Flash stock kernel from OP. Reboot and start the camera... then you can use whatever kernel you want.
pls what should i do? i already installed the rom then may phone gets stock when i reboot after installing. my phone wont work anymore.

Reboot into recovery, then wipe data and wipe cache.
Performance degraded after a month use
I ve been using this ROM for nearly a month.
Everything was working fine all the time, but just last week I started noticing strange behaviour.
The phone starting lagging big time.
When I turn on/off the flashlight, it takes more than 10 sec to turn on/off
For some reason, my wireless connection has become very slow on the phone, it takes so many minutes just to download a 2mb file from playstore,while its not the internet connection that is to be blamed.
Like for instance any application that needs to update, like facebook / candycrush, etc.
Regardless which Boeffla profile I choose, the lagging just doesnt disappear.
I barely see 20-30MB ram free although I can't see whats utilizing the rest of it!
Also The smart scroll option never worked with me !
The camera takes a lot of time to open up as well.
I dont understand how it was working fine all this time and suddenly i start seeing problems.

I'm Using this ROM from last week & One word to say "Marvellous" . I've used Revolution HD 52 ROM before this For stability but that one looks like stock Rom without any customization but yours is much more like S5 in looks with keeping the device Stable & Smooth...Done a great job dude to provide us such a Rom that we cann't expect it from SAMSUNG ever For our beloved S3...finally tons of Thanks for your work keep it up Mate..

Black theme
Does this rom have black theme. It's perfect, finally I stopped flashing roms, the only thing I miss is to have black backgrounds instead of blue ones (default S5) theme.

I cannot read my SIM contacts. All contacts/import from SIM screen stays white and empty. Randomly some CM based ROMs are having this problem for my S2. I'm with i9100 international S2. What to do ? SpiritROM on Samsung Galaxy S GT I-9000

I am using this ROM for last 2months, not much problems, but when i connect the phone to my PC, it doesnt prompt for selecting USB Mass storage. Due to this I am unable to transfer any data. I tried enable/disable Android Debugging, tried Options MTP/UMS from Settings->Storage->USB Computer Connection .. but still no luck.
Please suggest how I can enable the UMS.

I totally understand but sadly I cannot help you as I also have the same problem across the board with pacman, cyanogen, neatrom... all based on KK but it sounds like it is some thing to do with the base compilation. I never tried any Lollipop roms and wont bother I have spent a huge amount of time on this already.
Is your phone a GT I9100T? Mine is this model number
It was a wifi driver? based issue. which has nothing to do with the modem.
Other than this the spirit Rom was amazing. I wish I had 10 posts under my belt so I did not get sidelined to another thread. I would like to be part of solving this issue. Which im sure is possible. Maybe as simple as using the correct wifi software?

Thanks for the rom Nico, i remember the days where you made mods for RootBox. This is a very good rom (i'm still using it), full of customizazion possibilities, sadly it died soon.
SPIRIT Rom and bugs.... Well...
It is very stable and little bit spooky but still fency and stable rom . It is fast , just modify settings by Ur own pref. And i do suggest DorimanX kernel, v10XXX and time to time clean cache and anjoy this beauty rom

Well mate, do a total reset.... Use Odin and instal latest official JB, do repertion, my sugg is 3Gb data at least and offcourse 1Gb sistem... Maybe Ull needed for Lollipop and anyway it is fine to have it, ull never know... Do a little search for modem which is best represenative of ur radio and version of Jelly Bean(JB) for UR local .... for me, best one is I9100XXMS4 . Before modem, after instal JB, root Ur phone and downloaded ZIP of ROM, Gapps And Modem put on Sd or Internal(if in internal-dont format internal memory).... In Odin put PIT file and check RE-PARTITION field, TAR file of official ROM and chek PDA field, ellse live it like it is... Goa ahed and START it. Do NOT chek NAND field!
So conc: U need: PIt Repartition file, Samsung official Rom, PhilliZ kernel((for safe begining and Root)), Odin 3.07, Modem file I9100XXMS4(for modifying or latter purposes) and FAITh in Urselfe and knowledge Ask 4 more

Personal lately I'm really no time to be able to analyze a ROM, so I need a very objective analysis, my smartphone is a Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300, unfortunately he has a problem in the GSM engine, which can no longer make calls and the message appears "not registered on the network" believe it or not, I have done everything in this world to be able to solve and not getting any success, already installed various types of modems, kernels, ROMS, and even make the purest possible the factory reset, the only solution would be to take on a technical assistance here in Brazil where I live, for them to use to repair the Box, finally .... You may want to reboot to recovery and wipe data / cache again
Are there any instructions for install this ROM? Also, do I need to update Kernell?

