Did Huawei email you back an unlock code? And just to be sure you emailed: [email protected] right?

That's not true. I'm not sure why you got that response but watch this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O2-xGOToHso
You need to email them your serial number and imei.
Here's a sample email:
___________
Dear Customer,
Thank you for supporting Huawei device.
Your Bootloader unlock code :XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX,please keeping your unlock code properly.
Once again thank you for contacting Huawei device.
Best Regards.

Try again and use the exact template I posted above. Or the one from the video. Just do it exactly as that and they should get your unlock code to you. I don't know of anyone who hasn't gotten their unlock code from Huawei for this phone. Most people on this forum which is ALL of those who have root, have gotten their codes by emailing them. Try again using the above template. Maybe you just got a fluke employee not understanding or having a bad day. Try again and you'll get it
Also you may want to use the serial number and imei from the BOX if you can find it or from the Settings/About phone/Status.

That's the exact same lol I have tried 27 times and they say no lol I must get all the arse holes

Are you on a specific carrier version of the MT2L03? Perhaps that carrier isn't allowing bootloader unlocking.

I'm with wind its factory unlocked and I contacted wind and the said their policy does not block the bootloader unlock that's strictly huaweis decision

Bought it straight from Huawei online what is weird is that I could always root it just not bootloader unlock it checked the status says bootloader is locked and can't fastboot anything to it I have been doing customizing for a long time but this device has me stumped because I shouldn't be able to root it without unlocking the bootloader buy I can

Strange. I would use the Huawei help app on the phone. It just prefills out the dialer with the help number to call Huawei. Maybe call the support number and see if they can help.
Edit: here's the number if you need it: (888) 548-2934
And maybe someone else here might have an idea?

ya i know the feeling they wont give up the bootloader unlock i know people that have got it but i cant get it no matter how many times i try what was the exact message they sent back

I think I should just do the same as what you did.
I don't mind privacy anymore. Here are my codes:
IMEI:862754020044185
S/N:B2S7N14425000619
Whoever claimed to succeed, please help me.

i have tried every way to get it they say no whats the message they sent you back i wanna see if its the same as mine

I talked to a representative on live chat. They don't reply my 4 emails. I did not save the chat script (my stupid mistake! ).
As i remembered, they said it is because the code allows users access to internal core. I explained I just want to use apps that requires root. They said they won't provide unlock code regardless.

I need help fast, my friends

Hello my friends, I need your help
I had bought a mobile x10a from canda
i bought it from a telecommunications company at $ 240
Is a device used is not new
The problem is that the device does not accept any SIM CARD .. Only offering from the company
So .. I've bought from the company code to make the device work on any sim card at $ 35
The company is a code that puts in the phone and I'm not I who put it
Mobile version 1.6 ... So .. I want to update to 2.3.3
Can I do it without problems??? Or will I need to buy a new one to break the code
What is your opinion in this problem?? ... Please help me
I think SIM Card lock will not affect the update process. Be easy my friend.

Code has been developed by the company and I do not have a copy of it
This is the last comment I will make on this topic it is getting annoying now. The code is PERMANENT. I know that because...that is what the code is supposed to do. PERMANENT UNLOCK. It doesn't matter if you root it, update it, go back to 1.6 or go to 2.1 or go to 2.3.3. It will ALWAYS STAY UNLOCKED. Please stop asking questions over and over again. If you do not believe me than that is your problem.
thank my friend for you comment

Unlock code won't work??

Hey guys, i bought the unlock code from cellunlocker.net and got the network/unlock code but the phone is not accepting it... i tried all alternative methods to input the codes but just won't take it... i tried data/cache wipe, tried using different sim cards (tmobile), etc
I rooted/ics (juggernuat) rommed the phone prior to unlocking you think this might be the reason why the phone's not accepting the unlock code?
you should ask first!
i unlocked my att i717 note from ebay for 5.88$. (thanks KillaHurtz)!
yes, it' works!
message me and i give you the link.
dont think they allow ebay link here.
How many times have you entered unlock code. It only gives you 3 chances to enter codes and then locks you out.

Wait let me think.... sim lock is carrier related in that your device only allows certain sims. Therefore your device is locked down to a carrier, unless I've completely misunderstood!

Its working for only one company sim cards. So yeah if I dont have this sim card from this company it wont work.. There is way to pay like o 4-5$ to unlock it. But wanted to ask if there is any free solution.
Otherwise I will have to pay ;(

I'm glad that you are doing well, good luck to you.
You would have to contact the carrier, who's brand is on your device for the cell network unlock code.

I was about to buy a Mate 10 pro, but the fact the phone is not unlockable made me stopped my buy.
Is there any way to obtain any official statement regarding this case ?? I mean, is it temporary or definitive?
Maybe we should talk about it to xda authors in order to let the community know and maybe make Huawei change their mind ???
As informations from Huawei Germany Hotline, only Unlock Code with a Call or contact directly from Huawei Service, cause too many Peoples sells generated Codes via eBay. No longer via Website possible. I called Yesterday Huawei Support and received Code today via E-Mail. Sorry for my bad english.
