[Q] HD2 freeze and won't load

I have my htc hd2 (t8585) unlocked version from cyprus. The phone is having many freezing issues. What can i do??
I am using official ROM (ELL)
I have also posted a video on youtube:
youtube.com/watch?v=y6Lyspkn_Gc
Can you be more specific on the freezing .. do you phone freezes at the lock screen? or while working with an application?
Its good to know what handling you were doing in what application when it causes to freeze.
ATM there is a problem with twitter.com accounts. It also causes freezes on the phone
No, my phone won't freeze if i am using it! It will freeze only if i leave it at stand by mode for longer that approx. 30 minutes - 1 hour.
Additionally sometimes it starts from the first soft reset, but some other times it takes much longer to switch on!
Hi. I got this problem for quite sometime and am so used to taking out and putting back and taking out and putting back the batt.
But now I have another prob: my ringtone suddenly went soft and I now have to keep myself alert all the time to see if there's any incoming call or SMS.
I would like to do a hard reset but the question is: will it set my phone back to the stock ROM or still retain the updated version - 1.66.707.1?
Thanks in advance.

Cm7 2.0.1 x10 mini calls problem

hi i have the mini x10 with cm7 2.0.1 ( tried to update to 2.1 but it wont flash its kernel...)
now the problem is that 2 days now suddenly the phone started to end all the calls on its own...
if i call my phone, answer it and the let it down on the table the phone will end the call on 14 seconds by it self, no one is messing withe the phone wile it's in call...
if i call my phone, answer it and put it on my ear and speak, the phone will end the call on 14 seconds by it self....
same thing with the outbound calls every call in or out will end on 14 seconds...
even if i lock the screen with the power button after i answer/make a call
the proximity sensor is enabled...
if i make a call from viber to viber via wifi the phone is working fine...
tried my sim card on an other phone and the other phone makes/receives call fine
anyone has any idea how to fix it because im about to use a really heavy hammer on the phone to fix it forever...
tried to wipe everything and the catch from cwm installed the update again 2.0.1 and nothing seems to fix this problem...
any suggestions ?
hmm some update the 14 seconds now are random sometimes it holds the call 30-40 seconds sometimes 7 seconds....
i have searched the settings and couldn't find anything that was wrong...

[Q] incoming call lag

hello everyone,
whenever I am receiving a call, the lock screen comes up and it stays like that and the phone start vibrating.
so I try to do a test, I took my friend's phone and called me. the lock screen comes up and it took about 44 second for the lock screen to disappear and then incoming call screen appear, even when my friend hangs up it keeps vibrating and says process com.android.phone isn't responding
Btw I just install CM10 and i am using Xperia sola. the phone is rooted. I have around 92MB RAM free most of the time. I do not have many apps running in the background.
please find a solution
Thats a common problem with our sola, the ram management is not that good.
The thing is i only had the calling lag when i was on stock roms, it was exactly as you described it.
Everything works flawless with CM Roms for me though, so it might be the rom you're using.
Try a different CM rom i'd say!
I managed to get free 180mb of ram after device runs for a while it drops to 130mb and I get only 2-3 sec call delay.
try deleting bloatware --> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2440394
how to fix it??? I used stock rom JB *.100 , mod build.prop ... , not fix delay call . Help???

Phone dialer delay/lag when hanging up

Been having this for a while now. When you come off a phone call, and I hang up via the red hang up button, it takes 4 to 6 th sometimes 8 seconds to actually hang up.
If the other party didn't hang up, they could hear everything I say even after I press the hang up button.
I have tried Google dialer and it's not there but stock dialer is needed for a lot of dual SIM functions.
Any advice please?
Maybe try clear cache of the app

Hi
I am having the same problem and just started looking for help. The only thing that stops this is a reboot of my phone. Gradually on a scale of calls made/received (not sure if it matters which), the length of time to hang up the call increases. When it gets to "painful" levels I restart the phone and it's nearly instantaneous again.
This is a bug in the stock LG dialer. Mine started after the latest Oreo update. Pre-update, I didn't notice any real issues.
This is driving me nuts as well. Has anyone found a fix for this? In my case even restart didn't fix it. The red hangup button is taking ages to respond and the call doesn't hangup until the other party hangs up

Nokia 7.2 Google dialer

I have a Nokia 7.2 ... It was running on Android 10 and I upgraded to 11 ....
I use the Google dialer app and I don't wanna use any 3rd-party apps...
My problem is before upgrading to Android 11 I had faced a bug which is when some one calls me my phone rings normally and vibrates but there's no notification popping up so I can answer or cancel even if my screen is off it turns on but a blank screen like there's no name or no swipe button to cancel or pickup ...
So I have cleared the storage for the app and uninstalled updates, I have restartey phone , ihave made a factory reset many times and etc. But the bug was still there.
Even after I upgraded to Android 11 it was there to idk why !!...
I also downgraded to Android 10 and then upgraded again to 11 but nothing happens it's still there... And I don't know what to do!
One more thing I have noticed that this thing happens when my mobile data is turned on, so when I turn it off the notification pops up normally and I can answer or cancel but otherwise it's not popping up or turns on the screen it's just showing a blank one as I said ...
Unfortunately I'm now using Truecaller but I wanna go back to the stock phone app so please help to solve this
