Grip Tape and/or Grip Skin? - Nexus 6 Accessories

Does anyone have any suggestions for either a general grip tape or grip skin for the N6? I'm looking for some type of thin grippy tape to put on my qi charger to keep the N6 in place, and also am considering looking for some type of actual grippy skin for the back of the phone. So far, I haven't really found anything. The grip tape doesn't have to be specifically for a phone.

You can get plastidip and spray it over, it will provide good grip. As for the grippy case, I bet Cruzerlite Bugdroid will be good paired with plastidip. *http://amzn.com/B00P0HJ46O

T-mobile TP2 Cellet Holster

i just bought the cellet holster for tmob tp2 from ebay for $9.99 and it is perfect.
Cellet Rubberized Elite Holsters is the best. the elite holster is made of a hard plastic that has a rubberized texture coating for extra grip and durability. When you insert the phone you will hear it "click" into place. Phone is ultra secure within the holster. You can press the release tab on the top of the holster to remove your phone. The belt clip on this holster is awesome. Clip will turn/lock in different positions. The clip has a slim profile so it will not extend far from your waist and bump into things. You can access the charger port, volume, memory, etc. There is also a cutout for the camera on the back of the holster. This holster is designed to fit the phone face-out but it will also fit face-inward. Attach to your side and always have quick access to your phone.
i did buy a week before this one, the bodyglove case and was very disappointed. the case dug into the side of the phone, was begging to take up the protective stickers on the keyboard, and was very bulky, and when clip to my belt stuck to far out. two thumbs down for bodyglove,,,,,
two thumbs up for cellet holster!!!!

nice find.....i just ordered a different rubberized case for my Tmo TP2 but i may pick this one up as well. I agree with you about the bodyglove case. That thing has caused more harm to my phone than good (i.e. scratched keyboard and overall abrasive fit while it cradles the phone). given the pic above i'll def. have to check out the cellet holster.
one full day of playing around with it: IT STILL ROCKS. IT IS AS SOLID AS.... WELL A ROCK! LOL . great feel, and not bulky at all
yeah!thanks!!good work!

I think it's too exposed. (just a personal idea)

Oh yeah, I would never walk around with the screen exposed to the elements / harmful objects that could scratch, damage, or kill the screen.
you can flip the phone around to protect it some more the back of the case is cut out for the camera and speaker though, it has two small squares and a small rectangle

PureGear Kickstand case & Holster

Short review of PureGear Kickstand case & holster. Had this case for about a week now and think it is good. Would rate it 4/5.
Pros: Holds phone snug in the case and fits firm in the holster. Holster clip is really sturdy as well. Swivels 180 degrees and has soft suede like interior to help protect screen. Phone slides in face in. Rubberized texture of the case as almost the perfect balance between smooth and friction IMO. I don't like when cases are too rubbery or too smooth. Kickstand is cool. It slides out and down easily. It also snaps into position easily as well and feels sturdy. I don't get a cheap feeling from this case.
Cons: Case only covers the left and right side of the phone. Wish it covered top and bottom as well. Because of this, I sometimes switch to another silicone case that I have when I want more protection. It does cover the corners just enough for protection though. Also, sliding case into holster is a slight pain. There is a lot of friction between the case and holster so you have to use some force to slide phone into holster. I guess this can be considered a pro however since phone will not slide out easily.
Paid $25 for it on Ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/290733237844?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649
The PureGear website has it for $30. http://www.pure-gear.com/shop-by-device/samsung/kickstand-case-holster-for-samsung-galaxy-note.html

[Q] Sikai Case Mod Help

I have had one of these cases for a while, and really feel it is one of the nicer ones out there for the Prime, but lately the lack of a magnetic clasps on the back of the case has been bothering me for when I have the cover open. I have been looking to putting a thin metal sheet on the back under the leather back and then put some magnets on the cover. I was curious if there was anyone who may know of a good site to grab some thin sheets of metal that the magnets would actually attract to.

Shirt Pocket Case?

I keep my Nexus 6 in my shirt pocket. I do my best to hold onto it when I bend, but I'm not perfect and it could fall. Is there some kind of case that would attach it to the pocket to keep it from slipping out.
I'm not eager for adhesives. Maybe a case or bumper with some kind of clip.

Depending on if you have a case or not, you may want to look at the Seidio holsters? They have clips. I just tried my dilex one with the nillkin bumper case and that works fine. A bit bulky but it's not going anywhere. But if you have no case, or a thinner case, they have clip holsters for that as well. I actually have the N6 surface holster that housed my Spigen Ultra Hybrid case, but because the Nillkin was a bit wider and longer I had to get the dilex version.

Artech-21 Slim Dual Layer Case Review

this is a pretty nice case. it's the Artech 21 Vivid Arkansas Series, Slim Dual Layer case. I got the black/silver one.
it's basically a TPU with a plastic exo on it that wraps all around. it's a tad thicker than most normal TPU's because of this, for example, my Spigen Rugged Armor TPU, and that's a bit thicker of a TPU. but, it feels pretty good in the hand, and the plastic shell on the outside doesn't feel too slippery in the hand or anything.
all cutouts are precise on the bottom, and everything works great. the buttons are pretty easy to push as well, and the case doesn't wrap in front of the phone too much so that it rips up a screen protector.
there's a big lip around the front so you can easily place this phone face down with the case on it, no problem. the case is also thick enough so there's a good amount of thickness around the camera so the camera will never come into contact with the table.
overall, nice little case. feels a bit more rugged than a standard TPU, but it's not huge or anything. i like it!
