It's certainly not the best official ROM, some users report shorter battery life and slight increase of cpu temp.
I've been using the 038 India version for a month and it's working fine for me. There are many custom ROMs available, if you wanted to try one I recommend you to use Vifrom, it's the most stable and the snappiest I've tried.

Thanks for your feedback. How to safely install custom recovery? Does vifrom supports dual Sim?

Put V.29 in your SD card, then use update app. With update app you can upgrade and downgrade your phone also.

Thanks for the feedback. I also am running the same and I have not had any issues with hissing while music playback, though when I connect the phone to my creative 2.1 speakers, I do get some extra noise which wasn't present in jellybean. I am hoping that further updates fix this. My next plan is to wait for the next update which LG is sure to release (with knock code) which should also fix other small issues and then make a similar flashable zip, though this time with custom recovery as well.

Thats a good idea. For the hissing issue i am going to try the LG tweaksbox module.
Thanks bro

Hi Anudeep,
Thank you. I Still havent found any bugs and i have been using this same ROM for about 25 days now. I see the bluetooth in the battery stats, but its not draining any actual battery when i cross check in GSAM and BetterbatteryStats.
I did not face any hissing/crackling sound in both the stock earbuds and in the aftermarket SONY earbuds that i use.
I am very happy with the 2/2.5 days battery life with 6+ hours SOT that i get on a regular basis on this ROM. This is with 3g data on all the time, and with battery saver on when i am sleeping.
I know this will only improve once we have the next update with knock code and bug fixes. I am waiting for an Open European Update/ Indian Update to go ahead and create a new zip file with root etc.

Hey @ndnesh
a quick question, if i use this flashable zip and skip installing supersu. can i take future OTAs ?

[TUTORIAL][No PC]How to ROOT & Install TWRP, SuperSU w/o PC!

For SM-G530H / 5.0.x Lolliopop ONLY!!!
DEODEXED OR ODEX!
ADDITIONAL NOTE: (Nov 2020 update) Hey, Sorry I've been gone for a long time and I don't have the phone in me now. I don't think I can help you guys in any way as I don't have the phone anymore. DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ALWAYS DO A FULL BACKUP.
INTRO:
You can now install TWRP recovery and Chainfires' SuperSU without using a PC! All you need is your Android Device and a stable internet connection.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Internet Connection
• Flashify (Download it from GOOGLE PLAY)
• Mega (Download it from GOOGLE PLAY)
• Kingroot [Latest] (Search it on GOOGLE)
• TWRP.img | Download link (MEGA)-> https://mega.nz/#!YB9RiJza!Acn3L1Js7JyLUK3im8vwvTs6CIkak01uarVC-opOihk
TUTORIAL:
• Root Your Device using KINGROOT.
• Now you're rooted! Move ''TWRP.img'' to ExternalSdCard
• Open ''Flashify'' app, Find ''RECOVERY IMAGE'' and you'll be prompted... Choose 'CHOOSE FILE' and locate the 'TWRP.img' on your ExternalSdCard.
• You'll be ask to reboot. Restart Your phone and it will automatically go to twrp recovery! Done!
EXTRA TUTORIAL: KINGROOT TO SUPER SU!!!
• Download This SuperSU~> https://mega.nz/#!8VVTjBwL!MmLt-iJZ79kYlZo6bOW0chVQxG90cAR0fdppar-E-fQ
• Move it to EXTERNALSDCARD
• Flash Via TWRP
• DONE! Congratulations, Kingroot is gone and you now have SuperSU!
Did it work for you? Tell us in the comments!
Hit like if this tutorial helped you :3
NOTE: every time you restart ypur phone it will automatically go to TWRP recovery, Don't worry it's normal.
On latest samsung firmwares(I'm using xxu2bok3 for 350h)im using cwm and flash it with flashfire and don't have the reboot in to recovery bug, before the firmware update(xxu...BI0)have that bug, think Sammy fix the kernel b/c I'm also notice that my phone is faster keep more ram free, even with a lot of app open in the back and the best is not aggressive on managing the ram any more closing the apps when you open another and let it in the back.
Good tutorial ?
Also you could mention that if anyone wants to use Xposed, now is not necessary deodex the ROM, with version xposed v79 beta from artec, just need to free some space and flash it through TW or cwm.

[ROM] CyanogenMOD 11 Stable -B2

Finally, we are having CM11 at the normal level. We (andreya108 and myself) were working very hard on CM11 and this the outcome. This is the joint work by both of us so please thank andreya108. There are lot of unknown issues to be tested and fixed but the most disastrous bugs are not present anymore. E.g. uncontrolled processor, reboots, battery drain, unstable GPS etc. From here onwards, we can discuss the issues arisen from long-term use of firmware since before this nobody had used this for daily. We do not claim that this is the complete version hence please do not flood the thread. If you have an issue send a personal message. At this moment, it is only for CN layout. This is just a beginning……
Thank you
Brief Summary:-
Video recording- Videocam Illusion
Calls and messages SIM1 SIM2
3G-2G SIM1, 2G SIM2

Magnetic cover unlock
Removed volume oscillations on loud music
Location (GPS & Network)
Processor control (CPU functions normally)
Auto Brightness
USB tethering
WIFI tethering
Bluetooth
WIFI
Mass Storage, MTP, USB-OTG
All sensors
FM Radio will not be available - CM11 does not support
Both SIM are always enabled.
Changing 2G/3G network mode using the Quick Settings toggle is not supported
Restart the phone after first boot.
It could take a while to get the SIM signal if you are in roaming, if not choose operator manually and restart.
Work in progress ... If you encounter problem try to find some apk which can do job for you.

Hi @stympy, thank you for your help. I flashed CM11-B2 successfully yesterday and so far everything seems to be good. I do have one question, however. download package again(7.2.16) and flash via updater. always keep a copy of zip file elsewhere because once you choose a package in updater app it start decrypting it and if will you will choose that exact zip file again it will show your given error. in that case use copy of that xip file again.
