I was searching for the same .apk and I finally extracted it from another ROM-Image.
So here you go:
This function (if enabled) works while phone is connected to a charger. It would be desirable to have a patch which will allow to this function to work without charger.
Example with screensaver from "Chronous Pro" app (see attach. picture)

I have a problem: I can't figure out how to turn on the caption for each entry in the Settings App.
Please take a look at the Screenshots, both device are identical and run the same Resurrection Remix (5.8.2).
