My Phone Failed to Root and Can't Recover from Encryption Unsuccessful

So, I have quite a problem, and having a country-native device isn't really helping.
I have a Cherry Mobile J2s in 6.0 with bootloader access allowed.
I seemed to have failed in rooting my phone by doing 'fastboot recovery twrp-3.2.1-0-cherry.img' it seemed to have been added properly but it said something like 'recovery' partition successfully made. I'm not sure if that's something wrong but I placed it in just in case. Because of this, my phone showed the Encryption Unsuccessful.
Here's the bad part. It doesn't seem to be able to reset itself. It just stays on the opening screen that says Flare J2s. It doesn't seem to open up the reset screen which I see from other tutorials. I believe it's because I failed to install the recovery img correctly, most especially since I had nothing like a boot img to use. I have tried opening recovery mode but to no avail. I seem to not have a way with connecting my phone to my pc so I can't use adb to fix itself.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance. ^^

The proper command should have been fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.2.1-0-cherry.img . I am not to familiar with the device you are using, but can you put it in download mode? If that's an option, try to reflash the same firmware you are using to recover your phone.
Bump
Bump.
I think first you need to unlock bootloader before flashing that custom recovery .
