Can anyone develop a custom rom for my BLU vivo iv d970l - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I really love this phone! But i just hate to see it be dumbed down by the heavily skinned software called amigo 2.0... This phone has got the be the best looking phone out there with 98% being metal and 2% Gorilla glass 3 and at a price point of just $300 unlocked. I really love the performance in games and in multitasking, though i might disable the other 4 CPUs to save some battery other then that this phone really can shine if it ran stock kitkat 4.4. I would really appreciate it if someone out there could make a stock rom for my D970L phone and i would be willing to donate some money in the process to help development. The only thing it doesn't really have is 4g LTE, but it does have HSPA+ which im running on T-mobile network which seems to work just fine for what i do.

4 Ultrapixels = 4 Megapixels
However, the sensor is a lot larger so each ultrapixel is capable of taking in more light.
Ultrapixel is a marketing term for larger megapixel. But in reality, it is 4 MP.
Sent from the "ONE" phone for me
It's like "retna display" it's just a fancy word to make people wanna buy something.

What of the early reports of UltraPixels being multi-color-sensing as opposed to the usually RGBG pentile arrangment?
This article appears to have a lot of details, but it also appears to be poorly translates so I couldn't quite decipher it:

Opening a photo in photoshop and looking at details says its about 12mp. (Don't remember the exact number, like 11.89 or something)

No, the photos have ~4 million pixels (4 megapixels, 4MP). The dimensions are 2688 pixels wide and 1520 pixels high (for landscape orientation). As others have said, megapixels is the number of pixels (mega is the prefix for 1,000,000) but Ultrapixel is a marketing term. The official product page for the HTC One just says it has a "Ultrapixel Camera"; they do not describe it as a "4 Ultrapixel camera". It has a conventional RGB sensor (Bayer sensor).

That's kind of backwards. The better way to think of it is that a traditional digital camera sensor that claims to have 13M pixels really has:
3.25M red
6.5M green
3.25M blue
...for a total of 13M pixels. In the resulting 13M pixel image you get, the camera has actually chosen the color for each pixel by averaging several of individually colored sensors readings into a pixel. This is known as a Bayer filter. But what it means is there isn't really 13M pixels of color resolution in a typical 13M pixel camera.
Now there other ways, such as what Foveon has done with their X3 sensor. In that sensor, every light sensing pixel can detect red, green AND blue -- in one pixel. So their is no color averaging from its neighbors going on.
What I can't get a straight answer on is whether the HTC One's Ultrapixels are multi-color sensing like the Foveon X3, or just larger pixels that waste less light, but still use a Bayer filter.

If you are asking about overheating it isn't a huge problem in z2, it overheating when you launch a game with wifi or mobile data and this by the time isn't a real problem no thing happen when it overheating, when you close the game the overheating gone except launching game with wifi or mobile data the mobile is cool as example launching Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram any another thing with wifi or mobile data don't make overheating.. only the games make overheating and this isn't a problem

Regret?
No way man.
Its true that it does get hot, but mostly in games and while recording 4k or 60frames.
Cracking screen?
Never had that issue.
Of course I've heard about it, but I had z2 for 1,5 year, my dad owns a z2 and my 2 other friends own a z2 and they never got a cracked screen.
So I think it's a myth. If you will smash the phone on the table many times then it will Crack eventually (as the glass will be weakened with every hit).
If you're afraid of getting your screen broken you may get a tempered glass.
Sent from Note 3, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3.
Still a good device I'd have one myself if wasn't on contract, but I'd go for the z3 if possible at least that will still get at least one more big os update. Mm on z2 is more than likely it's last big os update. Px the t2u towards the cost.

LG G3 Cloudy GSM VS the latest and greatest phones

I want to start off by saying I truly enjoy trying new phones, customizing them etc. To get straight to the point my daily driver is a Gold LG G3, I put the specs below. I often see new phones like the Honor 8 for example that catch my eye but when I compare them to my current G3 I can't see much difference in them hardware wise and thus I can't make myself buy a device that will bascially do the same thing my current one is doing just fine. So I ask you fellow XDA members, suggest some phones that will blow my G3 away and get me excited to try. Thanks for your help!