I installed this epic stuff v3 version and i have only a problem with WhatsApp application. When i install it and it asks me for phone number, i type it down and after that it just gets me back to main menu, like i pressed the button to quit the application..tryed to wipe data etc..reinstall the rom, always same...then i got back on stock firmware and it worked there, so i think its kinda a bug/problem with system not my phone..any solutions? Okay, so I've downloaded and succesfully installed this wonderfull Rom, which makes my S3 as intended
However, as I was setting up everything I noticed that the Sync is not working. And this is in generel.
Not google, no calendars, not facebook.
I have tried every solution I have come across.
- Remove accounts,
- Re-install accounts
- Set Sync to Auto etc. etc.
No matter what I do, nothing will allow me to sync my accounts, and cannot add calendar list as it cannot find any to sync with

first of all your Rom is amazing, slimest S5 ROM for Galaxy S3 out there but has some issues.
I took backup of my contacts to SD card and Installed your ROM.
Initially all worked fine, look n feel is awesome and RAM uses is also low (thumps up).
But the moment i restored my contacts from SD card it started throwing Exceptions "Unfortunately process xxx stopped" and all.
Unfortunately i had uninstalled your ROM and moved to other.
please fix above mentioned issue so that i will again install your ROM on my Galaxy S3.

The launcher icons feel too small.. i flashed this launcher by sunajkram23 using TWRP..Now it looks good..even though widget and wallpaper problems..Can you increase the size of those icons and even add a "Set Theme" option..

I have a huge problem with your mod. My Kies 3 cannot recognize my device. I strongly need to do so, because all my contacts, datas, wifi passwords and etc. are saved in Kies. Any ideas?
On the other hand, this is the greatest mod I've tried so far. No other bugs, very smoothly... and i very satisfied with it. But if I cannot access my Kies data, I have to change it :/

For the fix to work, it's very important to boot into rom, open the camera once (obviously it will fail) then only you flash the fix.
Do not flash the fix right after flashing the rom
I tried installing your patch but its says " this patch is for GT- devices , your device is MTK" in my CWM recovery.

This ROM was working nicely and it is stable bt when i opened my camera then its showing me the "WARNING- CAMERA FAILED" . I tried almost every single possible way to repair my camera.
i cleared camera data with force stop according to another forums, clearing cache n dalvik cache re installed this ROM with Kernal bt still having this problem and i tried all CAMERA PATCHES and FIXING ZIPS but nothing happend.... m still getting that Problem...
i am totally messed up now.

Problem with camera
Flashed this rom today with no problems except for with the onboard camera app. Normal pictures work fine, but when I try to do one of the action shots or picture with sound it gives a warning saying that "com.arcsoft.picaction" is disabled. I couldn't find it installed (to try and enable it) so I tried using titanium to extract it from my nandroid backup...that didn't work either. I don't use those photo options very often, but at this point I'm just frustrated that i couldn't get them working.

I'm pretyt noob and looking for help installing Empty Galaxy v7 on verizon galaxy s4 nc5. I have rooted, installed SU and installed SS 3.75.
When i boot into SS recovery, wipe all and go to install the Empty Galaxy v7 rom i receive "System software not authorized by verizon wireless" after reboot. Please let me know if you have any advice on this.

