you can flash the latest without any problem, no matter the region, the least you can do is stick to non-carrier ones that have XX, considering that most of them have all CSC's you are safe to flash from any region.
The latest one according to Samsung-updates is I8552XXANH4 from India, and im having no problems with it in Europe. You can download the latest stock rom from Here

Which one is having malayalam language in built asking bcoz my Quattro having malayalam language in built.
INU can be updated via OTA(Over The Air)
where as
INS cannot be updated, everything else is same :good:

Why not to follow the procedure of how to flash any stock rom with odin. Just download the latest firmware from sammobile.com
follow any guide on how to flash stock rom via odin and you will be running official 4.1.2 xwl.x.x firmware .. to help and sort you out , here a few helpful links : http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/samsung-galaxys2-i9100-unroot-official-jellybean-firmware-460777 and , http://www.android.gs/root-galaxy-s2-i9100-stock-jelly-bean-4-1-2-xwlss/

How are you? I am from Bangladesh And a grand prime 530H user. I tried to install lollipop update which is released for russia. But I show some of people able to install that firmware successfully. But I failed!
Anyway, My question is How do I know which is the correct firmware from sammobile.com for grand prime 530H

There are two of roms for grand prime 530H...
1. has baseband XXU and
2. with baseband XCU..
In your case (G530HXXU2OC2) .. its XXU .. So any Rom with XXU baseband will work for you... I have installed , G530HXXU2BOH7 base band (india 5.0.2 rom) it is working without any problem..

The download link is an error the firmware is 5.02 not 5.1.1 as stated on the website

It is not 5.1.1. Samfirm downloader just misread it.
