Flashing this now. Thanks!

Running right now. So far it runs excellently. I was running the Vanir build prior to flashing this one but am noticing better performance and stability out of this one. Great work!
One question I did have out of curiosity was whether or not anyone has found a way to use CM11 themes or icon packs on these Lollipop builds for the G3?

Just released. Just try flashing it yourself to find out, or wait before flashing to let others report back in.

Same data bug..needing to use killall rild ... Was great until first reboot to update su..then data went dead. Nav icon says as well.. Camera works but video fc upon stopping..etc, etc , etc
Does seem a little more polished up with some added features though...
Lovely.. Thank you

Yeppers...just letting everyone know they are the same... Nothing more. Nothing less
Gps works. Not sure about teethering

Every song I attempt to play I get a "DSP has stopped working" song still plays fine though.. Not sure why, I have wiped cache and dalvik. still get the error.
Everything else seems to be working properly! Great ROM, also the data bug is still there, but that's across all 5.0 G3 roms right now. Nice to have the new 5.0.1 Lollipop :good:
I don't know if I could ever go back to 4.4.4; loving this 5.0 way too much!!!

lollipop
For the most part. Most 5.0 builds are running good.. Small minor bugs, no big deal however, being there fact that they're so new they are too close to stock for my liking. I love being able to customize so I stick with all the 4.4.4 kk builds for now. Love testing these new ones. Looking forward to something more custom and less stock. We all know that won't be long.. Keep up the hard work. OAAdam11. You're a beast... How is aicp 4.4.4 kk coming along?

AICPAndroid Ice Cold Project
What is AICP?
AICP is known by someone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since than evolved as a mature rom with the BEST community you can find!!!
Rom has always been AOKP based so expect all AOKP goodies + new additions.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or AOKP team if it conserns their modifications. This rom isn't AOKP supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!
In the beginning I would like to thank:
AOKP team
CM team
maxwen
SlimBean rom team
ParanoidAndroid team
CarbonRom team
LiquidSmooth rom team
Omni rom team
I want to give a HUGE THANKS to @oadam11 for all his hard work and dedication to showing me the ropes. I couldn't have done it without him!
He has spent countless hours teaching me and this AWESOME Rom wouldn't be here if it wasn't for him.

Enjoy....
Do not fix permissions.
Fixing permissions on about every 5.0lp ROM usually causes bootloops. Avoid fixing permissions!
Proximity sensor work in calls?
Proximity sensor works in my calls. If you experience any issues post them here and I'll worok on patching them. So far I'm good on my end. Feedback is great, don't hesitate to ask questions.
Data good? WiFi speeds?
Flashed and setup. Will report back. Data and wifi seem good. Didnt have to do killall rild after reboot. Most extras in a 5.0 rom I've seen.
I'm a retard!
double tap works on mine! You said you downloaded it and tested it last night? This wasn't released until today so are you sure you downloaded my aicp? and all 5.0 lp has some data issues at times. simply pull up terminal, type su and hit enter and then type like this killall rild That will restart your radio and data working instantly.
Yes I agree, most extras on 5.0 so far.

What are the extras?
data is good, now just like other 5.0 lp version there are sometimes a data issue after you restart your phone, never fix permissions on 5.0 roms because it normally causes bootloops. Also if data issue persists, simply go to terminal and type su and hit enter. then killall rild and hit enter again. solved, now radio resets and you have data instantly. wife speeds are great as well.

I noticed AICP merged a VS 985 rild fix this morning. Is it included in your rom?
AICP extras located in menu, interface extras also located in menu.built in ota update and downloader. latest supersu built in, clicking aicp extras in settings menu will take you to these three extra featuers. One feat is in the top folder names Various ****. second extra is lcd density and third is aicp OTA access.
In the interface menu from settings you will see quick settings and status bar settings. quick settings has quick pulldown option and smart pulldown option.
status bar features include - Clock and date, brightness control, double tap to sleep option, notification ticker, show notification count, can customize status bar with a few extra features now.

Dude I'm so sorry! I'm stupid! I haven't flashed AICP yet and was talking about bliss I'm going to flash it later but haven't got around to it yet and for some reason I was thinking I was on the bliss thread. Sorry for the confusion.
It is possible to have terminal set up in order to fix data issue automatically without having to type in killall rild manually. I'll check and see if it's merged now, regardless if fix isn't merged I will add it to the next nightly build. Should be available soon.
Lol, hey no problem, if you flash this one I hope you enjoy it. Nice features and runs smooth. snappy and various tweaks.
I think I remember running something like this on my desire. It was called max "something" also ran pyro "something" ( cant remember) were those u and ur team? Cause those ones were great....BTW downloading now

Awesome will download once new build comes a out, Question do we really need to use flashtool. Or can't we just flash using recovery. And is it possible to bake recovery into rom or kernel.

