since this is cm11 should i install all cm7 ics passion cm10 to perfectly run cm11 on my phone????
i directly flashed it few days ago it didnt got installed perfectly had lots of errors n always used to struck n restart for every 10-15mins
I am a first time user of notebook ++ and wanted to do what is in post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2535547&page=48 #477. I can get to the first steps using 7zip, but don't know how to get updater-script to notebook ++

you dont need to go to ics passion your route (the one I use and have no problems with) cm7 > cm10.1 > cm10.2 > cm11

Interestingly I was the one who had that problem, just drag the updater-script to your desktop or whatever folder delete the lines and then drag it back into the .zip file and it should work

I use the yourzgapps xs gapps package. It's not hard to find and works for me on every kk Rom

AFAIK gear kernel is outdated. Try using iyahman's semaphore kernel build. Can be found on the last pages of the semaphore thread

I couldn't write into the main thread because of not having enough posts.
I am totally happy with this rom and I would like to thank you for the amount of work you invested into giving my reliable phone new life and i love to use it with your rom.
The things you mentioned are of course correct, but my camera is working, despite of what you wrote in the main thread.
I am using this rom daily and so i will try to add things into the bug section once bugs appear.

first of all hearty thank's for developers who are working and giving everything for making ROM's available for devices for which the company has stopped providing any updates,
- i am using HTC One X +, and i have been able to unlock and root my device and installed TWRP Recovery successfully.
- i am now planning to install cynogen mod cm-11-20150308-NIGHTLY-enrc2b.zip, can any one provide me with any special instructions for starting this operation, like can i install this zip directly with TWRP, any special instructions.
- i am totally impressed with the look and feel of android lollipop version. which i have seen on lot of devices.
- is there been any development on cyanogen MOD 12 Lollipop version for HTC ONE X +, and if it is available can anyone please provide me a link for installation.

Hey Lloir,
Installed the latest build, it's working great so far.
Three things I noticed :
1. Sometimes the phone is slow for around a minute or two after waking it up (it starts working properly again eventually).
2. USB storage is not always recognized by the PC (I have to plug/unplug a few times).
3. Can't copy files to storage/emulated/legacy (I had to copy Titanium back-ups elsewhere and use a custom path to restore apps). Also, when trying to access from device, it's password protected.
Other than that, everything works great. Thanks for bringing 5.0 to the One X+.

Hi, I've recently found that I could update my old Xperia X10i to the new android ones, I never ever flashed a phone before, so I have many questions:
1.- What kind of software is needed to update my phone to newer versions of android basically?
2.- Is it true that the Llollipop update is fake and based on JellyBean?
3.- Step by step how could I update my phone from android 2.1.1. to KitKat basically?
4.- Can I use the CM10 rom camcorder fixed to update to Kitkat or I need the CM11 rom, in that case, where is the link (I can't find the ROM)?
5.- Is it possible to go back to 2.1.1. android version? (That's the actual android version of my phone)
6.- Is the tethering working? (I use this feature a lot)
If anyone could reply me, I will be always thankful since is so hard to understand for me these threads at this moment.

Had BT issues with music. Voice was OK. Got Bluetooth z1 fix from play store. All now is sweet. Using sbh 52 controls work perfectly.

This depends on your Gapps package. I suggest you ask in the respective Gapps thread, or contact the provider. They would usually provide an addon for it, like in @jajb's Minimal Gapps.

I haven't tried to sideload something like that yet, but I'd suggest updating your recovery and then trying

Has anyone thought of making a GAPP's package with aroma so you just download one package and then pick exactly what you want rather than having masses of packages and you have to pick roughly the one you want?

Help getting gapps in Ressurection Remix 5.4.5
Hi everyone.
I've been trying to flash RR 5.4.5 (android 5.1). First, I tried with CWM but without success. Then, I got it with TWRP. Now, I can't flash gapps with TWRP.. I've tried tons of differente versions of GApps. The PA Gapps, for instance, gives me a error code 40.
I have a Galaxy S4 Mini i9195
Any ideas? I thought about removing TWRP and try to flash them with CWM, but I don't even know how to remove TWRP in the first place.
Any help or thoughts?

Recording problem
Somehow i tried to message my friend using WhatsApp and bb messengger.. and when i start recording. all the apps force close and the camera had the same problem. it can record video but the audio doesn't recorded.. .. and i'm using HM2014813.
I like this rom build. it's simple and save a lot of storage space.. hehe
LINE app can't access wifi.
I have installed cyanogenmod 11(http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/hm201481x-cyanogenmod-11-0-t3159419) on redmi 2(HM2014818) and most of the apps are working fine. Only LINE app can't access wifi Internet. It works fine with mobile data.
Any solution?

Proximity sensor not working.
I installed cyanogen (25/07) but proximity sensor is not working and screen remains off for around 30 seconds . Even pressing power button doesn't switch on the screen for this period.
I am using redmi2(xxxxxxx18) that is indian version.

after flashing the latest cyanogenmod v11 my phone is taking forever to boot and still booting since last night, any help ? also its my first time flashing the mod into my redmi 2 (1GB ram 8GB internal)
I just installed this afternoon, rom is very comfortable and stable when used. but I have a suggestion, please optimize all aspects ranging from the speed, performance, stability and others, I hope you take my advice...

Hi, since I installed CM11 on my redmi 2 (just upgraded to latest version) GPS is not working anymore. It just doesn't find any satellites.

Black screen
Hello,
I flashed this ROM last weekend. Full wipe before the flash. This one runs smoother than other CM11 or MIUI ROM, that's a fact! Thank you for that.
However I encounter some "black screen" issues. Sometimes, for no reasons, the screen goes black and I have to hard reset the phone to get it working again. The LED lighting is still functionnal when the screen goes black.
I already tried to get some logs but it seems that the logs are wiped when the device is restarted. If you can tell me how to get you some logs, I'll do it. For now I will reflash it without the Google Apps to see if the problem occurs again.
