An early Taste of Lollipop...
Thought I would share some self compiled CM12 builds at least until Nightlies begin to appear in the coming weeks
I know some folks even prefer it in it's earlier stages of an OS update, as it tends to be more stock"aosp" like at that time.
Anyhow, I hope you enjoy it as is for now, though it appears quite stable.
All basic functions should be intact. But DO expect there to be bugs. This is an early build.
Credits of course go to the CM Team Dan, and all Maintainers for all their hard work and Flyhalf for his input. :good:
I know there are a few guys I've seen, doing some great work on bringing this device forward.
So I do suspect you'll be seeing other options fairly soon. Big props to them all!

DO NOT FLASH with any encryption active!
These are Unofficial builds, compiled by me, the day of posting.
You understand that neither I, the CM Team, nor XDA are responsible for anything that happens to your device.
​Install procedure:
Download the ROM and Gapps then transfer to internal memory
Reboot into Recovery Mode
Make a backup of your current ROM
Make a Full Wipe (System / Data / Cache / Dalvik)
Flash the boot.img via fastboot (Only if you are S-ON)
Select Install, browse to the location of the downloaded ROM
Select the zip of the ROM, Flash the Rom
Select the GApps zip, Flash the Gapps
Once installation is complete, restart
Profit!

First Boot:
Device will reboot once at first boot, at start of setup!
Upon reboot, will optimize apps and proceed to setup.​

The below files are recovery flashable Boot Animations
They will flash the new boot animation to system/media/bootanimation.zip
They will also rename your current one to /system/media/bootanimation.bak
This way you can manually restore your old one if you need or want to.

Use Trickster Mod to enable dt2w and/or s2w/s2s.
This is just an initial Aosp Lollipop NuK3rn3l, with minimal features added.
If I have time and there is enough interest left here, I will work on adding more to it.

Just asking because I would love to try this. My actuater, (i dont know if that is what its called ), for the power button fell off so I use double tap to wake.

4g/3g cant check im on gsm, bluetooth transfer files fine, bt audio cant check. audio routing is bad, music playing in phone speaker, in-call audio fine

Not until a Lollipop compatible kernel is posted with that feature.
If I get time, I'll work on one later.
It does have dt2s on status bar, as that's independent of the kernel.
Of course this didn't help with waking.
Like I said though, that requires an updated custom aosp kernel.
That's not something CM would implement as an option for this device.

Crash lockscreen, screen record crash.
Gps icon status always show.
Dial FC when end calling.
Led charging not true. (Full battery also red light)
delay annimation...
Some bugs.
But its very good... I like L, thanks devs