Asked not to share any more private builds until nightlies are started by the PAC team. Hopefully nobody is too angry with me, I've enjoyed sharing and will look for other ways to give back to the community shortly!
Thanks to everyone who tested these in the last few days. With that said - I did decide to keep the link to the last build I compiled. If a moderator feels this should be taken down I will do so immediately and request the thread closed.
This has been my DD since the build date and no reboots so far. Seems stable and good battery (I use greenify & tweak several settings to get better battery life). http://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/greenify

Bugs: Dirty flashing between builds may give Play Services error on reboot
Compiled straight from the PACRom github and no cherry picks for my first build. I may do a few "unofficial" updates until the "Official" nightlies from the DEVs get started.
Please let me know what you think. I've been compiling a few years now with CyanogenMod, AICP, Slim & AOKP but this is my first time sharing with the community.
TWRP v2.8.7.0
- Nandroid / Backup your device!
- Standard factory reset wipe (don't dirty flash)
- Flash Rom
- Flash Gapps
- Wipe cache & dalvic
- Reboot
Tips:
You will need to change USB from charging to File Transfer if you want to sync with a computer
- Pull down at top of home screen and select the File transfer option after plugging into USB
Root Access
- Turn on developer setting by tapping build version info
- In developer options, select root access (no need to flash supersu or anything else)
You can add PIE LMT to the Rom by installing the .apk on this page: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1330150
- Go to security setting
- Select "unknown sources" option
- install .apk file once downloaded to device
Changelog:
11/14/15 - ADDED [OmniSwitch]
Commits from Cyanogenmod
Pulled out of manifest source due to compile errors for the following:

Some Linux computers may not automatically mount the SD card until a fix is merged
11/12/15 - Alpha Build

Thanks for the work, mate.

Banks Gapps caused some f/c issues. I've installed the Slim Gapps listed in OP and no issues yet.
I know this is still early, but any implemented features like pie, status bar customization, etc that used to be in 5.1.1 pacman?

Not yet. I may cherry pick or add some options on future builds. I will update that in the OP when I do. I haven't found anything wrong with the build yet. It's running pretty solid for the first run.
If you want to have PIE, you can add it here --> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1330150 I tested it and it is running fine with this build.

I will apply the commit directly for the Titanium issue on the next build. I'm getting a lot of compile issues in the last 24 hrs, the branch is in flux with updates. Maybe some new features coming soon?

not yet, not sure what theme engine they plan to implement (if any)
EDIT: ive been using this rom for a day now but sadly just realized video playback is buggy. I'll be working on finding a fix for the rest of tonight and tomorrow, hopefully I can get it fixed ASAP. If anybody would like to help you could send me a logcat while trying to play a video in any app where video doesn't play.
If I'm not mistaken, when I was on Carbon for the m8 they were using Layers before the Substratum change. I've downloaded the ROM here, but I'll wait til you get the fixes.

I would like to help, but:
1. I'm rooted, but Titanium backup does not have root.
2. There is no sound in the rom. Music, videos, etc.
Are you experiencing the same?
Damn I thought carbon was dead
Nice to see CarbonRom again! Thanks!

SuperSU works fine, I personally restored all my apps with it
But yea something went wrong with the build and audio/video doesn't work. My assumption is its because I used CM device sources (obviously modified them to get the build booting) for an aosp ROM. I've spent the whole night night cherry-picking various commits trying to get it fixed but so far no luck, right now I'm starting from scratch with Omni's angler sources (which are aosp) so hopefully this works.

Cool! Omni has good battery life. I'll be one of the first to test it.

Hmm, I didn't think to think that being a secondary could be the reason WiFi doesn't work for me either. I doubt it but ya never know.
WiFi is the last main piece not working. Everything else seems pretty good.

Does this Rom have tap to sleep?
Installing as I type this! (just finished a full Nandroid Backup first!) I'm running the Canadian variant LG G3 D852. Will report and bugs if I find any! In the mean time, Thanks A Million for porting Oreo to our G3s!!!

On the status bar I think. I'll have to double check.

Definitely NOT multirom related.
I installed the ROM (4th of november release) twice as a singular ROM on my spare G3.
The wifi works fine upon install but after a while, and at least 2 reboots...
It stops working all together.
I manage to screnshot the error.
Unfortunately the forum doors not allow the upload of media (for regular users like myself).
"Failed to save network" is the error.

Thanks @DTTR for the confirmation.
Hmm, not sure why you can't upload pics. You're a senior member and been around awhile. Should be able to post pics. Probably a temporary XDA or Tapatalk glitch. I couldn't do the same not too long ago.
ZTE Axon 7 A2017U, Dark ROM, Tapatalk 4.9.5
So, I installed the 7.11 release.
One reboot (intentional). The WiFi disconnected and never auto-conected. I had to go into settings and toggle the WiFi.
Now. About the crDroid 4 thread.
The 3.X thread stated whether the ROM was rooted or not. Maybe it's worth mentioning in the first post that the ROM is not rooted.
Now about ROM requests.
I would really like to have the Clear all button on Recent apps down, not up...
Meanwhile I'm accommodating with O.
I'm still a M guy. My main G3 runs on stock M rooted with lots of Tasker profiles which do not run on N and O.
Good job crDroid team!

I've been testing the ROM for almost 3 days, with the first install the ROM was feeling laggy and the phone was a little hotter, but I wiped everything and now it feels smoother.
WiFi and data works good, haven't had a single disconnect issue so far. GPS is working great. I am using Footej and it really helps to improve camera resolution.
I haven't been able to test a fully charged round of battery, but I feel battery life is comparable to crDroid 7.
I may have been experiencing some LOS bugs but the ROM feels pretty stable for daily use, the only thing is not working for me is ADB over USB, I have been using it over network but that is not secure.
Overall, great work firebird11, I bet that with those bugs fixed this ROM will become pretty solid.
Thanks for the effort and time put in this.
In D851 the WiFi does not turn on, the MAC stays 00: 20: 00: 00: 00: 00
Great work thanks for the ROM
Got a very minor big on the lockscreen.
# Swipe on the lockscreen to bring up the pattern screen (or any screen I think)
# Press the back button.
Instead of going back to the swipe lockscreen the screen is now completely blank (just your wallpaper).

yes, you can do it on status bar and also on navigation bar. Also if you install another launcher you can do it in any part of the screen