GPS won't lock on Empty Galaxy
I'm loved the Empty Galaxy rom but could never get a GPS lock with Gogolies NC2, NC5, or NG6 modules. I moved on to the Empty VZW Galaxy and am still having the same problem. Everything is working great except for getting a GPS lock.
Any suggestions?
Installed the room last night because I was having battery problems, looks good so far, but every other restart I get a popup saying. "There has been no activity for %1$d minutes since Wi-Fi direct was enabled" it then diced me to restart. (I tried to insert a picture but I'm not allowed) Has anyone seen this before? Or know how to stop it?
It usually shows up right after boot, I haven't turned Wi-Fi direct on yet so I'm not sure what it refers to.

decided to upgrade to an S4 from a 3 & bought one not knowing the bootloader was locked. had AOSP running on the S3. just wanted to say that being stuck on stock touchwiz was killing me, especially coming from AOSP. after a few searches came up with a work around & your rom. all i can is awesome. your rom pretty much saved the life of an S4. great work man. theme is perfect.

There Is A Bug In This ROM .. When I Turn On Rotation its Dont Show Right One When I Pick My Phone Verticaly The Screen Shows In Horizontally Plzz Chk This Issue
Fix the basics of your rom
Your rom is ****. When I get called or when I call, it just freezes. When I put in my headphones, the audio keeps playing from the speakers. Same thing when I connect to my bluetooth speaker. The rom is slow as **** and when I try to set the cpu settings to another setting (performance or ondemand(which I need because the rom is so ****ing slow)), it resets every single time I reboot. Maybe its the kernel but im holding you responsible because you recommended thunderkernel. Also I really do not understand why all these morons say that this rom is any good. I'd rather have the stock rom than this ****.
Ofcourse the first things that comes to your mind is: 'bweuhhh, just buy another phone then'
At the moment I'll just have to do it with this ****ty device. But at least TEST YOUR ****ING ****
i followed all guide, when instaled this rom and i reboot device ,that Stuck on the samsung logo and nothing happening

I have highest respect for OP, but this Rom in my opinion should not be marked "stable" as only few positive feedbacks "Reincarnation Rom Series v.5" received from customers. ( We are aware of the fact that CM7.2 RC4 kernel has some well-known bugs due to nature of cyanogen-mod.However this one contains so much bugs i don't know where to begin though).
without undermining attitudes and intentions to violate our Rules, I must say the best word which describes this CM7.2 RC4 based Rom is "underdeveloped". I urge viewers to get more "stable" Roms such as "ACE-I-SCAPE" till everything settle down :good:
@alipahlavi, This Rom was ported for Ace GT-S5830i/C/M/39i device ( Cooperve) Are you abseloutly sure we are on the same page, before I start pinpointing the root cause of your problems ?
Android version ; Kernel version of your stock device ; PDA/CSC/MODEM information of your stock firmware you were standing ( not so sure,,sammobile.com database is the source)
Are you come from stock Rom/Stock Based Custom ROM or you flashed from CM7 Based ROMs ?
What kernel did you use , after mounting the corresponding partitions (FYI: when something is mounted then it will show "unmount" inside your CWM,If it shows "mount" then it is not mounted )
Before I go further, we need to get you out of boot loop ( assuming you are stocked in splash screen and only access to Download mode ). Study this post please. If your initial problem wasn't resolved ,I will instruct more hints .
i tried to install this ROM on my SGA s5830i which was runnung touchwiz resuurection v10 fine. Installation went fine but in the end it said ROM installed , status=0 After selecting reboot now ,it was stuck on the samsung galaxy ace blah blah blah menu. so I got the thing into recovery mode and installed the stock rom(wich i have tried before to unbrick and worked fine).but the stock rom flashing gave no good results just left a boot loop. Have any ideas. any solutionn would be great!

@droidprob, Status 0 Errors mostly caused by incorrect mount procedures as I explained some of the symptoms in post above though. For reverting back to your stock Firmware , you can follow my advice @ post#6 for step-by-step instruction of using your wipe flash-able package in correct fashion.

GT-S5839I installation
Hi, I'm new to all this so please make allowance.
I flashed this ROM to gt-s5839i and the ROM is very good, but I experienced some major bugs. I have since removed the ROM from the phone and realized that I forgot to flash the audio zip, so this may have fixed the head phone problem?
Bugs experienced:
When plugged in, the headphone was detected but sound continued to come from the phone speaker and was not directed to the headphone jack.
The camera application crashes on start up.
The FM radio application possibly doesn't work, couldn't be sure because of the headphone bug but it didn't work on all the other cm7 ROM's I tried.
I would love to be able to use this ROM, are any updates likely?
