I'm having an issue with Google play movies app. It will not let me stream movies after update. Anyone else having this issue? I'm running slim ROM 8.9 with 10/29 gapps. Tried using different gapps with a clean wipe still will not play receive play back is not supported on this device.

I can view it fine. Have you tried installing adobe flash player from Google play store?

Hi all,
I am trying to play non-hd .mp4 files downloaded via keepvid but for whatever reason, the Movies app doesn't play them at all. It displays standard 'Cannot play video' message.
BTW, the ROM I am using is ICS Revolution HD build 7 and VDS kernel. Help will be appreciated.
Either the downloaded video isn't complete or the Movie application doesn't support the video...try to use MX Playet or any similar apps like that

I wanted to know if anyone has got this working on the xperia tablet z? Iv tried to contact gameloft but there is no word on it and no videos of anyone playing it on this tablet. Can anyone confirm it works? before I buy it and sideload.
If it isnt available via the Play store then chances are there may be some issues with it. If I were you I would look into testing it by finding an APK and seeing if it works. You could also edit your build.prop to one you know works woth the game and then buy it and install it via the Play store that way.

Can anyone confirm whether Google Play Movies work from CM or the Google Edition ROMs. Last I tried when I had my GNex, you couldn't. I'm hoping things have changed.

Rooted on version 13.3.1.0. Xposed installed with hdxmodule and Google apps running with no issues. I searched around and couldn't find a post with this same issue.
I cannot get into amazon instant video, starts to load and then crashes. Anyone else seeing this? Do I need to get to a higher firmware?
